Recently, 357 water-friendly space were established near the main streams of the country through the Four Major Rivers Project, which was used as a resting and leisure space for the citizens, and the river environment and ecological health were improved. We are working hard to reduce the number of points and plan and manage the water-friendly space. In particular, attempts are being made to utilize mobile big data to make more scientific and systematic research on the number of users. However, when using mobile big data compared to the existing method of conducting field surveys, it is possible to easily identify spatial user movement patterns, but it is different from the actual amount of use, so various verifications are required to solve this problem. Therefore, this study evaluated the accuracy of estimating the number of users using mobile big data by comparing the number of visitors using mobile big data and the number of visitors using drone for Samrak ecological park located in the mouth of Nakdong River. As a result, in the river hydrophilic district, it was difficult to accurately estimating the usage pattern of each facility due to the low precision of pCELL, and it was confirmed that the usage patterns in the park could be distorted due to the signals stopped at roads and parking lots. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the number of pCELLs in the water-friendly space and to estimate the number of visitors excluding facilities such as roads and parking lots in future mobile big data processing.

본 연구는 계룡산국립공원을 방문한 이용객들의 전반적이 이용형태, 이용만족도, 그리고 이용 및 관리 관련 속성에 대한 태도를 파악함으로서 효율적인 공원관리방안 수립에 필요한 기초 정보의 제공에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 응답자 직접기입 방식의 설문조사가 계룔산국립공원의 3개지역 (동학사. 갑사, 신원사)를 방문한 316명의 이용객을 대상으로 실시되었다. 응답자의 사회경제적 특성은 타국립공원에서 실시된 조사결과와 유사한 경향을 보였다. 계룡산국립공원은 휴식 목적의 방문비율이 가장 높았으며, 동반자 유형에 있어서 가족동반 비율이 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 응답자들은 도착지에서의 이용정보의 질과 제공수단에 불만족을 나타냈으며 응답자들이 현지에서 느낀 혼잡의 정도는 심하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이와 함께 전반적인 휴양만족도는 비교적 긍정적으로 평가되었다.

The purpose of this study is to segment recreationists into groups which are homogeneous with respect to their spending patterns and trip characteristics. Date were derived from a larger study aimed at developing nationally representative expenditure profiles for recreation visitors to Corps of Engineers projects. Segmentation of these data reduces variance and helps to identify distinctive final demand vectors for input - output application. A - priori and cluster analysis approaches for identifying segments are compared. The a - priori segmentation approach identified 12 segments and the cluster analysis approach identified 3 segments. The 3 nonresident clusters - labeled "day use", "overnight", and "overnight camping" - show lower mean squares within groups than the a - priori segments on almost all nonresident spending categories with an exception of boating expenses. For the Corps of Engineers, implications of these findings for the estimation of economic impacts are discussed.

본 연구는 지리산국립공원의 동부지역을 찾은 이용객의 이용 행태의 분석 및 중요도-성취도 분석방법을 통해 관리와 이용관련 속성들에 대한 중요 정도와 실제만족도 분석을 목적으로 수행되었다 이를 위해 이용객 직접기입 방식의 설문조사가 현지에서 실시되었다 총 254명이 본 설문조사에 참여하였으며 응답자들의 사회경제적 특성 및 방문특성은 다른 국립공원 이용객조사에 나타난 결과와 유사한 경향을 보였다 대부분의 응답자들은 최근 대두되고 있는 환경문제에 대해 높은 관심을 보였으며 이와 더불어 이용보다는 보전이 우선하는 국립공원 관리정책에 더 큰 관심을 나타냈다 각 관리 및 이용관련 속성에 대한 중요 정도와 만족도 결과는 수질의 상태 자연식생의 보존상태 공원 내 쓰레기 문제, 야생동물의 보호상태에 특히 높은 중요도를 나타냈으며 휴양.관광 프로그램의 다양성 여부와 야생동물의 보호상태에 대하여 상대적으로 낮은 만족도를 나타낸 것으로 조사되었다.

