In the city, the urban park contributes to the quality of citizen life in many ways, and the importance of the urban park as an urban planning facility is growing each day. In this study, evaluation of park service supply adequacy in Suwon-si, the difference in analysis methods, and the type of land use at urban park catchment area analysis were analyzed. As a result, there were remarkable differences between the two analysis methods. In Suwon-si, the catchment area by network analysis was only about 41% of catchment area by buffer analysis. However, when basic local authorities establish planning of parks and green areas, they use buffer analysis to calculate the park service area. It means that such calculations of urban park service areas may be wider than actually used. Also, because there were differences between urban park catchment areas by land use types, guidelines of planning parks and green areas will be adjusted. Although quantitative expansion of the park area is also important for the realization of green welfare, it is necessary to consider city characteristics such as the population size, population density, land use types, and so on.

As the use of SNS becomes more active, many people are posting their thoughts about specific events in their SNS in the form of text. As a result, SNS is used in various fields such as finance and distribution to conduct service satisfaction surveys and consumer monitoring. However, in the transportation area, there are not enough cases to utilize unstructured data analysis such as emotional analysis. In this study, we developed an emotional analysis methodology that can be used in transportation by using highway VOC data, which is atypical data collected by Korea Expressway Corporation. The developed methodology consists of morpheme analysis, emotional dictionary construction, and emotional discrimination of the collected unstructured data. The developed methodology was verified using highway related tweet data. As a result of the analysis, it can be guessed that many information and information about the construction and the accident were related to the highway during the analysis period. Also, it seems that users complain about the delay caused by construction and accident.
This study aims to analyze the differences in performance according to various operation methods (direct management, public consignment, and private agency) of public sewage treatment facilities and derive the most efficient and high level of sewage treatment services to the public based on the research results. To this end, economic performance indicators (sewage treatment cost, sewerage rate) and social performance indicators (water quality, number of civil complaints) were selected, and cross-sectional analysis and longitudinal analysis were used to verify the difference between the averages of three or more groups through one-way ANOVA. As a result of the analysis, cross-sectional analysis, there was no difference in economic performance dimension according to the operating method, but in terms of social performance dimension, it was found that there was a difference according to the operating method. In the case of water quality indicators, the results were superior to those directly managed by public consignment and private agencies in the number of civil complaints. In the longitudinal analysis examining the improvement of performance indicators, there was no significant difference by operation method in most performance indicators. In order to improve the efficiency of public services and improve the service level, various approaches suitable for the characteristics of each service are required in addition to the logic of public consignment or introduction of private agency. In the future, when local governments promote public consignment or private agency, it is necessary to understand and promote the nature of the service, the specificity of each local government, and the needs of service users.

This paper has attempted to propose a more progressive direction for U-environmental sculptures in a ubiquitous urban space in terms of usability, service, function and formative characteristics that enhance user satisfaction with these sculptures. For this, Media Pole, a U-environmental sculpture on Gangnam U-Street, has been examined. The results of this study are as follows: First, a study of user satisfaction was planned after establishing levels of satisfaction in terms of service, function and formative characteristics. In terms of satisfaction by the section of Media Pole, the public transportation map was the most influential in service while street culture and beauty of shape were critical in function and formative characteristics, respectively. In the relationship between satisfaction by section and overall satisfaction, furthermore, functional satisfaction had the biggest influence. Therefore, the development of human-centered functional factors which have pleasant and touching stories to facilitate communication with citizens are important in order to develop various Media Pole contents to enhance user satisfaction with the U-environmental sculpture and allow it evolve into a Gangnam landmark Since we are in the initial stage of a U-city, there are many problems that need to be addressed such as a lack of natural beauty, poor material quality of environmental sculptures, absence of storytelling, poor technology, lack of content, poor profitability and lack of means of social communication. In the end, the development of a comfortable, people-friendly space and U-environmental sculptures are needed in consideration of economic, social and cultural aspects instead of focusing on advanced technology only.
This paper is to review a literature concerning Bus Transit Route Network Design(BTRNDP), to describe a future study direction for a systematic application for the BTRNDP. Since a bus transit uses a fixed route, schedule, stop, therefore an approach methodology is different from that of auto network design problem. An approach methodology for BTRNDP is classified by 8 categories: manual & guideline, market analysis, system analytic model. heuristic model. hybrid model. experienced-based model. simulation-based model. mathematical optimization model. In most previous BTRNDP, objective function is to minimize user and operator costs, and constraints on the total operator cost, fleet size and service frequency are common to several previous approach. Transit trip assignment mostly use multi-path trip assignment. Since the search for optimal solution from a large search space of BTRNDP made up by all possible solutions, the mixed combinatorial problem are usually NP-hard. Therefore, previous researches for the BTRNDP use a sequential design process, which is composed of several design steps as follows: the generation of a candidate route set, the route analysis and evaluation process, the selection process of a optimal route set Future study will focus on a development of detailed OD trip table based on bus stop, systematic transit route network evaluation model. updated transit trip assignment technique and advanced solution search algorithm for BTRNDP.

