Recently, the outdoor activities were increased in accordance with economic growth and improved quality of life. In addition, weather and outdoor activities are closely related. Currently, Outdoor Activities decisions are determined by the Korea Meteorological Administrator's forecasts and subjective experience. Therefore, we need the analysis method that can provide a basis for the decision on outdoor activities based on meteorological information. In this paper, we propose an algorithm that can analyze meteorological information to support decision-making outdoor activities. And the algorithm is based on the data mining. In addition, we have constructed a baseball game schedule with automatic weather system's observation data in the training data. We verified the improved performance of the proposed algorithm.

위치기반서비스(LBS)는 사용자의 위치를 기반으로 다양한 정보제공 서비스를 하고 있다. 최근 연구에서는 단순한 정보제공이 아닌 사용자의 상황인식(Context-Aware)을 통하여 사용자에게 적합한 정보를 제공해주는 지능화된 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 하지만 현재 연구들은 사용자의 기본정보와 선호도정보를 이용한 단일기준 추론을 통하여 사용자에게 정보를 제공해주고 있으며, 이것은 사용자의 다양한 기준의 의사결정을 반영하지 못하는 한계점이 있다. 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 사용자의 정보, 선호도, 공간지리선호도 정보 Ontology를 구축하고, 의사 결정 기준에 가중치를 부여하는 Cost Value Ontology를 구축하여, 다 기준 의사추론을 통해 사용자에게 적절한 추천 결과가 도출되는 Ontology 추론시스템을 제안한다. 사용자들의 개인적인 특성 지식과 공간지리 선호도 지식을 구축할 수 있으며, 이러한 특성으로 구축된 지식 기반 하에 입력된 사용자 정보와 추론을 통하여 이 시스템을 통해 사용자의 선호도 Ontology를 구축할 수 있으며 이를 이용한 추론을 통하여 사용자의 현재상황에 적합한 결과를 도출함을 보였다.

본 논문은 소셜 미디어 기반 의사결정 지원 시스템인 '소셜위즈덤'에 포함된 이벤트 템플릿 추출에 대해서 소개한다. 의사결정 지원 시스템은 경제적, 사회적 중요사항을 결정할 수 있도록 관련 정보와 인사이트(Insight)를 제공하는 정보시스템을 이른다. 기존 시스템은 단지 특정 키워드 빈도나 공기하는 키워드들의 관계만을 제공하였다. 그러나, 소셜위즈덤은 이벤트로 정의되는 주체(Subject), 이벤트 속성(Event-Property), 객체(Object)의 트리플(Triple) 집합인 템플릿을 추출하여 이를 기반으로 이벤트 정보를 함께 제공한다. 템플릿 추출은 고정밀 언어분석의 관계추출 기술과 온톨로지에 기반한 템플릿 제약 및 필터링 규칙을 이용하였다. 수작업으로 구축한 평가데이터로 평가한 결과, 템플릿 추출 성능(F-Score)은 뉴스 0.544, 블로그 0.3386, 트위터 0.3251이고 전체 통합 성능은 0.4648이었다. 필터링 성능(Accuracy)은 뉴스 0.7257, 블로그 0.6122, 트위터 0.6207이고 전체 통합 성능은 0.722이었다.

방대한 양의 의료 데이터를 이용하여 함축적이며 특정 주제 혹은 부서 단위에 적합한 원무 데이터마트를 구축하고자 한다. 먼저 다양한 정보를 사용자의 요구에 따라 체계적으로 분석하고 설계하여 원무관리를 위한 데이터마트를 구축하고, OLAP 기반의 의사결정지원시스템을 개발하여 원무 관리자나 최고 경영자의 의사결정에 도움을 주는 한편, 이를 통해 가치 있는 정보를 추출함으로써 경영활동을 돕고 분석된 내용을 토대로 마케팅에 활용할 수 있도록 의미 있는 데이터를 제공하고자 한다.

Management decision-making based on artificial intelligence(AI) plays an important role in helping decision-makers. Business decision-making centered on AI is evaluated as a driving force for corporate growth. AI-based on accurate analysis techniques could support decision-makers in making high-quality decisions. This study proposes an effective decision-making method with the application of multi-label feature selection. In this regard, We present a CFS-BR (Correlation-based Feature Selection based on Binary Relevance approach) that reduces data sets in high-dimensional space. As a result of analyzing sample data and empirical data, CFS-BR can support efficient decision-making by selecting the best combination of meaningful attributes based on the Best-First algorithm. In addition, compared to the previous multi-label feature selection method, CFS-BR is useful for increasing the effectiveness of decision-making, as its accuracy is higher.

