This research deals with meanings and issues of 'broadcasting area' in which trans-regional broadcasting media such as satellite broadcasting and webcasting provoked. The issues around broadcasting area have raised the examination of fundamental broadcasting philosophy in Korea, i.e. establishment of broadcasting area intends to foster new media development? or protect local culture and local journalism? After assessing current criticisms around the broadcasting area, this study particularly addresses re-transmission outside the broadcasting area, satellite broadcaster's re-transmission of terrestrial channels, and widening of broadcasting area. This research argues that broadcasting area has lost its raison-etre due to the advent of new communication technology, even though it was maintained to protect regional broadcasting stations. Therefore it argues that now is the right time to change the broadcasting area in the digital media era. This approach could strengthen the competitiveness of regional broadcasting stations and solve the rows surrounding broadcasting areas.

Therefore, considering the underground environmental graphics as the: sign or the signification-function, It has to be studied on syntactic, semantic and pragmatic viewpoint. SpeCifically, to maKe the color and formation language a signification-function as a generalized connotation to the public, a distinctive classified Visual language must be applied.

This thesis is about Sijo(traditional Korean poem) made-up of 35 volumes and 45 poems written by Han Yong-un. The aim of this study is reappraise the Sijo which is not known to Korean people. There are four thesis about Sijo so far. Ko Myeong-su divided Sijo into separate subjects and researched it very deeply. After I read the Chinese Poems of Han Yong-un, I researched the relationships between subject matter and its theme. The relationships are between the moon and religion, spring and aspiration, autumn and grief or lose, and the sword and patriotism. I chose to discuss a Sijo 'Mugunghwa Shimeukwajeo'(무궁화(無窮花)를 심으과저) shich deals with the moon and religion. The main subject matter of this S is the moon. There are three poems in this volume. They are all about the moon. There is a Mugunghwa (無窮花) on the moon. This poem asserts that the moon is good for love, and it is the subject matter of the poet's religion. The moon in the Chinese poem 'Okjungkamwhiy'(獄中感懷) believes there is hope in prison. The moon in 'Wolbang(月方中) is Buddhist thinking. I researched 'Geochon'(早春) tee poems about spring and aspiration. The first poem is about the independent movement against the Japanese. Autumn is about the feeling of lose in the life. Sijo 'Chuyamong' (秋夜夢) is lose the lover. The second poem is about conquering all difficulties of the poet's current circumstance. The third poem is about the feeling of vacuum in his life. The fourth poem is about deploring losing his mind. 'Nam-a'(男兒) and 'Urinim'(우리님) are books about patriotism. These poems have the subject matter of a sword for song patriotism. 'Kiharksaeng'(寄學生), 'Anhaeju'(安海州), and 'Hwangmaecheon'(黃梅泉) are patriotic poems. In this study, I found that the subject matter and the theme in the Chinese poems of Han Yong-un(韓龍雲) are related. Mainly he used the metaphor of the moon for religion, spring for aspiration, autumn for grief or lose, and sword for patriotism.

If the areas existing in an object are composed of different color sets, the applicable object is segmented into independent areas so it gets to lose the meaning as an object. Therefore, it is required to selectively apply other information on the areas in addition to color information. Based on this methodology, this study, in addition to color information, has also analyzed the shape of isophotes that connect equivalence of brightness as a way of expressing cubic effect. And, through the analyzed information, it has judges independence or dependence of the areas, and then, proposed a way of object separation through significant regional matching of an object.

본 연구의 목적은 후기 고령노인의 자살시도 경험의 의미와 본질을 탐구하여 이들의 경험에 대해 보다 심층적으로 이해하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 서울지역 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$구에 거주하는 자살시도를 경험한 75세 이상 노인 6명을 연구참여자로 의도표집하여 심층면접을 실시하였다. 수집한 자료를 현상학적 연구방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. Giorgi가 제시한 4단계 분석 절차에 따라 자료를 분석한 결과 6개의 구성요소와 20개의 하위 구성요소가 도출되었다. 연구를 통해 후기 고령노인의 자살시도 경험의 4가지 구성요소는 <모진 세월의 회한; 죽도록 고생한 모진 인생, 조실부모와 가난의 대물림, 도무지 잊을 수 없는 자식들의 외면, 가족갈등에서 온 깊은 원망>, <절망적이며 처량한 신세; 경제력을 상실과 절망, 마음대로 죽을 수 없는 처절함, 차라리 죽고 싶은 죄책감>, <쓸모없는 무가치한 삶; 아무 쓸모없는 사람, 자녀들 및 신세지기 싫은 강박관념에 괴로움, 자살충동이 일어남>, <참을 수 없는 신체의 고통과 무기력: 죽음과 삶의 두려움, 우울증, 정신병, 치매, 무기력>, <의지할 곳 없는 외로움; 하루 종일 고립됨, 숨쉬고 있지만 마지 못해 살아감, 죽은 것처럼 살고 있는 나, 하루가 지루함>,<마지막 선택; 세상이 싫어 떠날 것임, 먼저 간 배우자 따라.., 아무것도 바라지 않음>으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 후기 고령노인의 자살시도 경험에 대한 의미와 본질을 논의하고 노인자살예방을 위한 실천 현장의 구체적 개입전략, 생명존중문화의 실질적인 대처 방안에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

