This study aimed to develop an effective decision support system for the locational decision of urban parks through integrating decision analysis techniques with spatial analysis functions of GIS, and by doing so, to improve the efficiency and quality of the decision-making process. The system provides an efficient management process by integrating analysis, alternative generation and evaluation procedures into a coherent system environment. Evaluation criteria used in the system includes Equity, Efficiency, Service population, Land cost, Park ratio buildings, and Connectivity of greenery. The system also improves the efficiency and rationality of the decision-making process by incorporating various decision analysis techniques such as MAUT, AHP, and ELECTRE into a decision-making process. The analysis and decision support methods used in the system can be utilized for the locational decisions of other urban public facilities, and the system can also be expanded to a comprehensive park management system by incorporating general management functions for urban parks.

인터넷을 기반으로 한 정보통신의 급속한 발전이라는 기업환경의 변화에 적응하기 위해서 기업은 점차 모든 경영시스템을 인터넷을 기반으로 하도록 변화시키고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 기업 조직 또한 전세계를 기반으로한 글로벌 기업 형태로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 급속한 경영환경의 변화로 인해서 기업 내에서는 종전과는 다른 형태의 부서간 상호의사결정조정 과정이 필요하게 되었다. 일반 기업들을 대상으로 한 상호의사결정의 지원과정에 대해서는 기존에 많은 연구들이 있었으나 글로벌기업과 같은 네트워크 형태의 새로운 형태의 기업에 있어서의 상호의사결정과정을 지원할 수 있는 의사결정지원시스템에 대해서는 단순한 그룹의사결정지원시스템 또는 분산의사결정지원시스템과 같은 연구들이 주를 이루고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인터넷 특히, 웹을 기반으로 한 기업의 글로벌경영 및 분산 경영에서 비롯되는 부서간 상호의사결정이라는 문제를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 기업의 글로벌경영 및 분산 경영에서 비롯되는 부서간 상호의사결정이라는 문제를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 메커니즘을 제시하고 이에 기반한 프로토타입 형태의 시스템을 구현하여 성능을 검증하고자 한다. 특히, 기업 내에서 가장 대표적으로 상호의사결정지원이 필요한 생산과 마케팅 부서를 대상으로 상호의사결정지원 메커니즘을 개발하고 실험을 진행하였다. 그 결과 글로벌 기업내의 생산과 마케팅 부서간 상호의사결정을 효율적으로 지원 할 수 있는 상호조정 메카니즘인 개선된 PROMISE(PROduction and Marketing Interface Support Environment)를 기반으로 한 웹 분산의사결정지원시스템 (Web-DSS : Web-Decision Support Systems)을 제안하는 바이다.자대상 벤처기업의 선정을 위한 전문가시스템을 구축중이다.의 밀도를 비재무적 지표변수로 산정하여 로지스틱회귀 분석과 인공신경망 기법으로 검증하였다. 로지스틱회귀분석 결과에서는 재무적 지표변수 모형의 전체적 예측적중률이 87.50%인 반면에 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 90.18%로서 비재무적 지표변수 사용에 대한 개선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. Generally, multi-criteria decisions are made by group of people because of their complexity. In the existing fuzzy aggregation method, the operators using minimum, maximum and average are used to aggregate the viewpoints of many staffs. These methods have problems in that they do not reflect the decision situation in the decision process. In order to solve these problems we propose a new fuzzy multi-criteria decision support systems model that aids the decision maker to aggregate the viewpoints of many staffs according to the decision situation. Moreover, we design the algorithms which can be used in the fuzzy multi-criteria decision support systems and develop its prototying system.

기존 연구에 의하면 중국 여성의 사회적 지위는 높게 평가된다. 그러나 실증적인 자료에 근거하여 이루어진 중국 여성의 가족 내 지위에 대한 연구는 매우 부족하다. 이 연구는 중국 여성의 지위에 대한 균형적인 시각을 얻기 위하여 가족 내 여성의 지위를 알아보고자 한다. 가족 내 여성의 지위를 파악하기 위하여 아버지의 자녀 양육과 자녀교육 관련 의사결정 과정에의 참여를 중심으로 성역할 분담을 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 6개 도시 지역과 농촌 지역에서 수집된 자료의 통계 분석와 상해 산동 지역에서의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰가 통합적으로 이용되었다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역에 관계없이 중국 사회에서 자녀 양육의 주책임은 어머니에게 있다. 둘째, 아버지들은 자녀 양육 활동보다 의사결정 과정에 더 높은 참여율을 보인다. 셋째, 아버지의 자녀 양육 참여율은 농촌에 비해 도시 지역에서 높게 나타난다. 반면, 의사결정의 경우는 도시에 비해 농촌 지역 아버지들의 참여율이 더 높다. 넷째, 전통적인 성역할 구분에 대한 가치관도 도시와 농촌 지역간에 차이가 있다. 결과적으로 중국 가족 내 여성의 지위는 지역별로 차이가 있는 것으로 보이며, 중국 가족에서 자녀 양육 책임이 동등하게 분담되지 않아서 여성의 이중부담이 큰 것으로 생각된다.

