This study examines email records management patterns of undergraduate students and their perceptions of university email policy. The research collected data from 317 undergraduate students using a survey based on the five essential elements of email records management: common elements, email creation, email management, email preservation, and perception. Also, an in-depth interview was conducted with 6 undergraduate students, according to the method of university email service: Google, Microsoft, and in-house webmail. As a result, undergraduate students used email as an address book, cloud storage, file storage, and collaboration tool, and they had difficulties in systematically managing the email records according to the records lifecycle. Also, there was a tendency to prefer using an external email platform that can use additional functions to in-house webmail that has limitations in mobile service and preservation of attachments. Thus, this study suggests ways to help undergraduate students manage their email records, including maintaining graduates' email accounts, providing sufficient email storage, and providing email records management training and guidelines for undergraduate students.

현재 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시장은 빠른 속도로 광범위해지고 있으며 몇몇 기업에서는 클라우드를 이용한 보안서비스를 제공하기 시작했다. 그 중 이메일 클라우드 보안 서비스는 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 특징을 가지고 안전한 조직의 이메일 사용을 지원하고 있다. 여러 조직의 이메일 데이터가 한 곳으로 집중되는 만큼 서비스 공급자는 보다 안전하고 가용성 높은 서비스를 제공해야만 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 이메일 클라우드 보안 서비스 기본구조를 기반으로 STRIDE 위협모델링 분석을 통해 잠재적인 기술적 보안약점 및 위협을 살펴보고 공격트리를 구성하여 대응방안을 모색해보고자 한다.

In this paper, we propose a system that generates a new customizing information for customer with classification and analysis in detail and provides customized information to individual customers automatically. A proposed system generate preference information and preference e-mail format as analysis and calculate that e-mail open rate and mouse event information. Using generated interesting information and preference e-mail format, individual customer's interest information according to e-mail standard and format that customer prefers through agent automatically recompose and push to customer. From experiment, the designed and implemented system showed high e-mail open ratio and user's satisfaction in performance assessment.

With the increasing number of business email, there is a growing need to manage email records. Before the development of email records management measures, this study aimed to investigate the status of email records management in universities and determine employees' perceptions of email records management. Surveys and interviews were conducted with professors, staff, and assistants who use groupware accounts at D University, and their overall perceptions of email records management and the status of email record management, such as email production, deletion, archival, and backup of university members were gathered. A total of 185 people responded to the survey, and 12 of them were interviewed. According to the analysis, the public utilization of email was frequent, and the management of emails, such as backup and retention, was not performed well compared to deletion and storage. In addition, email is still perceived as private, and users recognize the need for email records management, but they still perceive that they are responsible for records management. The results of this study will be useful in setting the policy for email records management of universities and will help provide email record management awareness.

본 논문은 고객의 이메일 오픈율과 마우스 이벤트 정보를 분석 및 계산하여 개별 고객에게 고객의 잠재적 관심정보 및 관심 컴포넌트를 생성한 후 관심정보와 관심 컴포넌트를 이용하여 개별 고객의 관심 정보를 고객이 선호하는 정보, 이메일 규격 및 양식에 맞게 에이전트를 통해 자동으로 재구성하여 푸쉬해 주는 고객화 이메일 자동 생성 에이전트 시스템을 설계하고 구현하고자 함이 본 논문의 목적이다.

본 연구에서는 갈수록 늘어나는 이메일 문서의 관리를 효율적으로 하기 위한 방법으로 새로운 메일이 도착했을 때 해당 카테고리를 추천받아 사용자가 직접 최적의 분류를 할 수 있는 이메일 추천 에이전트 시스템을 제안한다. 이메일 문서들의 카테고리별 분류 및 해당 폴더 저장에서 핵심이 될 수 있는 정확한 분류를 위해 동적 임계치를 이용한 베이지안 학습 알고리즘을 적용하였으며, 또한 주요 모듈 부분을 확장성과 재 사용성을 위해 컴포넌트화 하였다.

현재 이메일은 인터넷을 통한 통신수단으로서 대부분의 사람들이 사용하고 있다. 그러나 각 사용자가 여러 개의 이메일을 소유하게 될 경우에는 개별적으로 관리해야하는 어려움이 따른다. 본 논문에서는 이메일과 관련된 개인 프록시 서버를 구축하여 이러한 관리의 어려움을 해결하고자 한다. 제안된 이메일 개인 프록시 서버는 사용자가 어떠한 이메일을 선택하던 단일 뷰를 제공하고 나머지는 개인 프록시 서버와 외부 이메일 서버가 담당하게 된다. 실제 구현을 통해 본 논문에서 제안한 이메일 개인 프록시 서버의 유효성을 확인하였다.

이메일은 모바일 기기의 발달과 SNS의 확산에도 불구하고 전 세계의 기업에게 가장 중요한 통신 및 업무수단으로 여전히 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 이메일의 사용 증가로 인해 보안 및 보관 문제가 발생하였으며, 모든 이메일을 수년에 걸쳐 보관할 의무를 지는 기업이 점점 늘어나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 의미추론규칙을 이용하여 온톨로지 기반의 이메일 아카이빙 시스템에 대해 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 중국어의 이메일 특성을 이용한 중한 대화체 자동번역 방법에 대하여 기술한다. 본 논문에서는 중국어와 한국어와 같이 언어 간의 어순이 다르고 이메일과 같이 특정한 도메인의 언어적 자원도 제한적인 특성을 고려하여 중국어 이메일 특성을 이용한 규칙 기반의 번역 방법을 시도하였다. 이를 위해, 본 논문에서는 중국어의 굳어진 표현이 많고, 한글자 단어 많으며, 입력 오류 많고, 청유 및 경어가 많은 이메일 특성 분석을 통해 그에 대응되는 처리 방법을 제안하였다. 그리고, 그 방법의 타당성을 증명하기 위해 규칙기반의 중한 뉴스 자동번역 시스템과 비교 실험을 하였으며, 규칙기반과 통계적 방법의 타당성 실험을 위해 Gmail과도 비교 실험을 하였다. 두 가지 비교 실험 결과, 본 논문에서 접근한 방법이 모두 우수하였으며, 그 타당성을 증명하였다.
