The article concerns the public policy for the development of the arts educator in the field of the comic and animation education. The comic and animation education programs are focused on the promotion of the creativity and communication skills of the student in terms of the arts education. The article seeks to examine the case on the support program for the comic and animation educators, which has been managed by Korea Arts & Culture Education Service(KACES) since 2005. The forty two educators were surveyed. As a result, the support program of the KACES has an effect on the educator's recognition of the comic and animation education in the positive way. The most of the educators suggest that the support program should try to develop the comic and animation educator job as a special work with the full time job. In this repect, the article recommend the policy alternatives such as the promotion of the education program R & D, the knowledge and information system, training system and the establishment of the governance system.
In this rapidly changing information society, the needs for professional technicians in IT-related industrial fields are increasing, but the supplies of such men are not enough. A well-designed educational program is required in order to produce outstanding technicians in this up-to-date information-centered industrial environment. It is widely recognized that the educational program of two-year level college today should be improved because it has been mainly oriented to train or exercise short-term skills with a few basic theory. With this educational program, it is not easy to achieve the original educational goal to cultivate and to produce the specialists to be equipped with both technological and intellectual skills. Therefore, new three-year academic educational program is expected to accomplish that goal. This paper is aimed to offer a model of a new educational program on three-year academic system, which would help to meet IT industry's requirements.

This study is a design and development study that developed instructional strategies based on distributed cognitive theory for science classes using technology according to procedures that ensured reliability and validity. To develop instructional strategies, development study and validation study were conducted according to design and development research methodology procedures. In the development study, an initial instructional strategy was developed through prior literature review and prior expert review. In the validation study, the instructional strategy was validated using internal validation (expert validation, usability evaluation) and external validation (field application evaluation) methods, and the final instructional strategy was developed. The final instructional strategy consisted of 3 instructional principles, 9 instructional strategies, and 38 detailed guidelines. Through this study, the researcher suggested the suitability of instructional strategies for science classes using technology, the usefulness of blocks and teaching and learning processes, the possibility of using technology as a cognitive tool, the need for teachers' efforts to cultivate teaching capabilities using technology, and the needs lesson plan that takes into account conditions affecting the application of instructional strategies.
The job satisfaction of records managers is of importance because it affects their work performance and retention. The purpose of this study is to investigate records managers' job satisfaction and to identify factors affecting records manager's job satisfaction to find the way to improve their job satisfaction. Specific questions of the study are as follows: 1) What is the job satisfaction of records managers? 2) Are factors affecting job satisfaction different depending on record managers' personal characteristics? 3) What are the most influential factors on job satisfaction? To do that, questionnaires were used to gather data from 60 domestic records managers working in different types of records centers. Data analyses included descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, independent t-test, and multiple-regression analysis. Additionally, interviews with 2 record managers were conducted to collect opinions on factors affecting job dissatisfaction and recommendations for improving their job satisfaction. Important findings of the study are as follows: First, the respondents are moderately satisfied with their jobs (3.2 out of 5 points). The level of job satisfaction is different depending on years of career, years of employment, number of personnel the respondent is working with in the records center, and etc. The number of personnel the respondent is working with was found to be the most influential factor. Second, multiple-regression analysis result shows that motivation factors(satisfaction factors) are more influential than hygiene factors (dissatisfaction factors) on the respondents' job satisfaction, which confirms Herzberg's two factor theory. More specifically, 'work ethic,' one of motivator factors, has the greatest influence, followed by 'procedural impartiality', 'communication', 'job characteristic', 'distributive justice', and 'working conditions.' Based on the results, this study suggests several ways to improve record managers' job satisfaction level. First, the awareness of records management should be increased. The respondents indicated that their job dissatisfaction is usually derived from a lack of the awareness of records management. Therefore, every chief of organizations, National Archives of Korea, and records managers themselves should try to raise the awareness of records management. Especially, records managers should make stronger efforts to attract the office's attention. Second, records managers ought to establish their identity as records management profession. Also, they should participate in various activities of the archival community to overcome the limitation of individuals.
This study would be research for correlations between ethical factors and company's competitiveness of small and medium enterprises thorough recognizing of important company ethic and approaching to them theoretically. This study has collected all information which small and medium enterprises around Seoul and Kyounggi province and employing more than 5, which 134- survey are used totally. Study reveals that firstly customer and social responsibility provide Positive effects on the organization Dust, secondly CEO's views serve those positive effects as well, thirdly it is not preyed that ethical capacity of company have a positive effect on organization trust. Fourthly, organization trust has good effects on competitiveness of product and price. This results lead to some suggestions as follows. First of all, company should serves systemized value to customers and their societies. For that, it is necessary to analyse their needs and to reflect them into corporate management to build close relationship with customers and reliable marketing activities, efforts to enhance corporate images. This chain of work can make employees feel proud themselves. Secondly, supervisors including CEO should set the pace with high-consensus for ethical behaviour. Thirdly, ethical factors should be improved for improving organization trust simultaneously. Every customer, no matter they are inner or outer, should have highly required ethical understandings for their networks. Furthermore, they have to enhance organization trust and to strengthen company competitiveness through stimulating employee's courages and contribution.

