Measurement of Moving-Flot Distance by Digital Video in Open Channel (개수로에서 디지털동영상을 이용한 부자의 이동거리 측정)

  • 우리나라는 산지가 많고 산지하천을 따라 대부분의 도로와 농경지 또는 주거지가 분포하고 있어 집중호우시 산지하천의 피해가 심각한 실정이다. 하천계획에서는 설계홍수량을 산정하여 하천제방 등의 하천설계에 활용하는데 이 홍수량을 산정하기 위해서는 장기간에 걸친 유출자료를 확보하여야 한다. 홍수자료 생산에서는 수위-유량관계곡선 자료가 필요하며 이는 수위와 유속을 동시에 측정하여 취득된다. 경사가 급한 산지하천에서 집중호우시에 유속을 측정을 할 경우 위험에 노출되기 쉽고 시간과 인력이 많이 소요되므로 디지털 영상을 이용한 유속측정방법을 적극 활용하여야 한다. 이 방법에서 가장 중요한 것은 영상내의 정보를 이용하여 실제 부유물의 이동거리를 산정하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실내실험을 통해 개수로에서 부자의 실제이동거리를 이론적으로 결정할 수 있는 방법을 도출하였다. 그림 1과 같이 개수로에서 부자의 이동거리를 측정하고 그림 2와 같이 실제이동거리와 이론이동거리의 관계를 나타낸 나타내었다. 이는 본 연구의 부자를 이용할 경우 영상이미지에서 이론적인 부자 이동거리 산정이 가능함하고 개수로에서 표면유속측정에 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 일반적으로 유속과 수면변동이 큰 개수로에서 부자이동거리에 대한 추가적인 연구가 필요하다.

Moving Object Extraction and Distance Measurement in Stereo Vision System (스테레오 비젼 시스템에서의 이동객체 추출 및 거리 측정)

  • In this paper, we present a method to extract a moving object and to measure the distance to it by using the stereo vision system. The moving factor is to be extracted through a match of a pixel unit for the moving object where the adaptive threshold is effectively dealt with to remove changes in the brightness of the image. The distance to moving object is measured by using a stereo vision system which employs a parallel camera. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm could be effectively applied to distance measurement to moving object because it has an average error of one percent.

  • Dose distribution of point source represents an inverse square law as the distance, Difference of measurement value and calculation value according to moving distance of radiation source show very large error in dose calculation of Brachytherapy. Therefore, in RALS of high dose rate, dose calculation have an important effect in treatment of uterine cervix cancer and recurrent rate. In this paper, authors measured moving distance of radiation source carrying out RALS. And we measured Rectum dose compared with calculationdose.

  • In this paper, the measurement system of crane moving range is concerned with range recognition technology using phase and magnitude of radio wave. By the proposed technology, we design the radio transmitter and receiver and realize the measurement system, and save the data in disk that is earned from 900Mhz RF signal, middle frequency 450khz of analog signal. As a result of RF measurement, we got 9.3 dBm of RF output and 96 dBc@10khz of phase noise. Range information is earned the data through digital signal processing of IF signal. For the estimation of range measured, we analyze the difference between real range and measurement range, and also suggest the method to remove the measurement error using average processing and amplitude properties. A result is 0.12 and 0.00422 deviation in l0mn-30m and within 5m respectively, and then 2.4E-04 deviation in 4m by using compensation of level characteristics lately.

  • This paper propose the distance measurement algorithms using the 3-axis accelermeter sensor. This algorithms is based on the human gait charateristic. The proposed algorithms used the sampling data from the 3-axis accelermeter sensor. We improved the error rate as less than eight-percent compare the real movement distance with measured distance to apply the threshold value and the additional value according to the change of the acceleration value.

  • In this research, we propose a momentum measurement system using the accelerometer sensor, MCU, and Bluetooth to measure the exact momentum. The proposed system can figure out information for the real time travel distance. We performed various experiments, and analyzed the results using the proposed momentum measurement system. In the simulation experiments, we compared the reliability and accuracy for the existing momentum measurement systems from the analyzed results. The proposed system showed travel distance error of less than 8% as compared to the existing system with the error of approximately 13%. We expect that the proposed system apply to the commercial products.

  • 본 연구에서는 반도체형으로 생산된 가속도센서를 적용하여 거리를 측정하는데 있어 문제점에 대해 언급하고, bias drift error에 따른 적분 누적오차를 줄이기 위한 방법으로 random noise를 감소시키고 위치추정을 위한 데이터 융합에 가장 일반적으로 적용되는 Kalman Filter 알고리즘을 적용하여 가속도 데이터를 상대적 위치 데이터로 변환하여 거리측정에 적용하였다. 또한 가속도센서를 관절형 로봇에 부착시켜 실험하여 이동거리를 산출하는 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 결과 보상 알고리즘을 사용했을 때의 zero drift error과 누적오차가 감소됨을 알 수 있었다.

  • This paper proposes a real-time distance measurement system of high temperature and high speed target using infrared stereo camera. We construct an infrared stereo camera system that measure the difference between target and background temperatures for automatic target measurement. First, the proposed method detects target region based on target motion and intensity variation of local region using difference between target and background temperatures. Second, stereo matching by left and right target information is used to estimate disparity about real-time distance of target. In the proposed method using infrared stereo camera system, we compare distances in three dimension trajectory measuring instrument and in infrared stereo camera measurement. In this experiment from three video data, the result shows an average 9.68% distance error rate. The proposed method is suitable for distance and position measurement of varied targets using infrared stereo system.

  • Research on indoor location tracking technology using smartphone is actively being carried out. Especially, the movement distance of the smartphone should be accurately measured and the movement route of the user should be displayed on the map. Location tracking technology using sensors mounted on smart phones has been used for a long time, but accuracy is not good enough to measure the moving distance of the user using only the sensor. Therefore, when the user moves the smartphone in a certain posture, it must research and develop an appropriate algorithm to measure the distance accurately. In this paper, we propose a method to reduce moving distance estimation error by removing user 's foot shape by limiting the screen of smartphone in pyramid - based optical flow estimation method.

  • In crossing stereo camera system as a security equipment system, a new algorithm for the tracking method of the moving object and the measurement method of distance of the object from cameras to moving object is proposed. The stereo input images are matched by a pixel for the moving object extraction, then the moving elements obtained from an adaptive threshold's value for an error correction and the moving object area extracted by noise eliminative algorithm. In addition to, the moving object traced by control pan/tilt of cameras using a coordinate value of the moving object, and the measurement method of distance to moving object by using special features of the crossing stereo camera system is proposed. From the experimental results, the proposed algorithm was found to be able to measure of the distance and trace for moving object in a stereo security camera system. The error rate of a distance measurement be existed within 6%. Moreover in implementation the proposed algorithm, the stereo security system, the automatic moving robot system and the stereo remote control system will be applied practical application.
