This study analyzed the effect of degree of using online trade process services provided by e-Trade companies on the degree of user satisfaction and the online export performance in Korean small and medium-sized exporting firms(SMEs). According to the empirical survey results based on 130 sample firms, there were positive relationship among the frequency of using e-Trade companys' service, the degree of user satisfaction and the online export performance. Furthermore, the results of the moderated regression analysis showed that there were significant moderation effect of the organizational characteristics on the relationships between the degree of user satisfaction and the SMEs' online export performances. This study provides several useful implications to Korean SMEs and e-Trade companies and government policy makers.

Mobile IP has been designed to have mobile host users move from place to plate without changing their IP address. Ad-hoc network is a provisional network whose mobile host users construct networks by themselves without any assistance of infra structure network, using wireless interface. In this paper we discuss the scheme with which Ad-hoc network users ran access the Internet freely, using mobile IP protocol, and Ad-hot networks are access networks in the spotlight. In this paper we propose algorithm that support enhanced mobility between two Ad-hoc networks applying mobile IP at Ad-hoc routing protocol.

The next generation internet protocol, IPv6, have been developed by the IETF according to the requirements of enhancement of classic IP protocols to satisfy the lack of Internet address space as well as the support of multimedia applications. This paper presents an implementation of IPv6 protocols on the Windows NT kernel environment. In this work, we developed and also tested the basic functions, required for operating as an IPv6 host, such as IPv6 header processing, IPv6 address handling, control message processing, group membership processing and neighbor discovery functions. The implemented IPv6 protocol driver module is connected to the lower network interface card through NDIS, a standard network interface. And this driver module that operates within kernel, is implemented as it is connected to upper user applications and lower NDIS using dispatch and lower-edge functions. The developed IPv6 protocol driver can provide not only enhanced performance because it is implemented in kernel mode, but also convenience of usage to the application developers because it gives user interface as a dynamic link library.

Variable Message Sign(VMS) is one of the subsystem of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), which is useful for providing real-time information on weather, traffic and highway conditions. However, there are various situations such as incidents/accidents, constructions, special events, etc., which would be occurred on segments, it is unable to control traffic with only the VMS. Thus, it is essential to use of PVMS(Portable Variable Message Signs), which can move to the location needed traffic control and provide more active traffic information than VMS. This study developed a legibility distance model for PVMS messages using in-vehicle Differential Global Positioning Data(DGPS). Traffic conditions, drivers' characteristics, weather conditions and characteristics of PVMS message were investigated for establishing the legibility model based on multiple linear regression analysis. The factors such as height of PVMS characters, spot speed, age, gender and day and night were identified as dominants affecting the variation of legibility distances. It is expected that the proposed model would play a significant role in designing PVMS messages for providing more effective real-time traffic information.

기상청에서는 시스템 이용자의 편의와 자료의 활용 증진을 위해 분리되어 있던 수문기상과 가뭄정보를 하나로 통합하여 '수문기상 가뭄정보 시스템(https://hydro.kma.go.kr)을 2017년 8월 1일부터 운영하고 있다. 본 시스템은 일반국민과 물관리 유관기관(회원)을 대상으로 관측, 수문기상 감시 예측, 기상 가뭄분석 전망으로 나눠 정보를 생산하여 서비스가 제공하고 있다. 수문기상 서비스는 관측 강수량(기상청, 유관기관), 기상청 위성 토양수분량 및 증발산량 자료와 레이더 관측 자료(Radar AWS Rainrate, RAR)를 GIS 기반 유역단위별(4대강권, 대권역, 중권역, 표준유역단위)로 관측 정보를 제공하며, UM(3km), 멀티모델앙상블, 레이더(MAPLE), 유역강수지수자료들로 예측 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 또한, 메타정보를 통해 유역별, 관측소별 상세조회가 가능하여 원하는 유역 또는 관측소를 선택 시 GIS지도에 위치가 표시되며 선택 지점의 정보를 손쉽게 확인할 수 있다. 가뭄 정보는 기상 가뭄 예보 정보와 가뭄 감시 정보를 제공하고 있다. 기상 가뭄 예보 정보는 매주 금요일에 발표되고 있는 기상 가뭄 예보 1개월 전망과 매월 10일경 관계부처(행정안전부, 기상청, 환경부, 농림축산식품부) 합동으로 발표하고 있는 가뭄 예 경보 3개월 전망자료를 제공하고 있으며, GIS 기반 행정구역 및 유역별로 나눠 여러 가지 가뭄지수(표준강수지수, 표준강수증발산지수, 강수평년비, 유효가뭄지수)를 활용하여 기상 가뭄 감시 정보를 제공하고 있다. 또한, 가뭄 감시 현황 정보는 다양한 형태(시계열, 가뭄지수 조회 및 다운로드, 분포도 비교)로도 확인할 수 있으며, 강수량분석 통계(누적 강수량, 강수량 순위, 무강수일수) 정보를 제공한다. 그 밖에 관측 자료(강수량 분포도, 토양수분량, 증발산량 등), 월별 언론모니터링 자료 등을 제공하고 있다. 향후 수문기상과 가뭄 재해에 선제적으로 대응하여 안정적인 물관리를 지원하고 자료의 신뢰도를 지속적으로 제고하여 우리나라에 맞는 수문기상 가뭄정보 시스템으로 거듭나도록 노력해 나갈 것이다.

