요즈음 세계적인 유수 통신 사업자들이 새로운 서비스로 가장 큰 관심을 나타내고 있는 것이 IPTV이다. 이는 통신 사업자들이 브로드밴드 IP 네트워크 환경에서 비디오, 음성 및 데이터 정보들을 다양한 형태의 새로운 서비스 패키지로 엮어서 이용자들의 요구에 가장 잘 적응할 수 있게 만든 서비스 모델이 IPTV 서비스이기 때문일 것이다. 그런데 IPTV 서비스가 이용자들에게 고품질의 서비스 및 다양한 부가기능을 갖춘 고기능 부가서비스로 다가갈 뿐만 아니라 효율적인 통신 서비스 시장을 형성하여 나가기 위해서는 표준화의 요구 사항을 만족시켜야 할 것이다. 그러나 IPTV 관련 기술 및 서비스 기능들이 네트워크, 서비스 기능 및 특성, 가입자 액세스 기술, 서비스 품질, 네트워크 특성들이 고려된 종합적인 IPTV 표준화가 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 각국의 통신 사업자뿐만 아니라 서비스 사업자 및 가입자 시스템 벤더들은 브로드밴드 통신 시장의 수요에 따라 IPTV 서비스의 endto-end 상호운용성(Interoperability)을 제공하기 위한 IPTV 표준화에 경쟁적으로 참여하고 있다. 최근에 ITU-T는 IPTV의 표준화를 위한 포커스 그룹 결성을 위한 준비 모임을 오는 4월 초에 제네바에서 개최하고 7월경에는 공식적으로 표준화 조직으로 결성할 예정이다.

웹상에서 제공되는 영상정보 자원의 양이 급증하고 이용자들의 문화적인 수요가 높아진 것에 비해 영상정보를 포괄적으로 기술할 수 있는 체계적인 서지기술은 부족한 실정이다. 기존의 영상정보 기술 메타데이터 요소로는 이용자가 탐색하고자 하는 정보자원을 적절하게 검색하거나 혹은 검색된 자원 중에서 서로 연관성이 있는 정보를 그룹화하여 보여주는 것이 불가능하다[1]. 따라서 영상정보 자원이 지니는 다양한 수준과 다양한 측면의 특성을 표현해 내기 위해 국내에서 제안된 영상정보 분야의 새로운 메타데이터 표준이 제시되었다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 영상정보 분야의 메타데이터를 기반으로 하는 영화 Context 검색 엔진을 개발하였고, 이에 따라 추후에 적절한 정보자원의 검색과 연관성 있는 정보의 그룹화로의 확장을 가능하게 할 것이다.

대구지역 도서관에서 발간한 "도서관보(圖書館報)"를 활용하여 대구 소재 17개 시립 및 구립 공공도서관을 선정했다. 이들 도서관에서 노인 이용자를 위해 제공하고 있는 서비스 현황을 조사하여 분석하였다. 연구 대상서비스 분야는 시설, 자료이용 보조기구, 대활자본 자료, 2009년부터 2014년까지 6년간 시행한 평생교육강좌 프로그램 등 4가지이다. 이에 대한 현황을 살피고, 앞으로 꾸준히 증가할 것으로 예상되는 노인 이용자 수요에 대비하여 도서관이 보강해야 할 취약점에 대해 분석하였다.

지속 가능한 발전을 위해 전기자동차의 관심 및 수요가 늘어나는 상황에서 전기자동차 충전소 및 주차공간에 대한 정보 습득은 더욱 중요해졌다. 서비스 이용자는 본인의 위치를 기반으로 하여 가까운 주차장과 전기 충전소의 유무를 확인할 수 있는 DBMS를 설계하고 구축하였다. 이용자에게 주차장 및 전기 충전소에 대한 정보를 얻는 과정에서 더욱 편리함을 안겨주는 것을 목표로 하였다.

