Under the circumstances of general use of Internet, the construction of on-line system has been made in various fields. We can use and share the informations will other people through the cyber communities and find many ways to promote communication tools. Project Room is a sort of Cyber Space which carry out design project using On-fine system. Users(Designers and Clients) will be able to develop their design project using Internet. The project content may be opened and will be critically contributed the construction of Knowledge-based industry. At the same time, the development of user-friendly tutorial should be fellowed. Tutorial is one of the most important factors to promote Project Room. This study presents the possibility of execution of Cyber community under the construction of Project Room and User-friendly tutorial in the On-line system.

Health literacy is the degree to which individuals have the capacity to obtain, process, and understand basic health information and services needed to make appropriate health decisions. Librarians should improve their health literacy as well as that of their users' in order to help library users make well-informed decisions. In this study, we developed educational programs related to CHI (Consumer Health Information) suitable for Korean public librarians' professional development. We measured the effectiveness of the training after its administration and found areas in which improvement was necessary. As a result, this study found the following effects on public librarians after they completed the training: improved the public librarians' familiarity with CHI-related terms; increased education for users and diversification of resources; diversification and specialization of information sources which librarians used to perform CHI-related services; reduced time for reference services; increased professional knowledge in this area. However, this research represented the first time CHI-related education for public librarians was performed in Korea, and therefore many limitations were present in the education instructor, the diversity of subjects, and the methodology. Development of more advanced CHI-related education programs is required.

With the help of information technology the number of email users and personal home page owners are increasing. Marketers have much interest in using the email and personal home pages as a marketing promotion tool which can provide potential customers with messages they want to send. Marketers can facilitate the promotion efforts once if the profiles of potential customers' information can be databased by sending proper messages to the targeted market. Because of the merit of email and personal home page hotel firms are expected to adopt the information applications in their promotions for customers. This study proposes the Possibilities of email and personal home pages as a marketing promotion tool in the hotel industry and discusses problems to be overcome.

고령화 시대에 있어서 노인복지시설을 이용하는 많은 노인들이 본인의 의지와 관계없이 일반적으로 경험하게 되는 건강관리 관련 프로그램은 대체의학과 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있다. 따라서 대체의학을 노인관련 의료복지에 적용함으로써 노인성질환에 대한 예방과 치료에 활용하고 치료를 통하여 노인의료복지의 수준을 제고하는데 노력을 할 필요성이 있다. 본 논문은 노인들의 일상생활에서의 대체의학의 요법을 통해서 포괄적인 건강증진을 위한 실천적 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

최근 모바일 컴퓨팅 환경이 발전함에 따라 모바일 디바이스 이용자들에게 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방법으로 클라우드 스토리지 서비스가 주목받고 있으며, 여러 장치의 데이터 동기화를 지원해준다. 이러한 편리성을 제공하고 있지만, 개인과 기업의 핵심 자료 유출에 따른 보안 이슈가 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있기 때문에, 클라우드 스토리지 보안 검증의 중요성도 증대되었다. 이처럼 클라우드 스토리지 서비스는 보안 검증 과정을 거친다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 클라우드 스토리지 보안 평가 가이드라인의 문제점을 분석하여 다형성, 종속성, 병렬성, 중복성 등을 고려해 효율적인 클라우드 스토리지 보안 평가를 위한 새로운 방법론을 제시 하였다. 제시한 방법론을 이용해 클라우드 스토리지 보안검증 프로세스를 설계하였다.

In Korea, the ITS project has been progressed to improve traffic mobility and safety. Further, it is to relieve traffic jam by supply real time travel information for drivers and to promote traffic convenience and safety. It is important that the traffic information is provided accurately. This study was conducted outlier elimination and missing data adjustment to improve accuracy of raw data. A method for raise reliability of travel time prediction information was presented. We developed Historical Profile model and adjustment formula to reflect quality of interrupted flow. We predicted travel time by developed Historical Profile model and adjustment formula and verified by comparison between developed model and existing model such as Neural Network model and Kalman Filter model. The results of comparative analysis clarified that developed model and Karlman Filter model similarity predicted in general situation but developed model was more accurate than other models in incident situation.

This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the current state and improvements of the public library services for older adult in Korea. According to the online survey of public libraries in urban areas across the country, a total of 172 libraries responded. Research shows that public libraries generally recognize the importance of elderly users, but there are limitations in active efforts. The priority area for library collection and space/facilities was to be strengthened by the expansion of large type and voice books/periodical books, as well as the need to ask librarians for help to find books in high bookshelves. In the case of library services/programs, the areas that need to be strengthened first were analyzed as social participation programs and humanities programs. The librarians in charge of information services expressed their opinions that more specialized services and programs should be planned and subdivided for the elderly generation in order to provide older adults' services unique to other older adults' service institutions.

보건의료서비스는 스마트 시대의 도래와 함께 의료와 복지, 안전 등이 복합화 되고 지능화된 스마트헬스(s-Health)의 단계로 진화되고 있으며, 향후 이용자 중심으로 다양한 서비스가 상호 연계되는 고도로 지능화되고 종합화되는 서비스로 지속적인 발전이 예상되고 있다. 따라서 PHR(Personal Health Record)서비스의 활성화를 위해서는 PHR 공동 활용 체계를 구축하기 위한 Open Platform이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 IHE XDS 프로파일 기반의 진료정보교류 환경에서 PHR 공동 활용 체계 구축을 위하여 Mobile PHR Store를 개발하고 open API 기반 PHR Platform을 제시한다.

Recently there has been a growing interest in the investigation and development of the next generation web - the Semantic Web. From the perspective of a information science, the next generation web - Semantic Web is a metadata initiative. It is reason that one of important stage of Semantic Web Construction is adding formal metadata that describes a Web resource's content and so people can find easy material using metadata. In this paper, 1 designed new application profile metadata architecture as a way to serve as interoperability between various open digital libraries using different information architecture in Semantic Web environment. Based on new application profile metadata architecture, 1 developed union metadata automatic generation and union search algorithm to integrate heterogeneous huge-scale metadata in the open digital library.

The advancement of information technology and the popularization of Internet has explosively increased the amount of multimedia contents. Therefore, the requirement of multimedia recommendation to satisfy a user's needs increases fastly. Up to now, CF is used to recommend general items and multimedia contents. However, general CF doesn't reflect visual characteristics of image contents so that it can't be adaptable to image recommendation. Besides, it has limitations in new item recommendation, the sparsity problem, and dynamic change of user preference. In this paper, we present new image recommendation method FBCF (Feature Based Collaborative Filtering) to resolve such problems. FBCF builds new user profile by clustering visual features in terms of user preference, and reflects user's current preference to recommendation by using preference feedback. Experimental result using real mobile images demonstrate that FBCF outperforms conventional CF by 400% in terms of recommendation ratio.