수자원 계획 및 관리 분야에서는 여러 상반된 기준들을 고려하여 의사결정을 내려야 하는 상황이 매우 빈번하게 발생한다. 따라서 이러한 상충되는 기준들에서 최적의 대안들을 찾고 이를 결정하기 위해 다기준 의사결정 분석과 같은 방법을 고려할 필요가 있다. 다기준 의사결정의 중요한 특징은 목적과 기준을 설정, 상대적 가중치들을 추정, 개별 성능 기준에 대한 대안들의 기여도를 결정하는데 있어서 의사 결정자의 판단에 중점을 두는 것이다. 주관적인 견해가 너무 많이 산재할 경우는 문제가 될 수 있지만, 원칙적으로 다기준 의사결정은 목적, 기준, 가중치 및 목표 달성 평가에 내한 의사결정자의 선택을 중시하며, 이를 과학적이고 명확한 방법으로 표현할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 또한 다기준 의사결정방법들은 비용-편익 분석의 실무적인 한계를 초월하는 의사결정 사안들을 위한 구조, 분석 방법, 융통성을 가지고 있기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 최근 국내 수자원 계획 및 관리 분야에 적용되는 계층화분석방법 이외에 유럽 등지에서 많이 활용되고 있는 가치함수법, Outranking 방법 등을 소개하고자 기준에 대한 대안들의 점수를 부여하는 방법과 가중치 산정 방법을 소개하였다. 또한 수자원 분야에 적용되었던 다기준 의사결정분석 방법을 소개함으로써 국내 수자원 분야에서 발생할 수 있는 여러 상반된 기준을 고려시 최적의 대안을 찾아내는데 중요한 정보를 제공하고자 한다.

Generally, multi-criteria decisions are made by group of people because of their complexity. In the existing fuzzy aggregation method, the operators using minimum, maximum and average are used to aggregate the viewpoints of many staffs. These methods have problems in that they do not reflect the decision situation in the decision process. In order to solve these problems we propose a new fuzzy multi-criteria decision support systems model that aids the decision maker to aggregate the viewpoints of many staffs according to the decision situation. Moreover, we design the algorithms which can be used in the fuzzy multi-criteria decision support systems and develop its prototying system.

본 논문에서는 온톨로지 기반의 가상세계를 구현하고, 그 구현된 가상세계의 거주자가 경험하는 정보를 이미 정의된 지식구조로 저장하여, 재사용성과 다양성을 보장한다. 시간의 흐름과 공간적 위치 관계의 표현을 위한 S-T(시공간) 그래프와 일련의 정의된 사건과 이벤트가 가상세계 거주자인 에이전트의 지식구조에 맞게 변형, 축소된 후에 저장되어 최종적으로 에이전트를 둘러싼 환경변화자체가 에이전트의 의사결정을 좌우하지 않고, 에이전트의 지식을 기반으로 에이전트 자신의 의사결정 시스템에 따라 환경에 대응하는 다양한 행동을 보여준다. 이러한 에이전트의 지식구조를 구현하기 위하여 기본적으로 온톨로지라는 가상세계 자체를 아우르는 추상화 모델이 필요하며, 이 모델을 상속하여 실세계의 Object들을 정의 해 나간다. 정의된 온톨로지를 기반으로 가상세계에 Object들을 등장 시키고, 시공간적 변화에 따른 정보들이 에이전트의 지식구조로 변형되어 저장되어 진다, 이렇게 저장된 정보들이 에이전트의 의사결정 시스템에 적용되어 에이전트의 다양한 행위를 보장 할 수 있다.

소비 양극화에 따라 중산층의 붕괴가 이어지고 있다. 실제 미국의 탄산음료 판매는 2015년 3%의 매출 하락폭을 보였고, 국내 소비 또한 GDP 대비 민간소비 비중이 5.1%포인트 감소하는 등 불황의 그림자가 짙게 드리워져 있다. 그러나 생활용품관련 소비의 감소에도 불구하고 명품 소비는 지속적으로 증가하는 등 소비의 양극화가 심화되고 있는 실정이다. 한편 오프라인 매출이 감소하고 있는 반면 온라인 매출은 지속적으로 증각하고 있는 상황에서 온라인 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 알아보는 것은 의미있는 일이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 "결혼(mating goal)"을 프라이밍시키는 것이 남.녀의 의사결정에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보았다. 나아가 불확실한 의사결정상황에서 남녀의 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 추가로 살펴보았다. 연구결과 "결혼(mating goal)"을 프라이밍시키면 불공정한 제안을 거부하는 데 차이가 없지만, 여성의 경우에는 mating goal을 상기시키면 불공정한 제안을 더 많이 거부하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 mating goal이 여성들로 하여금 좀 더 자신의 의견을 강하게 표현하도록 하는데 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 점을 보여주고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of decision-making activities in lesson on improving decision-making ability to meet bioethical issues in everyday situation. Worksheet for decision-making was consisted of six steps: Identification of problem, searching relevant information, generation of alternatives, identification of values for selection criteria, evaluation of alternatives, review of consequence. The results of this study showed that the scores of decision-making were increased by the activities of worksheets. The scores of identification of problem, generation of alternatives, and evaluation of alternatives were increased meaningfully. However, the scores of searching relevant information, identification of values for selection criteria, and review of consequence were not increased. It seems that all steps of decision-making ability could not improve by short-term learning. Low level performance was appeared on the step of searching relevant information and evaluation of alternatives. This result indicated that students could not apply the biological knowledge to decision-making in the face of bioethical issues. In conclusion, the learning experience of decision-making is essential to foster rational decision-making ability. The activity of decision-making should be included in science class and curriculum.