This study is to suggest the considerations in the rules for authorized access points for collocation of music work by figuring out the directions of authorized access points in FRBR, LRM, ICP 2016, RDA, and BIBFRAME, and by analyzing RDA rules for attributes and authorized access points of music works and expression and VIAF examples. First, an aggregated authorized access points were suggested as the direction of authorized access points, and original title may be selected as preferred title and the authorized access point may be based on forms in one of the languages suited to the users, if the original title is not normally suited. Second, music works's authorized access points is consisted of composer authorized access point and preferred title, and of adapter's authorized access point and preferred title in case of lacks of responsibility in composer. Also, the authorized access point of Korean traditional music work must be reviewed according to work types considering the responsibility of composer. Third, the controlled vocabularies for name of music type, medium of performance, and key could be considered for describing the attributes of work and expression. This study would be the foundation study for the authorized access point of music work, and additional research should be completed through surveying music user's need.

The present study aims to identify the factors that affect the continuous use and discontinuance of the hospital information seeking applications(hospital apps thereafter) by employing the post acceptance model. The surveys were conducted with people who used the hospital apps from October 11 to 18, 2019. Researchers collected 125 valid data and analyzed them by using the structural equation model. The study found that the satisfaction and confirmation of expectation for the hospital apps users had significant effects on intention for continuous use and perceived usefulness, respectively. However, the perceived usefulness did not have a significant effect on the intention for continue use. The present study has identified the variables that influence the continuous use of these innovative technologies. The findings of the study confirmed the post acceptance model by observing the adoption and use of the hospital apps and extended the literature of the post acceptance model by discussing the unique characteristics of the hospital apps that satisfy the urgent help-seekers under emergency situations or the information needs emphasizing promptness. In addition, based on the benefits and limitations of hospital apps reported by consumers, the study provided practical implications for designing more user-friendly apps to hospital app developers or managers.

The Korea Coast Guard evaluates the risk of major coastal activity places to prevent coastal accidents, and patrols and manages them based on that, but it is not responding properly to the continuously increasing number of coastal accidents. The reason for this is that, despite the gradual expansion of coastal activity places, there is a lack of manpower to manage and supervise them, resulting in blind spots in coastal accident safety management. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, it is necessary to prepare more efficient and effective measures that check and supplement the current coastal safety management system. Coastal accidents show different characteristics of accident causes and places due to differences in the activity characteristics of users according to time. As a result of analyzing coastal accident data (2017~2021), the frequency of daytime accidents is high in the case of sea rock, beach, and offshore, where family leisure activities are frequent. In the case of wharf, tidal flat and bridge, where accidents due to drinking, disorientation, and suicide mainly occur, the frequency of accidents at night is high. In addition, there were more accidents on weekends when the number of users increased compared to weekdays. This trend indicates that the user's temporal activity characteristics must be reflected in the risk assessment of coastal activity places. Therefore, in this study, based on the case of coastal accidents, the characteristics of accidents at coastal activity places according to time were identified, and the criteria were presented for risk evaluation by grading them. It is expected that it will be possible to lay the foundation for reducing coastal accidents by efficiently managing and supervising coastal activity places over time using the presented evaluation criteria.

Bus stop is necessary to improve user-focused environment to offer convenient service because of the large number of passengers. This study is to analyze user's evaluation and establishment model of the service levels at bus stop using GAP analysis, IPA and Structural equation model and suggests improvement direction of bus stop. In the GAP analysis, on thirty-one service items of bus stop, the difference appeared highly from the items such as obstacle's facility and the information related to the using bus. In the current IPA service bus operation information, cadence facility and obstacle support facility need to be improved. And in service expectation bus operation information and th exchange facility, the obstacle support facility need to be improved continuously. The evaluation model of bus stop service due to a structure equation's was fitted well by structure equation. In overall satisfaction on bus stop, the waiting satisfaction is more affect the satisfaction of bus use facility. Satisfaction in bus use facility, the related information of bus operation, cadence facility, bus operation information and trans facility, obstacle support facility is more affect compare to other items. The lower overall satisfaction in bus stop is the higher the expectation of overall satisfaction is. Therefore, the information of bus operation and the support facility for the handicapped needs an active improvement plan than ever.

Recently, as user demand to receive various information through one integrated institution has increased, "Larchiveum," which integrates the functions and services of archives, libraries, and museums, has been established. Thus, web information services are provided in an integrated manner through the Larchiveum website. This study attempted to analyze the information services on the Larchiveum website in detail. To this end, the researchers developed a web information service evaluation index reflecting the characteristics of Larchiveum that are differentiated from information services offered by websites of general archives, libraries, and museums. Recognizing the importance of evaluation indicators, the researchers developed evaluation indicators, and an evaluation of the three institutions' websites was conducted. The assessment showed that the currently operating Larchiveum website provides ample basic business introduction and interface navigation, but the use of search results in the information search area was insufficient. Complementary points were presented in these areas, and measures that would be effective if additionally operated were also suggested. This research sought to provide practical assistance in configuring and providing web services for the newly established Larchiveum in hopes that the evaluation indicators used in this study will be applied, supplemented, and utilized well in the future.