해양사고는 해양 환경과 인적 요소의 상호작용에서 발생하는 심각한 문제 중 하나로, 이를 예방하고 관리하기 위한 정책이 필수적이다. 하지만, 이 중 해상교통 환경에 대해서는 지금까지 항만 및 입·출항로 등 제한된 해역에 한정하여 관리되어 온 관계로 전체 연근해 해역에 대한 관리는 상대적으로 미흡하였다. 따라서 증가하는 해역 이용 수요에 대비한 선박 및 선원 중심의 안전 정책을 교통환경 관리강화를 통한 공간 중심으로 전환할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 해역이용자 및 관련 전문가를 대상으로 교통환경 관리 항목 도출을 위한 설문조사를 시행하고 AHP 기법을 활용하여 이를 분석하였다.

This study analyzed the efficiency of a trunk with branches and a trunk with feeders route system comparing the user cost and operator cost of those route systems. Basically, a trunk with branches is more efficient than a trunk with feeders in the passengers' perspective if the transit system of a trunk and feeders are the same. In the case that the trunk system is hierarchically higher than the feeder system, a trunk with feeders has the competitive edge over a trunk with branches if the saving of travel cost induced by using the trunk line is larger than the increasing waiting and transfer cost. This result is consistent with the previous research by Park et al.(2007c), which analyzed the efficiency of hierarchical structure in a grid transit network. If the travel demand of each origins and destinations is low, increasing headway according to the travel demand can increase passenger load or operating efficiency in a trunk with feeders route system. In this case, a trunk with feeders route system is more prevalent as the operating cost, route length, and number of destinations increases, while it is less prevalent as the transfer cost and passengers' time value of the waiting time increases. In cases that central business district, which is located in the middle of a trunk line, generates travel demand, a trunk with feeders is more efficient than a trunk with branches with the increasing travel demand from and to the CBD. Therefore it can be concluded that to have a dual operating system between CBD and suburban is more efficient than one type transit system. The efficiency of that system can be increased through an efficient transfer system that can reduce the transfer cost.

