  • The purpose of this paper is to provide a convenient platform for bus users and a platform to provide tourist services suitable for bus tourism as integrated services. Recently, the number of FIT tourists for recreational purposes using public transportation is increasing as the bus use environment is improved. Accordingly, we need a tourist platform that meets the needs of tourists. In particular, a bus information providing algorithm is implemented using a bus information public API to more conveniently use the bus information providing system, and a user use behavior data collection module and a data mining module To develop a contents platform based on a bus stop for bus tourism services to FIT tourists using public transportation.

A study for improving passenger service level at the airport security checks by using simulation (시뮬레이션을 이용한 공항 보안검색 시스템 개선으로 이용객 서비스 수준제고 방안 연구)

  • In this study, airport security check process is analyzed to modeling a simulation. Simulation is compared with real security system to verify. Utilizing verified simulation, spends time in the current security check is calculated and suggests alternatives. Considering the movement of passengers and security check system of all four cases the results yielded by the experiment. The results show that security check time decreased significantly to 20.8%. The simulation was developed in this study; including the introduction of a new security system at security check can be used as a decision support tool is expected.

  • This study aims to provide the basic data for the revitalization, efficient operation and management of sports facilities by investigating the perceptions of the service satisfaction in the users of public sports facilities. As the subjects of this study, 225 residents in the Chungbuk region were selected regardless of their sexes, and correspondence analysis method was applied to examine the interrelations among perceptions in the users of public sports facilities. The findings obtained through the research results are summarized as follows: First, it is necessary to construct and improve public sports facilities for the efficiency of their operation and the reflection of the users' demand for service satisfaction. Second, it is necessary to approach from the welfare aspect in the plan for the utilization of public sports facilities and to develop and provide various activity programs for the consumers' classes.

  • This study features an analysis of the socio-economic factors of ten cities on the Honam-line that affect the number of train passengers. The 3 main factors based on the principal component analysis were the population, the distance between two regions, and the area size of each region while the number of automobiles has been conventionally used instead of the area size of each region. A formula to predict the train passengers by the regression analysis was developed and showed a good agreement to the number of real passengers. When Honam highspeed railway is opened, the traveling time between two regions as well as the area size of each regions should be more precisely considered.

  • We analyzed the relationship among customer value, satisfaction and continuous use intention of tourism social commerce in this study. And also we observed the moderating effects of regulatory focus on the relationship between customer value and satisfaction. As the results, we found partially positive relationship between customer value and satisfaction and positive relationship between satisfaction and continuous use intention of tourism social commerce. The regulatory focus partially moderated the relationship between customer value and satisfaction. Finally we emphasize the importance of customer value, enhancing promotion focus and weakening prevention focus for continuous use intention of tourism social commerce.

Users' Attitudes for the Trail Structures in Hallasan National Park, Korea - In the Case Study of Eorimok - (한라산국립공원 탐방로 보행시설에 대한 탐방객 태도 - 어리목 구간을 중심으로 -)

  • For maximum utility of trails, there is a need for better knowledge of characteristics of trail use and its users. The purpose of this study is to find out users' attitudes toward trail structures in Eorimok exploring route in Hallasan National Park managerial purposes. A questionnaire survey was conducted to 138 people on the way back home from their visit to the site from July to August, 2007. The geological conditions of 7 types of pedestrian trail structures were rated relatively high both in quantity and quality. The responses were noticeably positive about the natural materials used in wood deck and PP rope railings from the point of three aspects: harmony with nature, visitor convenience and resources conservation. It seems necessary to replace steel structures with native materials because such unnatural materials used in a natural setting are subject to visitor's resistance.

  • Users' norms, expectations and recreation motives are major influential factors on perceived conflict in recreation settings. This study was conducted to examine how information affects users' norms and expectations, and subsequently, the extent of perceived conflict. Data was collected at the Second Campground in Chirisan National Park in 1994. Of two hundred eighty on-site survey questionnaires distributed, 253(90.4%) were used for analysis. According to the result of the study, information changed users' normative standards in accord with the content of information and increased the extent of norm convergence. However, it did not change users' expectations and didn't reduce the degree of perceived canflict. The possible reasons were discussed. Some directions for more effective use of information to reduce perceived conflict were also suggested.

  • 최근 스마트폰의 보급과 더불어 근거리 무선 통신의 발달로 인해 다양한 서비스들이 연구 개발되고 있다. 한국에 방문하는 외래 관광객 수는 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 추세이며, 이 중 중국인 관광객은 2013년 기준 전체 방한 외국인 관광객 중 약 35.5%를 차지하였다. 중국인 관광객의 82.8%가 쇼핑을 목적에 두고 있으며, 그 중 향수, 화장품, 의류 항목에 가장 많은 여행시간을 투자하고 있다. 또한 방한 중국인 관광객 중 대다수가 인터넷을 사용하여 관광 정보를 입수 하고 있지만, 이러한 정보를 편리하게 제공할 서비스는 부족한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 발달되고 있는 근거리 무선 통신 중 NFC와 Beacon을 활용하여 안드로이드 기반의 관광 큐레이션 플랫폼을 구현 하였다. NFC 태그를 활용하여 쇼핑, 관광 관련 정보 및 정확한 제품 및 서비스 정보를 제공하고, Beacon을 이용하여 매장정보 및 각종 마케팅 프로모션과 이벤트 정보를 수신하도록 하였다. 추가적으로 현재 많이 사용되고 있는 Zxing 라이브러리를 활용한 QRCode 및 Barcode 리더기를 활용하여 스캔을 통한 제품 정보를 확인 가능하도록 구현하였다.

  • This paper had implemented the underwater stage through interaction with fish robots and visitors in the background of traditional fairy tales using 3D floating hologram in an aquarium. The recognition of the object position of the spectator and the underwater robot were performed using the color recognition algorithm. Also, the position tracking algorithm was proposed to follow the object of the visitor and the original fairy tale. This experimental system consists of fish robot, camera, KIOSK for underwater robot control and beam project for underwater imaging. This experiment was carried out by the National Busan Science Museum, and it had satisfied the performance of the underwater stage.

  • Recently the passenger of railway satisfaction levels are lowered. the reason why the railway station was built without considering the increased passenger due to diversification(transfer, shopping, and etc.) of the domestic railway station infrastructure. Especially, in case of KTX Gwangju-Songjeong Station, the number of its passenger has been increased about more than three times since its opening in 2015, so that there are much inconvenience generated in the station congested with passengers. his study aims to excute using Pedestrian simulation and Design Hourly Factor concepts of Highway Engineering, in order to designing the optimum area through the passenger demand forecast for each station. For this analysis was divided into the second stage. Frist, the railway passenger was calculated by using the methodology of Design Hourly Factor that is used during road design in the aspect of traffic engineering. Second, we tried to analyze the level of service in each railway station facility through the pedestrian simulation. Analytical results show that utilizing pedestrian simulation provides verification for calculation of LOS of each railway station facility. Therefore, In the future when designing railway station of facilities will be possible to suggest the facilities area based on LOS.
