매달린 수은전극에서 N-Benzoylphenylhydroxylamine을 리간드로 사용하여 흡착벗김 전압전류법으로 PIPES 완충용액에서 극미량의 바나듐을 정량하였다. 이 때 흡착전위 +0.15V, 흡착시간 10초에서 바나듐의 검정곡선은 $10{\sim}70{\mu}g/L$ 범위에서 직선성을 나타내었다. 그리고 다른 금속 이온의 영향은 없었다.

In this paper, with loosely coupled transformer series-parallel resonant type DC/DC converter is analyzed. To get more efficient operating mode of the series-parallel resonant type DC/DC converter, theoretical analysis using normalized parameters are accepted. The proposed converter must be operated in Pulse Frequency Modulation(PFM) switching pattern for the Zero Voltage Switching(ZVS) operation. According to PFM control method, the output voltage of the proposed circuit can be controlled.

Chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) process has been widely used to planarize dielectric layers, which can be applied to the integrated circuits for sub-micron technology. Despite the increased use of CMP process, it is difficult to accomplish the global planarization of in the defect-free inter-level dielectrics (ILD). we investigated the performance of $WO_3$ CMP used silica slurry, ceria slurry, tungsten slurry. In this paper, the effects of addition oxidizer on the $WO_3$ CMP characteristics were investigated to obtain the higher removal rate and lower non-uniformity.

국내에 ERP패키지 시스템이 도입된지도 10여년이 지나 현재 많은 기업이 ERP를 구축 운영중이며 향후에도 많은 기업이 ERP를 구축할 것으로 예상된다. 해외에서 개발된 패키지를 국내에 도입하다 보니 국내 실정에 맞지 않는 많은 부분이 커스터마이징되고 있다. 이러한 커스터마이징은 ERP 개발 기간을 길게 하고 많은 비용을 초래하며 또한 실제 운영 시에도 과다한 유지 보수 비용을 발생시키는 등 적지 않은 부담을 안겨 주고 있다. 본 논문에서는 커스터마이징과 ERP구축의 성과 지표 즉 개발기간 및 구축비용 등에 대한 상관 관계를 실 구축 사례를 통해 조사/확인하고 LG CNS의 ERP 구축 및 운영 경험을 토대로 커스터마이징을 줄일 수 있는 방안에 대한 아이디어를 제시하고자 한다.

In order to remove rust and impurities from surface of raw SUS circular bar, peeling machine is used to make lustrous and clean surface of SUS circular bar. Drawing process system is used to manufacture SUS hexagonal bar. SUS hexagonal bar have been widely used to make hexagonal bolt/nut, adapter and fittings and so on. The purpose of this study is to investigate the stabilities for guide bar of clamp in drawing process system. As the results, the guide bar showed structural stability in cases of below load of 50 Ton and over hook radius of 3.0mm. Further as the thickness of guide bar hooking with jaw was increased, minimum safety factor was decreased.

한정된 공간에서는 낮은 해상도, 적은 조명, 예상할 수 없는 머리의 움직임 ,연속적으로 변화하는 얼굴의 표정과 색 등으로 인하여 사람의 얼굴인식에 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 동적 공간 변화(DSW)라는 새로운 알고리즘을 제안한다. 알고리즘은 공간의 제약이 따르는 환경에서의 국부적 특징들을 조합하는 것이며 모아진 자료를 기초로 고유한 얼굴 이미지와 DSW를 비교하고, 정면과 프로필 얼굴 이미지, 두 단계의 색 변화를 가지는 이미지를 가지고 테스트하였다. 실험 결과로 PCA 알고리즘이 82.7% DSW가 89.4%로 DSW를 적용한 경우가 PCA 방법보다 6.9% 더 좋은 결과를 나타내었으며 고유한 얼굴이미지에 접근함을 알 수 있었다.

Internet gaming disorder (IGD), one of the common subtypes of internet addiction, is now classified in Section 3 of DSM-5 and is increasingly regarded as a growing health concern in many parts of the world. Consequently, many psychotherapeutic and psychopharmacological approaches have been considered and some research regarding therapeutic strategies has been conducted. However, treatment of IGD is in its early stages and therefore is not yet well established. This article reviews multiple therapeutic modalities including our own treatment model for IGD according to clinical and biological effects, thus providing suggestions for standard treatment strategies. The two main streams are psychopharmacological treatment and cognitive-behavior treatment, and the cognitive-behavior approach includes cognitive reconstruction, psychoeducation, and parenting coach. Many other non-pharmacological treatments are also recommended for personalized treatment of IGD.

본 논문은 재난대응과 관련이 있는 기관 및 단체의 웹 접근성을 평가 분석한다. 웹 접근성의 법률적 시행에 따라 재난발생의 위급상황에 직간접으로 관여하는 기관 및 단체의 웹 사이트와 콘텐츠도 기준이상의 웹 접근성의 준수 되어야 하기 때문이다. 재난대응기관 및 유관단체의 구체적인 웹 접근성 준수 실태 파악을 위해 평가 도구로 K-WAH4.4를 적용하였으며, 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침 2.0에 따라 해당 웹 사이트의 6개 세부지침에 대한 준수가 61.8%로 저조함을 보이고, 웹 접근성을 높이기 위한 개선의 필요성을 제기한다.

We developed a package of remote phosphor structure having blue LED chips and phosphors physically separated, and the characteristics were evaluated according to different classifications of phosphor coatings. Remote phosphor was produced by screen printing coating on glass substrate with phosphor content rated paste and heat treatment. After mounting Remote phosphor, which has been classified according to number of coatings, on top of blue LED chips, luminous flux, luminous efficacy, CCT and CRI were measured. The measurement results showed the most suitable characteristics of white LED package as a general light source when the content rate of phosphor in Remote phosphor was 80 wt.% with 3 layers of coatings and thickness over $12{\mu}m$.

본 논문에서는 피로를 인식하기 위하여 베이지안 네트워크를 기반으로 한 확률 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 먼저 적외선 조명을 조사하여 눈거풀의 움직임, 시선 방향, 얼굴의 움직임 및 얼굴 표정 같은 얼굴특징정보를 측정하였다. 그러나 각각의 얼굴특징정보만으로 생체 피로를 결정하기에는 충분하지 않다. 그러므로, 본 논문에서는 생체 피로를 확률적 추론하기 위하여 가능한 많은 피로 원인에 대한 정보와 얼굴특징정보들로 베이지안 네트워크 모델을 구성하여 BN 피로지수를 산출하였다. 또한, BN 피로지수의 문턱치값은 MSBNX 시물레이션 결과 0.95로 산출되었다. 실험 결과 BN 피로지수와 TOVA 응답 시간을 비교한 결과 밀접한 상관관계가 있음을 확인하여 제안한 피로인식모델의 유효성을 입증하였다.