The cognitive abilities are functions in human brain. They are closely with the real life. The cognitive abilities are likely to be decreased when human gets older and older. Fortunately, due to the plasticity of human brain, it is possible to help recover and rehabilitate brain function. Those efforts are called brain training and cognitive ability training. The cognitive ability training needs continuous trials and efforts. But many users feel boring because of simple repetitive works. This paper proposes a cognitive training system implemented in a smart device. The proposed system is designed to make users to focus on the repetitive training by using game-based tasks on the smart device. It shows that the proposed system is effective to attention and flexible on cognitive training game.

This study is to analyze experiences and perceptions of care workers for enhanced user choice since the introduction of voucher in Korea. The analysis shows that as it has increased the influence of service users on care workers'employment, dismissal, labor intensity, and so on, more and more care workers appear to experience 'labor alienation'such as weakened position in the labor domain, the sense of loss and frustration in the meaning of work, and identity confusion as a care work. Because the labor alienation felt by them possibly has a negative impact on quality of social service, it suggests to address improving service users'rights as well as protecting human rights and rights to work of care workers to provide a high quality social service.

입시위주의 암기식 교육풍토 개선을 위한 하나의 방편으로 1999년부터 전국 초 중등학교에서 수행평가가 실시되고 있다. 수행평가는 학생에게 학습과제를 제시하여 수행과정과 결과를 관찰하고 판단하는 평가 방식으로, 단편적인 영역에 대해 일회적으로 평가하지 않고 학생 개개인의 변화 발달과정을 전체적으로 파악하기 위해 종합적이면서도 지속적으로 평가하여야 한다. 그러나 현 교육여건 하에서 과도한 수의 학생을 관찰하여 결과를 처리해야하는 교사와 체계적이지 않은 수행평가 운영방식으로 수시로 평가를 받아야 하는 학생에게 수행평가는 본연의 기능과 의미를 상실해가고 있다. 이에 교사의 수행평가 업무를 관리하여 업무량을 경감시키고, 학생의 수행평가 일정과 성적을 관리하여 성장과 발달에 도움을 줄 수 있는 수행평가 관리 시스템을 구현하였다.

본 논문은 인터넷 전화 (Internet Telephony)의 대표적 프로토콜인 SIP에 이동성을 제공하기 위한 방안에 대한 연구이다. 이를 위해 가장 쉽고 계층화된 방법은 IP (네트워크) 계층에서 이동성을 지원하는 mobile IP를 사용하여 상위 계층에 투명한 핸드오프를 제공하도록 하는 것이다. 그러나 기존 연구들은 mobile IP가 아직 보편화되지 않았고 삼각 라우팅 (triangular routing) 지연 및 캡슐화 오버헤드와 같은 단점을 이유로 SIP 자체를 확장하는 방법을 제안해 왔다. 그러나 이 방법은 향후 all IP 추세와 함께 mobile IP가 지원되면서 그 의미를 상실하게 될 것이고 어떤 방법으로도 조화를 이룰 필요성이 대두된다. 또한 SIP 자체의 확장을 통한 이동성 지원은 해당 응용에만 적용되는 것으로 인터넷의 근본적 이동성 제공과는 독립한다. 우리는 본 연구를 통해 mobile IP 기반의 SIP 환경을 구축하고 다양한 실험을 통해 그 가능성을 보인다. 또한 mobile IP 망의 효율적인 관리에 적합한 패킷 당 오디오 프레임 수를 제시한다.

중소형조선업은 선박의 역사와 궤를 같이 하는 조선산업의 뿌리이다. 이러한 중소조선업은 산업혁명을 기점으로 증기기관이 출현하고 뒤이어 제강, 용접기술 등의 기술이 발전함에 따라 선박의 규모가 점차로 대형화하고, 또한 자본주의의 성장과 국제무역이 증가함에 따라 신조 선박건조가 세계 단일의 시장으로 형성되면서 대형조선업과 나누어지게 되어 이전과는 다른 별개의 의미를 가지게 되었다. 오늘날 중소조선업이라 함은 일의적으로 정의할 수는 없으나 내수시장을 중심으로 국민의 생명과 재산, 생업과 삶의 질 등과 직결되는 선박을 건조하는 산업으로 대변할 수 있다. 한편, 막강한 자본력을 배경으로 한 대형선박과 대형조선소의 출현은 중소조선 기술인력의 대기업 이동과 함께 중소조선업은 설비낙후와 기술 경쟁력 상실로 쇠퇴일로를 걷게 되었다.(중략)
