A Study on the Influence Factors of ChatGPT Intention to Use by Extended Technology Acceptance Model (기술수용모델의 확장을 통한 ChatGPT 이용의도 영향요인 탐색연구)

  • This study explored the factors affecting the intention to use ChatGPT for adult men and women. The results are summarized and presented based on the hypothesis as follows. First, perceived ease of use had a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Second, information reliability did not have a significant effect on perceived usefulness. Third, information quickness had a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Fourth, perceived ease of use had a positive effect on user satisfaction. Fifth, perceived usefulness had a positive effect on user satisfaction. Sixth, information reliability did not have a significant effect on user satisfaction. Seventh, information quickness had a positive effect on user satisfaction. Eighth, user satisfaction had a positive effect on the intention to use.

Measuring Library User Satisfaction using the Public-service Customer Satisfaction Index (PCSI) (공공기관 고객만족지수(PCSI) 모형을 적용한 도서관 고객만족도 측정)

  • The purpose of this study was to design a PCSI model that can be applicable to measurement of library user satisfactions, which can be used in evaluating organizational performance. The National Assembly Library (NAL) was selected as a case to design a PCSI-based model and to test the model by conducting a self-administered survey of 341 internal and external library users. The model was validated to have a satisfactory model fit. Fitting the model, the study confirms that the service qualities of the NAL affect user satisfactions, which in turn affects organizational performances. The PCSI score of the library was 80.4, which can be used as a useful index that can compare the library's performance with other organizations in the similar public domain. Major contributions of this study are two-fold: the PCSI-based model proposed in this study provides a theoretical basis that assesses organizational performance of libraries via user satisfaction; and libraries can utilize the model as a management tool to assess the organizational performance from the user perspective.

Effects of Service Characteristics of a Subscription-based OTT on User Satisfaction and Continuance Intention: Evaluation by Netflix Users (구독형 OTT 서비스 특성이 이용자 만족과 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 영향: 넷플릭스 이용자를 대상으로)

  • This study examined how the quality of Netflix service affects user satisfaction and continuance intention. This study classified the quality of Netflix service as content diversity, rate system appropriateness, recommendation system, N-screen service, binge viewing, and service quality, and examined the effect of each dimension on user satisfaction and continuous intention. We conduced an online survey on 202 Netflix users and analyzed the data with the SEM. Results are as follows. First, content diversity, recommendation system, binge-viewing and service quality are positively associated with user satisfaction. Second, the N-Screen service has neither direct nor indirect effects on continuance intention. However, rate system has a direct effect on continuance intention. On the other hand, content diversity, recommendation systems, binge-viewing, and quality of service affect continuance intention positively through user satisfaction. Finally, it is shown that user satisfaction and continuance intention have a significant static correlation as predicted.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the user satisfaction, royalty and compliant of a children's library Website. To achieve the aim of this study a modified Kim and Park's model of the user satisfaction index which consists of information quality, service quality, and system quality dimension is adopted. A total of 130 valid responses to the questionnaire were analysed using SPSS 18. It is found that the higher the user satisfaction gives the higher the royalty and the lower the compliant. For the contents quality dimension, the items of Usability, Accuracy, Easy of understand, Reliability and Up-to-date; for the service quality dimension, the items of Interface design, Reliability, Responsiveness, and Empathy; for the system quality dimension, the items of Response time, Interactive, Easy to access, and Easy to use show a significant relationships to the users' satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study was to derive the impact factors through multi-return analysis by dividing the satisfaction level of the users of the Food Bank into service satisfaction, food satisfaction, and facility and environment satisfaction and then present a plan for improving service quality. As a result, first of all, the analysis shows that the service satisfaction was not statistically significant. Second, the satisfaction level of food was higher when they get cooked food and when the frequency of support was low. It can be interpreted as important to users to properly solve the problem of fasting through cooked food rather than the frequency of food provision. Third, the satisfaction level of the facility and environment was higher for those with higher educational background, lower monthly income, and higher food expenditure after the support. Users with high educational background value information, service hours, facilities and environment hygiene, and users with low monthly income and high food expenditure even after receiving support can infer the need for food bank services to solve the problem of fasting. Based on these findings, it emphasized the need to develop user-centered services so that the problem of fasting could be effectively resolved in consideration of the conditions of service users.

