The purpose of this study is reveal how employee participation management of deluxe hotels located in Seoul affects corporate employees' psychological ownership and organizational commitment. In addition, it tries to find out the mediating effect that the employees' psychological ownership has contributed to the relationship between employee participation management and organizational commitment. The results of this study are as follows; Firstly, employee participation management has a great effect on the employees' psychological ownership and organizational commitment. Secondly, employees' psychological ownership has a mediating effect between employee participation management and organizational commitments.

의도와 관심의 실현을 위하여, 언어 행동을 주도하는 '의식'이 사고와 언어를 연결할 때에 드러내는 특성과 기능 일부를 밝히기 위해, <실용 논리> 수업 시간에 녹화한 한 대학생의 토론 첫 부분 내용을 Chafe의 '억양 단위' 분석법에 따라 분석한 결과, 억양의 단위는 평균 1.8초, 9.5음절로 구성되며, 언어와 사고는, 물처럼 흐르는 것이 아니라, 억양 단위로 끈어진 토막들이 의식에 의해 연결되면서 '관심점'의 내용이 전개되고 있는 것임을 발견하였다. 각 억양 단위 속에는 뚜렷하게 발음하는 하나 정도의 '초점'과, 그렇지 않은'주변' 내용과 형식으로 구성됨을 확인하고, 초점들을 서로 이으면 결국, 이어진 말 중심 내용이 드러남도 발견하였다. 한국어와 일본어 억양 단위는 주어＋동사 형식을 갖추지 않은 예가 60％와 67.4％이므로, 주어＋동사 모형은 언어와 사고 전개 모형의 한 예에 불과하다고 해석한다. 각 단위들의 연결 면에는 문제가 있음도 발견하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 연속성 관점에서 군장병의 재난안전교육이 안전의식에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 군장병들에 대한 효율적인 안전교육 및 안전사고 예방하는 것이다. 이를 위해 군장병 200명을 대상으로 안전의식에 관한 설문조사를 실시한다. 분석 결과를 토대로 군부대 재난안전교육에 대한 모델 개발을 통하여 국방부 재난안전교육의 체계성을 높이는데 토대를 제공하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between calling, value of work, psychological ownership, and organizational citizenship behavior for 586 teachers. As a result of the study, calling did not have a significant effect on psychological ownership and organizational citizenship behavior. And value of work had a significant positive effect on psychological ownership and organizational citizenship behavior, and psychological ownership had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. So psychological ownership had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between value of work and organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, organizational citizenship behavior is reinforced when a value of work value and psychological ownership increase.

This is a first and basic study for making Busan port more attractive. The study is intended to clear up the situation and problems of landscape of Busan port area from the viewpoint of landscape experts, citizen and visitors. To reach the goal an attitude comparative study has been conducted using a same questionnaire between landscape experts working in Busan city, Busan citizen and visitors to Busan port area. In questionnaire, firstly the situation of the whole landscape of Busan port area has been asked. The contents of questions on the situation of port landscape are satisfaction about port landscape, harmony between cityscape and portscape, images of portscape, effects of 25 portscape elements on portscape, problems of portscape, and ways of improving portscape. Secondly, each respondent has given answers freely on how to make Busan port area more attractive. As a result of this study there are several important differences of attitudes towards Busan portscape between experts, citizen and visitors. Especially there are some distinctive differences between attitudes of experts and citizen but the attitudes of citizen are similar to those of visitors. At the end of the study some proposals for making an improvement of Busan port landscape have been suggested on the basis of the results of this attitude comparative study.

The purpose of this study is to present improbable scheme after analysis of the problem about eco-friendly remodeling through researching consumer's awareness. For conducting this study the adapted research method includes analysis of current remodeling market and market perspective and then investigate the problem of eco-friendly remodeling through consumer's awareness. It is presented the improbable scheme for revitalization of eco-friendly remodeling. The results of research are as follows. The case is selected for research of consumer's awareness and the problem of eco-friendly remodeling is analyzed through research of consumer's awareness. On the basic of analyzed result above stated, it presents the improbable scheme for revitalization of eco-friendly remodeling.

This paper develops the core competencies of manufacturing workers, analyze the consciousness structure on the core competencies. As the analyzing method of consciousness structure, ISM(Interpretive Structural Modeling) and FSM(Fuzzy Structural Modeling) are used to classify layers and determine the connection state. However, the element of each layer is frequently changed by data. This paper suggests the method with the point of view that the structure is determined basically and the connection state of the structure model is changeable depending on the method; first to determine structure model by ISM, second to determine connection by FSM. By using this method, the objective structure model, analyzing the consciousness on the core competencies of manufacturing workers, is suggested with specialist confirm.

The purpose of this study is to identify the degree of participation sport for how this affects the objectified body consciousness of the Physically Disabled. The subjects were enrolled in the members participating in the sport for the disabled, while 221 people living in the city A. Data processing was carried out frequency analysis, factor analysis using SPSS 21.0 program, the analysis of the specific factors independent t-test and the way analysis of variance and multiple regression analysis was carried out. All statistical significance level was set at .05. First, population, gender (male), age of the sociological characteristics of the handicapped (40, 50), the objectification of the body consciousness level of the disability rating (Level 4) showed that a positive effect. Second, there are life sports participation rate (exercise duration, exercise time, exercise intensity) has positive effects on the body shame of objectification of the body consciousness of the handicapped, the body monitoring Exercise Period, the body shame, the intensity of exercise, control beliefs this exercise showed that each time a positive impact.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of watching 'Real Man' program on university student s' military image and security awareness. For the purpose of the study, 392 university students in Seoul, Chungcheong and Jeolla were selected. With the collected data, factorial analysis, t-test, frequency analysis, one-way analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis were performed through SPSS 21.0. First, according to personal characteristic and watching degree, there were differences in military image and security awareness. There were significant differences in rationality, coherence, familiarity, violence, authority among sub factors of military image and in perspective about policy towards North Korea, persepectives about North Korea, military threats of North Korea, security will among sub factors of security awareness. Second, military image of university students who watched 'Real Man' had an influence on security awareness. Military image had an meaningful influence on perspective about North Korea, military threats of North Korea, security will among sub factors of security awareness.