In this study, evaluation criteria of information services of records centers and archives were prepared. Using those criteria, service evaluation was conducted in three records centers and archives as a case study. By visiting and observing the records centers and archives, current status, weakness, and problems were identified. Identified problems include limited professional staff, lack of policy, systems and reading room facilities, emphasis on retention rather than services, and weak outreach program. This is a preliminary study, and larger scale evaluation is suggested as well as the application of evaluation in other centers and supplementary evaluation criteria.

The purpose of this study is to derive evaluation elements on teen space in public libraries in Korea and to study current status and implications for teen space in public libraries. To this end, six items of space evaluation factors; Convenience, Accessibility, Safety, Diversity, Comfort and Emotionality - were derived based on the teen space guidelines by the Young Adult Library Service Association and previous studies. The research also conducted a case study on teen spaces of five public libraries in Seoul. As a result, teen space in libraries requires use guidance and convenience facilities, access to information resources, maintenance of user guidelines, various spaces for teens, pleasant library environment and learning motivation promotion, and provision space to support all necessary resources of teens.

This study explores the development strategies, impact, and limitations of public library makerspaces through active case studies. By examining related literature reviews, this study analyzes principles, objectives, programs, services, and strategies of public library makerspaces. Survey results from library staff and makerspace program participants show that both groups perceived the value and the effects of makerspaces positively; however, they suggested the need for greater program variety and accessibility. Additionally, this study evaluates makerspace programs through in-depth interviews with makerspace staff. Interview results raise diverse issues, including the need to further explore the justifications for and values of public library makerspaces, stable funding strategies, and phase-by-phase operating guidelines.

This study aimed to develop Research Data Management (RDM) Services in a domestic university library of Korea. In this study, elements and levels of RDM services are examined and in-depth interview was conducted with university researchers affiliated in Seoul National University, which has the largest amount of research fund among universities in Korea. Interview was conducted to analyze their data management practices and needs of RDM services. Interview results show researchers' lack of awareness toward Data Management Policy and data sharing obligations of funding agencies and academic journal publishers. Also, they had trouble managing research data systematically. However, many of the researchers understand the necessary of research data management and education of data management. Based on the interview result, service elements and contents are suggested for RDM services which is consisted of education services, professional consulting services, curation technical services. This study result will help to guide for the planning the future RDM service in university library of Korea.

It is needed to regenerate declined industrial districts in downtown area through to invite new industry and to improve urban environment. The purpose of this paper was to make suggestions on the urban regeneration for the districts. I have taken a literature research and a site analysis with cases of 'the South Lake Union' in Seattle and 'Pearl District' in Portland, USA. The result of the analysis was as follows: (1) The land use was changed to mixed use of business-commerce-recreation. The building use was changed to facilities for work, play and live. (2) Infrastructures were improved for user oriented facilities such as pedestrian friendly street, public parks & open spaces, public transportation system, and life supporting facilities. (3) The place identity was enhanced through the preservation of urban structure-tissues, renovation of existing buildings, and preservation of historical heritages.
