A Study on the Activation of Archive Exhibitions using Archival Contents (기록콘텐츠 기반의 아카이브 전시 활성화 방안)

  • Archive exhibitions are one of the important tasks of archives that promote the value of archives and contribute to increasing users' interest and positive image but have not yet been activated. Recently, there has been a shift from a one-way archive exhibition to a new way to draw attention and understanding from users by using archival contents. This study aims to propose ways to activate archive exhibitions by utilizing archival contents by analyzing the exhibits of domestic cultural heritage institutions. Focusing on ways to improve the understanding and utilization of records through archival contents, the proposed strategy for developing archive exhibition programs is a three-way contents-based exhibition, experiential exhibition, and digital environment-based exhibition. The results of this study are expected to help develop archival exhibition programs that will enhance users' interest and understanding of records.

  • This study aims to present the framework for promoting active engagement of users in digital archives through social tagging. It analyzed the technological development involved with digital archives, and the user participation and engagement through social media. The analysis explored the aspects of social tagging in terms of communication, sharing and collaboration in digital archives. Based on the analysis and reviews, it developed the model of social tagging for user participation and interaction in digital archives. The study proposed the application of open and game platforms for promoting active engagement of users in digital archives through social tagging.

Twitter and Retweet Context: User Characteristics and Message Attributes of Twitter for PR and Marketing (기업의 홍보 마케팅용 트위터의 리트윗 현황 분석: 이용자 특성과 콘텐츠 속성을 중심으로)

  • The rapid growth and popularity of Twitter have been one of the most influential phenomena in the era of social network system and the mobile internet, which also opens up opportunities for new business strategies; in particular, PR and marketing area. This study analyzed use of Twitter in terms of user characteristics and message attributes. Actual field data from the Twitter for PR and Marketing of a representative Korean IT company (Company "K") was used for this analysis. Research findings show that overall corporate twitter users show passive attitude in retweet behavior. Also, users who have relatively small network size (less than 1,000) are more active in retweet than power twitterians that have big network size(over than 10,000). It is showed that the rate of retweet is higher in the order of recruiting, promotional event, IT information, and general PR message. In the conclusion section, practical implications based on the research finding are thoroughly discussed.

Determinants of the Users' Intention to Retain the Monthly Movie Subscription VOD in the Pay-TV:A Dual Model of Dedication-Based and Constraint-Based Mechanisms (유료방송 영화 VOD 월정액 서비스 이용자의 가입유지의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 자의기반과 구속기반 메커니즘의 이원적 모형을 중심으로)

  • This study investigates the factors influencing to users' intention to retain monthly movie subscription VOD service in the Pay-TV. A dual model of a dedication-based mechanism and constraint-based mechanism used as the analytical framework for the service subscription retention. This study surveyed the total of 366 respondents who aged 15 years or older among the subscribers who use monthly movie subscription VOD service in Pay-TV from May 8 to May 14, 2018 through online surveys. And the study used SPSS 25 and AMOS 21 for data analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the price, the contents diversity and the ease of use were found to affect the user satisfaction. From three components, the price is the most effective and the ease of use is the next. Second, user satisfaction were found to affect the intention to retain a subscription in the dedication-based mechanism. Third, procedural switching cost were found to affect the intention to retain a subscription in the constraint-base mechanism.

  • 콘텐츠 큐레이션 서비스를 위해서 대용량 데이터를 학습하는 과정에서 발생하는 메모리부족 문제, 학습소요시간 문제 등을 해결하기 위한 "대용량 문서학습을 위한 동적학습 파이프라인 생성기술 중 빅데이터 마이닝을 위한 점진적 학습 모델" 기술이 필요하며, 본 논문에서 제안한 콘텐츠 큐레이션 서비스는 온라인상의 수많은 콘텐츠들 중 개인의 주관이나 관점에 따라 관련 콘텐츠들을 수집, 정리하고 편집하여 이용자와 관련이 있거나 좋아할 만한 콘텐츠를 제공하는 서비스이다. 본 논문에서 설계된 모아 큐레이션 서비스는 대용량의 문서를 학습함에 있어서 메모리 부족 문제, 학습 소요시간 문제 등을 해결하기 위해 학습데이터의 용량 제한이 없는 문서를 자유롭게 학습하고 부분적인 자질추가/변경 시에 변경요소만을 추가 반영할 수 있는 범용적이고 일반적인 분류기의 구조설계 방법 등을 제시하였다.

