Recently, various risks of smartphone hacking are emerging. Smishing crime techniques become more cunning and its damage has been increasing, thereby requiring effective ways of preventing and coping with smishing. Especially, it is emphasized the need for smartphone users' security awareness and training besides technological approach. This study investigates the effective method for providing news messages in order to improve the perception of risk from smishing. This research empirically examines that the degree of optimistic bias on risk perception can vary depending on news frame, topic type, and involvement regarding smishing. Based on the findings, it identifies the factors influencing risk perception and verifies effective ways of promoting individual security awareness on smishing. The results of this study provide implications that assist in educating, campaigning and promoting information security awareness for smart device users.

The integration, openness, participation, and technology are essential elements of digital information resources in order to establish an unified and cooperative network of various digital knowledge-information abroad. This study analyzes policies, technologies and administrative aspects of international cooperative networks such as WDL, IPL, TEL. Based on the analysis, a number of collection standards for international cooperation are drawn. Analyzed standards are divided into four different aspects and applied to produce detailed appraisal standards for digital knowledge-information. In conclusion, in order to map out strategies and policies for developing an international cooperative network, the study proposes a number of principles and models for making an appraisal of collections.

The purpose of this study is to present a method of preparing for a more enduring built environment, being fully aware that, in consideration of time flowing from past to present, there is no ardlitecture in creation that is not abandoned. Efforts were made to find the problem solutions in relation to the hierardlial structure, evolvement and adaptation of living beings. The process of study was as follows, ·The built environment's affordance to human beings and the designer's role was explained. ·Having an understanding of the necessity of user minded planning, the architectural adaptation of the multi-layered hierarchy system of holon theory and adoption of time conception into architectural space were examined to explain that the importance in ardlitecture should be placed in transition, not in perfection. ·The design of Parc de La Villette by Bernard Tsdlumi was analysed from the above viewpoint. Having a practical case analysed, this study is expected to offer a basic information for use in case of visual presentation of a theoretical viewpoint.

본 연구는 초고속인터넷 접속서비스에서 $\ulcorner$서비스 품질$\longrightarrow$고객만족$\longrightarrow$재구매의도(고객충성도)$\lrcorner$의 일반적인 인과관계가 적용되는지를 규명하고, 고객만족, 재구매의도와 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 서비스 품질속성을 살펴보면서, 궁극적으로 품질속성 중 고객유지와 충성도를 향상시키는 핵심 품질요소를 도출하기 위한 모형을 이론적으로 제시하고, 그 모형의 유효성을 설문조사와 이에 대한 실증분석을 통해 평가하는데 목적이 있다. 모형을 검증하기 위하여 세 단계의 분석과정을 수행하였다. 첫째, 전반적 서비스 품질과 고객만족, 재구매의도(또는 고객충성도), 그러고 고객만족과 재구매의도 및 고객충성도의 상호관계를 검증하였다. 둘째, 고객만족, 재구매의도 및 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 선행변수인 품질속성(서비스 성능, 서비스 지원, 부가서비스, 이용요금, 과금, 절차 편리성)들의 영향력을 검증하였다. 마지막으로 공통적 개념으로 분류된 품질속성이 개별적인 품질요소의 미세한 차이를 제대로 반영하지 못하는 단점을 극복하고, 고객유지와 충성도 향상을 위한 핵심 품질요소를 도출하기 위하여 품질속성을 대표하는 품질요소들과 재구매의도와 고객충성도의 상관관계를 살펴보았다. 초고속인터넷 접속서비스 이용자를 대상으로 웹설문조사를 실시하여 총 551 개의 표본을 분석에 사용하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스 품질은 재구매의도와 고객충성도에 비해 고객만족에 높은 설명력을 갖고 있으며, 재구매의도에 대한 서비스 품질과 고객만족의 설명력은 미미한 것으로 나타나, 고객만족이 더 높은 설명력을 갖는다는 기존의 연구와 차이를 보여 향후 추가적인 연구의 필요성이 제기되었다. 둘째, 여섯 가지의 품질속성들 중 서비스 이용과정에서 1, 2 회의 적은 경험을 하게 되는 서비스 이용절차의 편리성을 제외하곤 나머지 속성 모두 고객만족, 재구매의도 및 고객충성도의 선행변수로써 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 절차 편리성은 고객충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 충성도는 고객이 서비스를 총체적인 관점에서 평가하고 나타나는 행동이라는 시사점을 얻었다. 셋째, 재구매의도와 고객충성도를 결정하는 품질요소로서는 서비스 안정성, 불만사항 처리결과, 회사의 이미지, 다양한 부가서비스가 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 초고속인터넷 접속서비스의 품질 및 결과변수들에 대한 인과관계를 분석하였다. 그리고 경쟁이 치열해지는 시장 환경에서 미래의 재무적 성과와 수익성을 보장하는 충성스런 고객을 확보하기 위하여 필수적으로 관리되어야 할 핵심 품질요소의 제시와 이에 따른 제언을 하였기 때문에 사업자들이 품질 및 마케팅 전략을 수립함에 있어서 이론적, 실무적 근거를 제공하여 준다.