최근 항공 산업 발전으로 여행객들의 수가 증가하고 있으며, 호텔 이용객 수도 더불어 증가하는 추세이다. 호텔 이용객의 증가로 시설 이용 시 서비스 지연과 혼잡 그리고 서비스 품질 저하 등이 발생하게 되면서 호텔 이용객들의 시설 이용 만족도가 하락하게 되고 또한 호텔 근무 직원들의 업무 피로도가 높아지고 누적되면서 직업 만족도가 떨어지는 연쇄적인 문제점들이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 호텔에 방문하는 이용객들에게 캐리어 운반과 객실 안내 및 호출 서비스 등 각종 서비스 업무를 직원 대신 수행하게 되면서 현 문제점들을 어느 정도 경감시키고 이에 따라 고객 만족도 및 호텔 직원들의 업무 만족도를 증가시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Forest lodge are divided into forest resources, auxiliary facilities, and users, and are constantly being used along with well-being culture. In addition, attention to the safety of users is also required, and this study aims to study how users evacuate within a short time (golden time) in situations of natural disasters that may occur in forests. In order to search for the current location of the user and find the best evacuation route, 3D scans of the entire forest lodge(forest resources, auxiliary facilities, etc.) are performed, and the optimal trajectory to the evacuation site is found through recognition of the current location. It is believed that it is possible to provide a quick evacuation guide through a mobile device with gps.

주 5일제 근무, 개인 여가문화 확산, 국민 소득 증대 등으로 인해 해양을 레저의 목적으로 이용하는 사람들이 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 이용객의 증가에 따라 사고 발생의 개연성도 함께 증가하고 있는 상황이다. 우리나라에서는 선박을 이용한 레저활동의 경우에는 안정장비의 착용을 의무화하고 있지만, 연안 해역에서의 해양활동에 대하여는 안전장비 착용 의무화가 시행되지 않고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 연안 이용객에 의한 사고통계 데이터 분석을 바탕으로 연안 이용객의 안전장비 착용의 필요성에 대하여 고찰하였다. 또한, 분석된 내용을 바탕으로 안정장비 착용 의무화 방안에 대하여 제안하였다.

서비스화(servitization)와 공유경제 패러다임이 확산되면서 서비스 산업에서도 IT기술을 융합시킨 다양한 형태의 새로운 비즈니스가 성공적으로 정착되고 있다. 특히 대중교통 서비스 산업에서 우버(Uber) 택시는 IT기술과 공유경제 개념을 절묘하게 접목시킨 새로운 차원의 성공적인 공유택시 비즈니스 모델로 자리매김하였고, IT기술을 적용한 교통예약 소프트웨어는 공유택시의 차별적 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 중요한 수단이 되고 있다. 공유택시 예약 프로그램은 택시이용자에게 신속하고 편리함을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 에너지 절약, 교통체증으로 인한 스트레스 완화 등의 많은 사회적 혜택과 이익을 제공하고 있기 때문에, 여러 분야에서 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 최근 중국에서는 보다 진보된 공유택시 예약 프로그램이 공유택시에 접목되면서 공유택시 이용객이 급히 증가하고 있으며, 이와 함께 공유택시 차별화에 핵심적인 역할을 하는 소프트웨어 시장의 경쟁도 가속화 되고 있다. 그러나, 이용객을 대상으로 강력범죄 발생빈도 증가와 이로 인한 부정적인 여론의 급속한 확산은 공유택시 산업발전에 심각한 방해요인이 되고 있지만, 근본적인 해결방법에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 공유택시 예약 프로그램에 이용객의 안전을 위한 컨텐츠 개발과 적용을 통해 공유택시 이용객의 불안해소와 공유택시 산업 발전에 기여할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 중국현지의 공유택시 이용객을 대상으로 실증연구를 진행할 계획이며, 고객여정맵(CJM)과 Kano 분석을 통해 결과와 시사점을 도출할 계획이다.

최근 도서관을 찾는 이용객들이 증가하면서 도서관의 시설이 넓어지고 좋아지고 있다. 또한 책의 종류도 다양해졌다. 시설이 넓어지고 직접 책을 검색하여 찾으러 가기 힘들어지고 시간 소요도 많이 된다는 불편함이 있고 도서 대출증이 없다면 책을 빌리기 힘들고 사서에게 부탁해야 한다는 번거로움이 있다. 본 시스템은 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 이용객의 스마트폰에 회원 정보가 담긴 바코드를 부여하고 대여할 책을 로봇이 이용객에게 가져다주는 기능을 제공한다. 이로써 대출증 소유의 불편함과 책을 찾는 불필요한 시간을 단축할 수 있다. 또한 로봇을 이용하는 도서관이라는 타이틀로 이용객이 증가할 것으로 기대된다.