이용자의 경로선택 형태를 모사하는 통행배정모형 결과의 정확도는 교통계획에 상당한 영향을 미친다. 이용자의 경로선택 결정과정에서 가장 중요한 판단기준은 통행시간과 통행요금이다. 그런데 통행요금은 이용자의 경로거리에 따라 다양한 방식으로 부과되므로, 링크를 분석단위로 하는 기존의 통행배정모형은 현실적인 통행요금 반영이 힘들었고 또한 수요예측 결과를 이용한 다양한 분석에서 제약을 받아 왔다. 본 연구는 이러한 배경에서 경로교통량을 도출할 수 있는 경로기반 통행배정모형을 구축하였고, 또한 경로거리에 따라 결정되는 현실적인 통행요금을 반영할 수 있는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 경로기반 배정모형에서는 GP(Gradient Projection) 알고리즘을 이용하였고, 계산상의 효율성 제고를 위해 K-최단경로 알고리즘 중 MPS(Minimal Path Search) 알고리즘을 이용하였다. 개발된 배정 모형은 현실적인 통행요금을 반영할 수 있으므로 통행배정 결과의 정밀도를 향상시켰을 뿐만 아니라 기존 배정모형에 비해 최적해로의 수렴속도도 개선되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문의 배정모형은 경로교통량이 도출되고 통행요금을 반영할 수 있으므로, 통행요금과 통행 거리 관계에 따른 목적함수의 규명과 그에 따른 효과척도를 계량화할 수 있다. 따라서 본 모형은 통행배정에서 실재상황을 보다 현실여건에 맞도록 규명할 수 있고, 기존의 제한적인 효과분석의 문제점을 해결할 수 있으므로 그 활용범위가 넓다. 또한 본 논문은 개발된 배정모형의 적용사례로서 고속도로 수요관리 요금체계 개선방안을 제시하였다. 기존의 고속도로 통행요금 산정 방법은 이론적 근거가 미약했던 반면, 본 논문에서 개발된 배정모형과 고속도로 수요관리 요금체계 개선방안은 고속도로 통행료 결정에 대한 과학적이고 합리적인 분석방법을 제공하였다.한 민감도 분석을 실시한 결과 대안1의 경우 교통량의 변화 및 화물통행의 시간가치의 증가시 사회적 편익이 오히려 감소하였고, 대안2와 3의 경우 사회적 편익이 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 경부고속도로의 화물차량의 구성비에 따라 대안 1의 경우 오히려 화물차의 통행시간이 증가함에 그 원인이 있다 할 것이다. 이상과 같은 결론을 통하여 경부고속도로상의 화물전용차선의 설치시는 수답렬 교통량의 구성비와 구간 평균교통량에 의하여 그 효과가 다르게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 물류비용 절감차원에서의 화물전용차선의 설치는 본 연구에서 나타낸 방법과 같이 수단간의 경제적 편익을 고려한 구간별 시간대별 효과분석을 통하여 정책의 시행여부가 결정되어야 할 것이다. 한편, 화물전용차선의 설치로 인한 물류비용의 절감을 보다 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 종합류류 전산망의 시급한 구축과 함께 화물차의 적재율을 높이고 공차율을 낮출 수 있는 운송체계의 수립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그라나 이러한 화물전용차선의 효과는 단기적인 치유책일 수밖에 없기 때문에 물류유통 시설의 확충을 위한 사회간접자본의 구축을 서둘러 시행하여야 할 것이다.으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군으로 추정된다. 이러한 사실은 3개 시추공을 대상으로 실시한 시추공 내 물리검층과 정압주입시험에서도 확인된다.. The purpose of this paper is to prepare the department creation and the staff increase of education institution by forecasting the demand of health and welfare workers according to execution of the elderly's long-terms treatment insurance system in July, 2008. We estimated confirmors of the elderly's long-terms treatment and the demand of professional workers of health and welfare field due to the increase of care insurance users in facilities treatment organization, care at home service facilities, and family allowance facilities for 2010-2030. The numbers of social welfare professional worker are estimated as 16,624 workers in 2020 and 24,688 workers in 2030. The numbers of nurses are forecasted as 11.287 in 2020 and 16,624 in 2030, we expect that the increase of the demand be accelerated. The demand of necessary care probation worker is 44,824 in 2009, but we already trained over around 500,000 workers in 1,078 education institutions through one year in Aug. 31, 2009, which excesses over the numbers of workers demanded as much as 10 times.

The integrated transit fare system of Seoul metropolitan area has given positively evaluated with reduction of user cost and activating the transfer behavior from its opening year, July 2007. However, there were only few research about railway demand forecasting methodology, especially mode share, has conducted under the integrated fare system. This study focuses on the utility estimation by each mode under the integrated fare system, and on the coefficient actualization relates on travel time and travel cost estimation with Household Travel Survey Data 2006. Also the railway demand analysis methodology under various fare systems is presented. The methodology from this study is expected to improve accuracy and usefulness in railway demand analysis.

According to the statistics of the Ministry of Land Transport and Transportation in 2018, the average annual average number of air traffic users for has increased by 5.07% for domestic flights and 8.84% for international flights. Korea is facing a steady rise in demand from foreign tourists due to the Korean Wave. At the same time, a new lifestyle that values the quality of life of individuals is taking root, along with the emergence of LCC, and Korean tourists' overseas tours are also increasing, so improvement and expansion of domestic airport passenger terminals is urgently needed. it is important to develop a structured airport infrastructure by making efficient and accurate forecasts of aviation demand. in this study, based on the Big Data, long-term domestic and international demand forecasts for urban airports were conducted.. Domestic flights will see a decrease in the number of airport passengers after 2028, and international flights will continue to increase. It is imperative to improve and expand passenger terminals at domestic airports.