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of career experiential learning and parental support on career maturity of high school students. The number of subjects for this study was 290 high school students. The results are as follows. First, the effects of attitude in career maturity were higher for students with communication, field trip and visiting, and field experience in career experiential learning. However, career planning did not have any correlation with field experience types of attitude in career maturity. The effect of competency in career maturity was positively correlated with student experience with theory, communication, and field trip and visiting in career experiential learning. Second, parental support showed a significant positive correlation with all factors of career maturity. Third, results identify career maturity impacts on career experiential learning. The types of communication as well as field trip and visiting significantly affected all components of career maturity. The type of theory was a factor affecting competency. In addition, the results reveal the impact of parental support on the career maturity. Emotional support had a significant influence on all factors for career maturity, except for career exploration. Informative support was found to have a significant influence on career planning, career independency and career exploration. Financial support had a significant influence on occupational attitude, career independency and career exploration.
The style of leadership and leader's competence are expected to be an important role in the rapidly changing and uncertain circumstances of the business environment. In particular, rapid change of business environment requires organizations to innovate, and appropriate innovation can have a direct impact on an organization's competitive advantage and sustainability. In this regard, this study focused on transformational leadership as a factor that improves innovative behavior. In addition, the mediating effect of self-efficacy was verified in the process of transformational leadership leading to innovative behavior. Furthermore, the moderated mediating effect of psychological safety was also verified. To verify hypotheses, this study conducted a survey on 307 public officials who work in Chinese public institutions. The result was found that transformational leadership had a positive effect on innovative behavior by mediating effect of self-efficacy. However, contrary to the expectations of this study, the moderated mediation effect of psychological safety was found to be insignificant. The moderating effect of psychological safety showed an insignificant effect. It showed showed the different results from previous studies. In relation to these results, theoretical and practical implications were presented in this study. Overall, this study presented a plan to increase innovative behavior and verified the research model. In addition, the directions of future research for innovative behavior were presented.
The purpose of the study is to verify the effectiveness the Freshman Preliminary Health Administrators(FPHA)' Empathic Problem Solving Ability(EPSA) through the application of Medical Service Design Thinking(MSDT) conducted by undergraduate school of SNS hospital marketing education. The pre-post questionnaire survey was conducted on 39 students in the freshman year of the Department of Health Administration after applying MSDT for 15 weeks from September to December, 2019 at a college in Daegu. MSDT was positive influenced on the improvement of Empathic Imagine, Empathic interest, Empathic awakening of the FPHA' EPSA. In the analysis of key common words, the use of neutral and negative words was low, while the use of positive words was high. In order to systematically equip Empathic problem solving job competency in the age of artificial intelligence, it is meaningful to develop a program for the freshmen curriculum and to conduct a analysis of the structured and unstructured data to verify its effectiveness. Additional program development research is needed for the application of theoretical subjects.

This paper aims to provide policy implications by exploring the role of universities in the Quadruple Helix model with a focus on the social sector. The quadruple helices model complements the triple helices model, which has limitations in reflecting social change, to present a process of innovation creation through interaction between various social actors based on the democracy of knowledge. Based on this, this paper proposes a 'social entrepreneurial university' model that applies the results of the review of democracy of knowledge and social innovation theory to the entrepreneurial university model. In the quadruple helix model of social democratization and inclusion, it is important for social entrepreneurial universities to enhance the role of education, while dedicating their teaching and research capacities to creating and facilitating platforms that structure and promote the interaction of a wide range of local actors.
The purpose of this study was to examine the validity of the content of an educational curriculum by understanding the opinions of experts in the development of weekly educational content for dental communication or communication-related subjects. It was composed of educational content on how to communicate with patients by cultivating a professional attitude through basic contents and a self-understanding of communication. Three experts were asked to evaluate the feasibility of educational contents and their appropriateness in order to evaluate the criteria for certification as a dental hygienist. The validity of the weekly educational contents and the period of education were awarded 4 points out of a maximum of 5 points; overall, the curriculum was evaluated to be valid and to be acceptable for use as criteria for certification evaluation. On the other hand, it was confirmed that not only should the contents be made appropriate for the grade level, but it should be complemented so that theoretical and practical learning can be achieved in a gradual and interrelated manner rather than as a one-time curriculum. Therefore, the result of this study can be considered for use as background data for curriculum development, and for standardization of the communication course in the dental hygiene department.