Traffic can be localized by reducing the traffic load on the physical network by causing traffic to be generated at the end of the packet network. By localizing traffic, the IoT-based sensitive data-related security issues can be supported effectively. In addition, it can be applied effectively to the next-generation smart network environment without changing the existing network infrastructure. In this paper, a content priority scheme was applied to smart network-based IoT data. The IoT contents were localized to efficiently pinpoint the flow of traffic on the network to enable smart forwarding. In addition, research was conducted to determine the effective network traffic routes through content localization. Through this study, the network load was reduced. In addition, it is a network structure that can guarantee user quality. In addition, it proved that the IoT service can be accommodated effectively in a smart network-based environment.

In recent years, the number of users who are actively express their opinions about Internet articles is more and more growing up, as the use of cyber community such as weblog or Internet discussion board increases. In fact, it is not difficult to find an article with hundreds of comments in famous Internet discussion boards. Most of the weblogs or Internet discussion boards present comments in the form of list and do not yet support even the basic operation such as searching comments. In this paper, we analysed large sets of comments in Internet discussion board named AGORA. It was found that from the result that the distribution of comment writers follows power-law. So we suppose a new search structure of comments using skip lists. The main idea of our approach is to reflect the probabilistic distribution properties of the commenters following the power-law to the data structure. Our empirical results show that the proposed method performs more efficient in searching the nodes with fewer number of comparison operations than logN, which is the theoretical time complexity of general indexed structure such as B-trees or typical skip lists.

As a part of the 21st Century Frontier Projects, Korea is building a proton linear accelerator complex. Using the discrete choice conjoint analysis method, this study evaluates the complex. Multinomial logit model is employed as an econometric model and Hicks' compensating variation is adopted as a welfare measure. The results show that an average willingness-to-pay (WTP) of a would-be user measured by the compensating variation is estimated by 1.93 million Korean won per hour for the specification of the complex being built.

With the COVID-19 pandemic being prolonged, the society is being converted into an untact society, thereby affecting the service methodology of domestic and foreign library systems. This study thus surveyed the librarians' awareness of COVID-19 response measures of public libraries, and proposed public libraries' response measures in situations where the novel infectious disease is spreading and prolonging. Specifically, the proposed measures include, first, preparing national-centered library countermeasures to jointly respond to the epidemic disease, second, strengthening various untact and online services of various public libraries through government-level budget support, third, a thorough prevention of epidemics and preemptive response from the viewpoint of employees and users, and fourth, the expansion of library services aimed at resolving the digital cultural divide among classes of people, including information unfairness.

The research aims to investigate immigrants', librarians' and multicultural experts' information needs and perception on current multicultural services in Korean libraries, and to suggest the directions for providing multicultural library services. The research collected the data through conducting both in-depth interviews and focus group interviews with immigrants, librarians and multicultural experts. The research found the significant and emergent features on immigrants' and librarians' requests and perception about current library multicultural services. On the analysis of the findings, the research discussed the implications of the policies for library multicultural services and the alternatives to improve library multicultural services and librarians' multicultural competencies.

For efficient and precise searches in the Web environment, resources should be coded in a structured way. HTML does not cover semantic structure because of its fixed tagging. XML, which has emerged as an alternative standard markuplanguage, uses custom tags that allow structural searching. Therefore, this study aims to compare XML with HTML in terms of their characteristics and retrieval functions. In order to test retrieval functions of XML- and HTML-based systems, we constructed an experimental XML-based system. The XML-based system has several advantages over the HTML system. However, some improvements are needed to make the XML system more comprehensive and effective. First, XML document search engines with user-friendly interfaces are needed. Second, popular Web browsers such as Explorer and Communicator need to support XML 1.0 specification completely. Third, Open DTD format, which will allow information retrieval systems to retrieve documents and compress them into one single format, is also needed to control Web documents more efficiently.