The ROK army has equipped ATCIS (Army Tactical Control Information System) for the Corps echelon to visualize the battlefield and reduce the reaction time. Due to the information&surveillance equipment, uncertainty and variance of the battlefield have been decreased. However decision making for the ground operations has not changed as it depends on knowledge of the commander and staffs. The War game process to select and assess the best CoA (Course of Action) also depends on the pros and cons due to the limitation of time and capability. For the balanced development between intangible and tangible military strength, a new decision making process which is quantitative and useful for the military is needed. In this study, we suggest a Fuzzy-AHP based decision making model to improve troop leading procedure which is useful to evaluate and reflect intangible characteristics of the battlefield.

This study aims to introduce a prescriptive methodology to comprehensively support the analysis of decision process by the use of Saaty's Analytical Hierarchy Process for the optimization of radiation protection. The analytical Hierarchy Process for the optimization of radiation protection. The analytical process for the problem of selecting options among given protection alternatives is illustrated with the data of the uranium mine example in ICRP Publ. 55. This technique, unlike other conventional selection method, is considered to provide a useful tool for the protection manager with respect to its ease of use and simplification in the choice of optimal alternative associated with radiological protection.

To relieve Green-house Gas Emission is the key issue in urban area. Urban transport policies have focused on the reduction of private car use. The most common of these is Travel Demand Management(e.g., congestion charge, environmental tax, etc.) that forces individuals to reduce their private car use. An alternative way is Mobility Management(MM) that induces individuals to voluntarily change their car use through communications. MM is founded on social psychology theory and focuses on individuals' decision making processes to change their perception and attitude on private car use. Although some researchers have reported the relevance of MM approach, still few researches have explicitly studied on individuals' decision making processes. Therefore, the aims of the paper are to analyze the decision making process of individuals and to provide the basis of introducing MM approach in Korea. Structural equation model(SEM) is applied for the analysis of individuals' decision making process. A empirical study shows that psychological factors such as perception/attitude on global environment or individual norms impact significantly to reduce private car use and accordingly the relevance of introducing MM approach instead of imposing regulations or expanding transport facilities.

자동차보험의 대인배상 업무는 폭주하는 업무량에도 불구하고 담당자의 개인 능력에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 사고발생 후 손해산정에서부터 실제적으로 배상이 이루어지기까지의 과정은 인간의 의사결정이 수없이 개입되기 때문에 시간과 비용이 많이 소요된다. 이 의사결정 과정에서는 사고 당사자 쌍방에게 가능한 여러 가지 대안들이 제시되어야 하며, 일관성 있는 판단이 내려져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 대인배상 업무를 구성하는 상해/후유장애 등급의 판정, 과실율/노동상실율 판정 및 손해산정 업무에 활용 가능한 정보기술들을 고찰한 후, 이 업무들 중 손해산정 업무를 지원하는 의사결정 지원시스템을 개발하고 그 사용 예를 제시하였다.

본 연구에서 제안하는 의사결정지원도구는 의사결정과정에서 발생하는 문제점들을 효율적으로 해결해 줄 수 있으며 기존의 의사결정지원도구의 단점들을 고려하여 설계한다. 발생하는 아이템 설명을 알 수 없거나, 투표자의 투표이유 또한 알 수 없는 것과 같은 문제점을 효율적으로 해결할 수 있도록 고려하여 설계하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the local community case management council perceives the expected outcome of the council and case management service by participating actors in order to establish the identity and direction of the activities of the council through concept mapping. A total of 12 practitioners from participating organizations freely expressed and shared their opinions about the case management service performance with the local community case management council in a brainstorming manner, producing a total of 42 statements. Through concept mapping, participants were empowered in the decision-making process, and their opinions were not alienated, but were accepted and rationally handled. It can be said that it is important to provide an opportunity for the participants to discuss on an equal footing in the decision-making process. Through this, it can be seen that the agreement between the case management council and the case management service was quickly reached, and the direction for subsequent activities was clearly set.
