This study is to analyze experiences and perceptions of care workers for enhanced user choice since the introduction of voucher in Korea. The analysis shows that as it has increased the influence of service users on care workers'employment, dismissal, labor intensity, and so on, more and more care workers appear to experience 'labor alienation'such as weakened position in the labor domain, the sense of loss and frustration in the meaning of work, and identity confusion as a care work. Because the labor alienation felt by them possibly has a negative impact on quality of social service, it suggests to address improving service users'rights as well as protecting human rights and rights to work of care workers to provide a high quality social service.

본 연구는 분산환경에서 이용자가 다수의 데이터베이스를 개별적으로 검색할 매와 통합적으로 검색할 때에 유용성과 이용자선호도, 이용자 만족도를 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구에는 럿거스대학 School of Communication, Information, and Library Studies에 재학중인 28명의 대학원생들이 참가하였다. 두 시스템에 대한 이용자선호도와 만족도에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 많은 참가자들이 통합인터페이스보다 분리인터페이스를 선호하였고, 분리인터페이스의 검색결과에 더 만족하였다. 통합인터페이스의 편리함과 능률성에도 불구하고 참가자들이 분리인터페이스를 선호한 주된 이유중의 하나는 데이터베이스를 이용자 스스로 선택하고 통제할 수 있기 때문인 것으로 나타났다.

The editorial elements which are used in this paper are made up of news categories, photograph articles, titles of article written bold strokes and contents of article. Of these elements, only the three elements of photographic articles, the titles of article written bold strokes and contents of article had some effects on the choice of articles. For the portal news, only the news categories, the titles of article written bold strokes and the name of newspaper had an effect on the choice of articles. Of the news genres such as politics, business, social affairs, sports, culture/entertainment, world news and IT/science, only the three genres of social affairs, culture/entertainment and world news had some effects on news users' choice. For the difference between man group and woman group in analyzing the choice of articles, there was the difference in four elements of business, sports, culture/entertainment and IT/science.

이 연구는 20대 대학생들의 브라우징 행동 시 정보의 제목이 이용자의 정보 선택 및 결정에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. 분석을 위해 20대 대학생 37명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 통해 데이터를 수집, 분석하였으며, 본 연구의 결과 제목의 정확도가 정보 선택에 미치는 영향이 높고, 목적의 유무에 관계없이 제목은 정보 선택 및 결정에 매우 큰 영향을 미치지만 목적의 유무에 따라 제목을 통하여 선택한 정보의 만족도의 차이는 큰 것을 알 수 있었다.

The paper presented not only the difference of the marginal walking time by passenger. but also the derivation of the bus service determination model by passenger attributes. The marginal walking distance to bus stop is a basic parameter to estimate bus service coverage area in certain area. And the marginal walking distance could be transformed from the marginal walking time, which is the focus of this paper. The result of analysis revealed that the age and income of passenger are strongly related to the marginal walking time. In planning or regulating the spacing of bus routes or bus stops in certain area, the model suggested in this paper help for the planner to choose optimal alternative.

이 연구에서는 음원 서비스의 이용자들이 공개앨범에서 추천한 음원 리스트에 특성가수와 동시출현한 곡들의 정보를 분석하여 특성가수의 이미지를 네트워크 기법으로 표현하였고 동시출현한 곡의 통계분석을 통하여 해당 가수를 선택한 이용자가 선호할 만한 연관 곡을 추천하고자 하였다. 분석결과 추천되는 음원리스트에 동시 출현되는 가수들의 장르적 특성으로 특정가수의 이미지가 표현되었고 시기별로 가수의 이미지가 변화되는 것이 추적되었다. 이 연구에서 제시된 방법은 이용자에게 변화하는 가수의 이미지에 따라 연관 정보를 유연하게 추천할 수 있는 방안으로 활용될 수 있다.

Social welfare has transformed from a provider-centered welfare into a user-centered welfare. This trend have to increase the right to welfare and convenience for users. If the goal of social welfare guaranteed the respecting man's life and dignity, we had not regarded service users as the weak in the welfare system. The reinforcement of service users as the reconfirmation of welfare user's identity, mistreatment and violation of another's rights, self-determination must have the advocacy system. The advocacy for social welfare is the activity for benefit of individual, group, and community, and, protection, guarantee and maintenance of client's right. However, the client is hard to realization of right. therefore We have to support the activity for advocacy. The advocacy take aim the basic need of life and need the system for life support and safeguard client's rights. The mission of the advocacy for welfare service user is to advance the dignity, equality, self-determination, and expressed choices of individuals. We promote, expand, protect and seek to ensure the human and legal rights of individuals through the provision of information and advocacy. The advocacy system will carry out this mission in partnership with welfare service users. The goals for the advocacy system are organized into the following focus areas, which are not listed in order of priority: the majority guardian system and the support activity for service users, a predicament solution activity, service assessment, informed concent system.

In recent years, the passengers are likely to decide their route on impulse due to the development of the integrated public transport system, and real-time information system. Especially, public transport fare integration in Seoul Metropolitan area, 2004 makes them not to have resistance about changing the modes or routes and their route choice is most effected by the degree of congestion. Assignment model have limitations to describe route changes by congestion. In this study, the concept of a link cost function used in road assignment and Effective frequency is introduced to describe the passengers' behavior when the capacity of public transport is over and the waiting time variation. Two situations, new transit line operation and accident, are set up to validate the model, as a result of the transit assignment by this model, the traffic on networks is not over the capacity. It is expected that this study will be of help to reflect the various behaviors in transit assignments.

차세대 이동통신 시스템의 이용자와 네트워크간 이용자 익명성을 보장하고, 이용자와 네트워크가 상대 실체를 안전하게 상호 인증할 수 있는 공개키 암호 방식에 기반한 개선된 인증 및 키합의 프로토콜을 제안한다. 이 프로토콜은 이용자와 네트워크는 이용자의 고유신분과 세션별로 변하는 랜덤수를 입력으로 하여 임시신분 정보를 생성 및 상호 공유하고, 네트워크는 초기에 이용자의 신분을 확인하며, 임시신분 정보는 이용자와 네트워크가 상호 선택한 랜덤 수에 따라 세션별로 갱신되므로 무선 접속 구간 상에 익명성을 보장하고 기존의 방식에 비교하여 보다 강화된 안전성을 보장한다.

In spite of decreased attention to digital divide, it has been pointed out as one of the main obstacles to realization of information society. At the outset, two conflicting explanations, optimism and pessimism, have directed their attention to objective basis of digital divide in common. They, however, have been neglected the fact that accessibilities can be varied not only by objective conditions but by subjective conditions such as individual recognition of necessity and willingness. Subsequent choices can be a crucial factor to determine whether to or not to access. In USA, over 50% of potential users determined not to access to the internet by their own will and choices. By the user survey on internet, 'do not feel the necessity' ranked the first reason not to use the internet in South Korea. The respondents who chose 'no time to use' tend to decrease but kept holding their shares, too. The relative importance of 'not to access' by individual choice have been increased. Whether the non-users of ICTs by choice is in or beyond the scope of digital divide, it evidently shows the necessity and importance of directing our attention to it on the way to information society.