  • This study is to observe the correlation between user properties and user behavior on the mobile game, one of the most prominent digital contents with the most mutual interaction. Among various factors affecting on behaviors of game users, the user properties itself was accentuated, and the effect of individual and psychological quality on the use of game was evaluated. The user properties were mainly categorized into five factors of "interpersonal relationship", "level of game skill", "inclination of innovation", "self-esteem", and "competitive spirit", and the use behavior of game was categorized mainly into two types - quantitative behavior of "amount of use (time of use, consumption cost)" and qualitative behavior of "perceived satisfaction level (perceived enjoyment, perceived service quality, and perceived price)". As a result of study, in general, as the user quality subjected in this study is stronger, the amount of use and satisfaction level are higher. This study is to observe what type of user qualities leads to the more use, consumption, and satisfaction level of game contents to contribute to the study about the use of conventional digital contents and heavy use.

  • Social network service (SNS) using mobile or web is growing rapidly, and the emergence of various platform services is causing innovative changes in social network service (SNS). This study is to identify the target relation factors of social network users and to empirically study the causal relationship of how much these factors affect user satisfaction through pleasure and self-efficacy. To present an effective and efficient development plan in. In order to empirically verify the research model of this study, a survey was conducted with the general public who had experience using social network services (SNS). Path analysis was performed. As a result, it was possible to verify the correlation of the object relational factors on user satisfaction through pleasure and self-efficacy.First, non-excluded had a significant effect on pleasure, but did not significantly affect self-efficacy. Second, stability attachment did not significantly affect both enjoyment and self-efficacy. Third, social ability did not significantly affect both enjoyment and self-efficacy. Fourth, self-centeredness did not have a significant effect on both enjoyment and self-efficacy. Fifth, pleasure had a significant effect on both self-efficacy and user satisfaction. Sixth, self-efficacy had a significant effect on user satisfaction.

The User Satisfaction Analyses for the Multimedia Room of Academic Libraries in the Northeast Seoul (대학도서관 멀티미디어실에 대한 이용자 만족도 분석 - 서울동북부사립대학교도서관을 중심으로 -)

  • While a number of studies have been conducted on the multimedia rooms in academic libraries, they have limitations both in the research scope and in the data analysis methods. The principal limitations are: (1) Lack of investigation on the variation in user satisfaction by users' major areas and utilization behaviors; (2) Insufficiency of examining the variation in user satisfaction with diverse library areas; (3) Lack of consideration of service providers' opinions. Accordingly, this study aimed to examine the follows: (1) investigating how users' major fields and utilization behaviors affect user satisfaction; (2) determining the relationships between the area satisfaction factors and satisfaction in general; and (3) discovering what to improve, as indicated by users and service providers. On the basis of the results, the suggestions relate to the improvements of the followings: (1) the existing system; (2) equipments and facilities; (3) resources; (4) user education; and (5) administrative and legal support.

인터넷 쇼핑몰의 물류서비스 품질요인이 고객만족과 구매 후 행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 기업들의 새로운 경쟁요인으로 부각하고 있는 물류서비스 부분의 품질 평가기준이나 평가척도 등에 관한 기존 연구를 현 시점에 맞게 재해석하고 또 새로운 평가 요소를 발굴하여 이를 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 적용함으로써 이용자들의 만족도, 재이용의도 및 타인추천의도의 향상을 꾀하였다. 특히 물류서비스 요인들의 고객만족에 대한 직접적인 영향을 분석함과 동시에 구매 후 행동인 재이용의도와 타인추천의도에 대한 간접적인 분석을 통해 그 영향 정도를 실증적으로 파악하여 쇼핑몰 운영자에게 있어 실질적인 도움을 주고자 하였다.

The Impact of user behavior, contents, functionality, cost on the continued use intention of the N-screen service users (N스크린 서비스의 이용행태, 콘텐츠, 기능, 비용이 이용자의 지속이용의사에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구는 N스크린 서비스의 이용행태(교차이용, 개인별 단말기 보유량, N스크린 이용을 위한 지불금액, N스크린 이용시간), 콘텐츠 특성(채널의 다양성, VOD의 다양성), 기능적 요인(시스템품질, 인터페이스, 결제시스템), 비용에 대한 이용자의 인식이 이용만족도와 지속이용의사에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. N스크린 유료 경험이 있는 이용자를 대상으로 (N=498), 웹을 통한 설문조사를 한 결과, 이용만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 기능적 요인 중 인터페이스로 나타났으며, 결제시스템, VOD의 다양성, 채널의 다양성, 비용 순으로 유의하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 이용자 차원에서 서비스 만족에 영향을 주는 요인들을 밝혀냄으로써, N스크린과 스마트TV의 활성화를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 의의가 있다.
