As the elderly population grows, the use of assistive products that facilitate independent living by the elderly is increasing. Assistive product specialists are important to selecting the correct assistive products. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp the needs of assistive product users. This study was conducted to identify the key tasks that should be prioritized through analysis of the needs of assistive product users of assistive product specialist's job competence Questionnaires were administered to 84 assistive product users in person and by mail. The questionnaire was designed to investigate the importance of work and educational needs based on the job of the assistive product specialist. Based on the results, the priorities of five duties and 12 key tasks were derived. The key tasks are highly demanded by assistive product users and must be included in the performance of the job of the assistive product specialist. Based on this study, it is expected that elderly people will gain independence and improve their quality of life in their homes and communities through an individualized approach.

In the development of railroad station area, there are many factors about business management, but the interest of railroad users is an important factor as customer satisfaction. It is necessary to have the quality estimation of railroad service, and important factors of service as customer satisfaction aspects can be supply, reliability, convenience, and safety. In this study, primary factors are deduced in the efficiency aspects of railroad station facilities from analyzing relative importance index using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) methods. The most high rank important factor is railroad station user facilities, and the AHP importance index of passenger facilities and elevator facilities for KORAIL personnel and facility users is index. The third of KORAIL personnel is movement facilities, but facility users index is sanitation. And the low important factors of KORAIL personnel and facility users are shown as the platform in passenger facilities, the rest facilities in waiting room, the escalator in going up and coming down facilities, the escalator in movement facilities, the raised letters block in guide facilities, and the parking lot in subsidiary facilities.

With the development of ICT technology, the game industry is growing rapidly. However, due to the excessive play of the game, there are cases where normal life is difficult. It is necessary to study the diagnosis and countermeasures against such game addiction. This paper study a system for diagnosing game addiction based on game usage information of game users. In order to develop a game addiction diagnostic system, this study classifies game addiction and abuse users and collects and models log information in real game environment. In addition, the addiction and good use model of game users was used as a knowledge to diagnose the addiction of new game users. Through the experiment, we could confirm the meaningful results. Also, according to the result of the diagnosis, the service such as SMS and reporting was suggested.

This study is an empirical study on how factors such as social factor, entertainment factor on the Wechat social media platform affect users' flow and addiction to use. Researchers thought that despite the increasing addiction of social media Wechat users, existing social media research is limited to service quality and satisfaction, so research on user flow and addiction is necessary. Therefore, the researchers try to through empirical analysis, the WeChat use to addiction path to social factor (social interactivity, payable) and entertainment factor (entertainment, life relevance), examine how WeChat user experience affects the use intention and satisfaction, and determine its role in the user's WeChat addiction and flow, and tested. The results of this study are expected to provide a new theoretical basis for future research on addiction use of social media.

Recently, most of people wants to have smart life for themselves like smart phones. In this paper, we propose the smart elevator based on the laser screen, speakers and air fresheners. Using this elevator, we could enjoy the various screen inside, and we could keep contacting with manager for wifi in the emergency situation. Also, the elevator could be operated with user's motion for Kinect. Finally, we did the survey for understanding preference of smart elevator. The grops are elevator manufacturing company, elevator distribution corporation and consumers, each group have 200 people.

This study aims to identify factors of life satisfaction of the adults with developmental disabilities, focusing on the comparison between young and old. Data are collected through in-depth interview of the adults with developmental disabilities as well as via workers proxy responses at the group home. Regression model analysis is conducted based on 387 cases. The result shows that the young adults with developmental disabilities are more likely to satisfied with life when they evaluate job performance of workers at the group home and when they are more actively involved in community activities. For the old adults with developmental disabilities, life satisfaction is positively associated with their evaluation of job performance of workers at the group home as in the young adults. In addition, life satisfaction of the old adults is higher when they feel less fatigue. It is also higher for those with more choices on residence and higher level of social activities. The findings reveals that enhancement of life satisfaction for the old adults with developmental disabilities dwelling at group home require supports and services for health and social activities different from other ages. It shares the general ideas that service efforts should be made for needs and desires of the recipients. The present study suggests to expand our research interests to include the disabled in danger of early aging, such as the persons with Down Syndrome and the persons with intellectual disability and cerebral palsy, and look into their particular needs.

본 논문은 Green IT에 발맞취 세계적으로 이슈가 되고 있는 친환경 교통수단 활성 정책인 공용자전거 대여 서비스에서의 자전거 분실방지, 관리 문제에 대한 문제점을 해소하기 위해 스마트폰과 GPS, RFID 기술을 적용한 자전거 관리 시스템을 설계한다. 본 논문에서는 각 지역마다 설치되어있는 자전거 대여 키오스크에 RFID 리더를 설치하고 각 자전거에 RFID 태그를 부착함으로써 실시간으로 각 대여소별 자전거 보유 현황을 알 수 있고 이용자가 자전거를 대여 했을 때는 스마트폰 GPS 모듈이 자전거의 위치를 파악하고 암호화하여 이동통신망을 통해 관리 서버로 전송함으로써 공용자전거의 분실 및 도난 방지를 막고 스마트폰을 통해 다양한 부가서비스를 제공하여 이용자의 편의를 증가시킬 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.

본 연구에서는 사회서비스 이용자를 대상으로 사회서비스의 재구매의도 수준을 분석하고, 사회서비스의 만족요인과 효과성이 재구매의도에 얼마나 영향을 미치는지를 규명하고자 한다. 분석결과 사회서비스 재구매의도 수준은 평균 3.62(5점만점)으로 비교적 높게 나타났다. 사회서비스 재구매의도에 서비스만족도 요인중 본인부담액(B=.2111, p<.001), 서비스접근성(B=.144, p<.005)과 서비스효과요인중 일상생활 적응성(B=.164, p<.005)은 유의미한 영향을 나타냈다.

This study investigated how college students seek and use information sources in their everyday lives. A total of 360 students from twelve colleges located in Seoul were randomly selected and participated in this study. The survey asked them what kind of information sources they use in their everyday life and what differences it has when they seek the information sources for their decision making time. Various criteria for evaluating information sources were reviewed to adopt in this study and collected data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of psychosocial rehabilitation services on the independent living of the mentally ill people. The study was conducted using mentally ill people who were using services offered by psychosocial rehabilitation service center during the study period, have lived independently, and used the service center for three months or longer. The data analysis included 231 surveys collected from 42 agencies and then perform hierarchical regression analysis. As a study result, the number of types of psychosocial rehabilitation service used by the mentally ill people and the greater the satisfaction with the psychosocial rehabilitation service, the more independent living competency of the mentally ill people was received. This means that community-based integrated psychosocial rehabilitation service have the effect of contributing to strengthening the competency of independent living with the mentally ill people. Based on the research results, this study proposed the development of integrated mental rehabilitation service to improve the independence competency of the mentally ill people.