  • 정보화 사회에서 으뜸가는 정보인 육성을 위해서는 초등학교 때부터 주어진 환경에서 웹을 이용하는 클라이언트 입장에서 벗어나 직접 웹의 관리자가 되어보는 경험을 갖는 것이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 학생들이 이용자로서의 입장에서 벗어나 자신이 관심 있는 분야에 대한 주제를 설정하여, 커뮤니티를 형성하고, 관리자의 입장에서 학습을 자율적으로 할 수 있는 기본능력을 기를 수 있는 기회를 제공하고자 웹 콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 자신만의 창의적인 아이디어를 주제로 선택하고 초등학생이 쉽게 접근 할 수 있는 알맞은 운영방식을 제공함으로써, 정보를 제공받는 이용자의 입장에서 벗어나, 정보 제공하는 웹 관리자의 기본능력을 기르고자 하는데 목적을 두어 자율학습형 웹 컨텐트를 설계 및 구현하였다.

인트라넷의 구조화는 곧 비즈니스의 구조화

  • 정보기술 분야 전문가들은 인트라넷의 문제점들을 해소하기 위한 가장 유력한 정보기술을 'Corporate Portal'로 보고 있다. Yahoo, AOL, Microsoft, Netscape 등의 인터넷 포탈 사이트들이 인기를 누리는 이유는 인터넷상의 정보들을 구조화하여 이용자들이 쉽게 정보를 찾을 수 있기 때문이다. 마찬가지로 인트라넷이 구축되어 있는 기업 역시 Corporate Portal을 구축함으로써, 기 구축된 인트라넷의 활용도를 극대화할 수 있게 된다.

A Study on the Educational Content of Floral Design on YouTube (유튜브에 나타난 화예 디자인 교육 콘텐츠 연구 -화훼장식기능사 교육 콘텐츠를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics and problems of the content of flower design education videos on YouTube and to search for improvement direction. The subjects of analysis were 129 pieces of videos uploaded in the last one year including 'craftman floral design' as a search term. The result shows that contents covered were practical lectures, theory lectures, test related tips, job and character introduction, test work, educational guidance and publicity. The production format could be divided into studio lecture, classroom lecture, video feature, interview, Vlog, and television program. The hub-type programming strategy that periodically uploads the videos satisfying the target audiences' interests is mostly applied. The type of lecture covered 'practical skill test' got a good response from the users. Overall, content diversity, interaction between creators and users, and harmonious programming strategies are lacking. In order to improve this, it is necessary for emotional and expressive creators to pioneer differentiated fields and practice based on actual field. The introduction of interactive elements such as games and quizzes and the application of new media technologies such as VR and AR are worth trying. Three strategic types of 'hero', 'hub', and 'how to' should be applied complementary. As the demand for education content related to flower design is expected to expand in the future, it is required to develop content that can be used in various platforms, foster professional creators, and develop associated business models.

  • This study was carried out aiming to provide information and enhance the satisfaction of real-time smartphones users on Rural Amenity Resources Information Services. For this purpose, domestic and international discussions and surveys on technology developments and expert analysis smartphone technology were reviewed. And empirical data were collected from 600 people through structured questionnaires including smart-phone experience, smartphone usage behavior, the required content, service items, service quality, Through this information, the content of rural amenity resources, how to take advantage of smart phones. Service Plan and developed, and a rural village locations to target mobile phone technology, the content was established. Through the preference analysis of the collected data, we designed the contents of rural amenity resources information based on smart-phone. It will be helpful to enhance the interchange between urban and rural such as farmer's market and rural tourism.

  • With the help of digital technology, contents production process has become flexible and transmedia situation has been in the rise. Transmedia contents is a new type of contents being based on the various media platform and establishes a consistent story world. They are newly appeared mode of contents in the age of digital convergence. Users reading and watching the several versions of story in the transmedia contents can create a comprehensive contents experience and deepen it. Developing their own aesthetics and meaning of media text, transmedia contents is changing the textuality of digital contents, contents production process and contents using behaviors and contexts.
