A Study on the Practice Model for Practical Education for Health and Medical Information Management (보건의료정보관리 실습교육을 위한 실습모델 연구)

  • In this study, a practical model for health information management education using the EMR education system at universities for nurturing health care information managers was studied. Currently, there is no practical training course for health care information management in the standards for evaluation and certification of health care information management education introduced to strengthen the job competency of health care information managers. Accordingly, the program was constructed so that the practice program suggested as an educational environment in the Health and Medical Information Management Education Evaluation and Certification Manual can be practiced in the EMR education system. In addition, a practical model that can be performed according to the on-site practice guidelines for health and medical information management for each program was studied. Using the health care information management education EMR system, master data management, patient registration, doctor prescription, medical cost calculation, health insurance claim management, form management, discharge registration, cancer registration, unrecorded management, health care data management, health care statistics, A practice model was studied so that practice on information protection/security management can be performed. It will be possible to play a role as a health care information management expert by raising the quality level of health care information management education through systematic and standardized health care information management practice courses at universities. Accordingly, it is necessary to cultivate health care information management experts who develop and manage medical services based on medical data analysis through practical training of health care information managers.

  • This study has developed a medical information management educational program that can improve the management ability of medical information. The educational medical information management program was developed for 8mnths uing VB. The database utilized the ACCESS Database, which allows learners to easily understand and understand the structure of the data. The learners enter data in the discharge analysis and the cancer registration program and the incomplete program after analyze the medical records. After entering and saving data, medical information management programs can be used to understand and analyze the structure of the database to generate medical information. The educational programs can improve the ability of learners to manage medical information by extracting the necessary data from the database directly through SQL and creating various medical information. However, although the medical information management program is an educational program, there is no evaluation system for the learners program operation. Accordingly, the next studies should develop the assessment system of the medical information management program for learners evaluation.

  • It is important to secure patient healthcare information in medical institutions. Education can enhance healthcare information security practice. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect size of the correlation between healthcare information security education and healthcare information security practice in medical institutions. Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis were used for this study. Data were collected from January 1, 2010 to July 31, 2019 through DBpia, RISS, NDSL. Four studies were eligible for inclusion in the analysis. Data were analyzed with R. The results of the Meta-Analysis demonstrated statistically significant large effect size of correlation with education and practice. Based on the results of this study, we will be able to understand the importance of healthcare information security education in medical institutions and use them as a basis for developing healthcare information security education programs.

  • As smart devices and communication technologies have developed rapidly, the healthcare industry in the globe is seeing remarkable issues on medical security. At the same time, personal medical records are being shared in the network, which would raise the risk of information security. This thesis aims to develop the curriculum to raise the awareness of information security among workers in medical institutions by referring to NCS(National Competency Standards) International standards, medical institutions' requirements and educational institutions' curriculums on information security based on proven results from medical devices and systems introduced in the public health centers, territorial branches, community health posts and primary, secondary, tertiary hospitals. Thus, this thesis offers the method to improve information security in healthcare institutions through validation testing conducted by medical practitioners and ICT experts.

  • 의사와 환자의 관계에서 제도적 조건의 차이로 인한 대화 주도권의 불균형이 발생하고, 환자의 인식이 변화됨에 따라 의사와 환자간의 커뮤니케이션이 원활하게 이루어지지 않는 점이 문제가 되고 있다. 최근 의학 전문대학원 과정이 시작되면서 의학교육 프로그램이 통합 개선됨에 따라 인문사회 의학적 측면의 교육이 강조되기 시작하였고, 의료커뮤니케이션을 위한 교육적 필요성이 커졌다. 그러나 국내에서 시작단계에 불과한 의료커뮤니케이션의 교육은 그 내용과 방법론에서 체계성과 전문성이 부족한 상태이다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위하여 의학분야에서는 의료커뮤니케이션 교육 과목과 정보통신기술을 활용한 교육도구를 개발을 목표로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 의료커뮤니케이션 교육에 사용되는 강의자료를 체계화하고, 체계화된 자료들을 이용하여 강의형태를 구성하여 강의흐름을 쉽게 파악할 수 있는 교육도구를 개발하여 의료커뮤니케이션 교육 강의에 대한 질과 효율을 높인다.

  • 최근 AI 를 활용한 의료 진단 솔루션 시장이 크게 성장함에 따라 의료 인공지능 기술에 대한 대학 교육에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있지만, 개인정보 유출의 위험성 등으로 인하여 의료 데이터를 대학 교육에 활용하기 어려운 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 실제 의료 데이터 대신 생성적 적대 신경망(GAN)으로 합성된 흉부 X-ray 영상을 활용한 의료 인공지능 교육 모델의 사례를 제시한다. 프로메디우스(주)에 의해 제공받은 흉부 X-ray 합성영상을 사용하여, VGG-16 모델을 훈련하고 성능을 검증 및 평가하며 미세조정을 통해 성능을 개선하는 교육 모델을 구성하였다. 또한 교육모델이 의료 인공지능에 대한 학생들의 이해력 향상에 기여한 효과를 정량적으로 평가하였다.

  • The purpose of the present study is to analyze curriculums in colleges operating a department related to medical information in Korea and to propose the roles of medical information professionals, medical information professionals qualifying examination and a plan to raise medical information specialists demanded in the field. In addition, this study purposed to suggest establishing programs for job training and supplementary education of medical information professionals through sharing contents among colleges. For these purposes, this study proposed a plan to construct the infrastructure of Internet-based domestic medical information and education network for the service of integrated medical information system standardized centering on the Healthcare Information Center.

  • This study is to develop the curriculum for training students with practical business skills which medical business needs. We surveyed businesses which have employed graduates who majored in medical information. The survey was conducted into the expectation of business for graduates, their job competence and business needs for curriculum utilizing the self-reported questionnaire. We analyzed correlation, frequency and regression among job class, business types and job positions of those surveyed. The result shows that medical information businesses express high expectation in personality education rather than major knowledge and think that field practice is important in the college curriculum. We expects the study will contribute positively to improve the curriculum for raising the employment rate of college graduates.

  • 최근 수년간 전산망을 통한 의료정보의 이용이 학술적인 데이터베이스의 이용에서부터 인터넷을 통한 정보의 교환까지 급속도로 증가하고 있는 상황이다. 보다 신속하고 정확하며 다양한 의료정보에 대한 욕구는 일반인들뿐만 아니라 환자와 의료진 모두에게 증대되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 갑상선 질환은 지속적인 치료를 필요로 할 분만 아니라 환자가 질환을 이해하고 자기 관리를 위한 과학적인 정보의 필요성이 절실한 분야이다. 또한, 갑상선 질환을 전공하는 의료진에게도 이에 관한 의료정보 제공의 필요성은 절실하다. 의료정보에 대한 데이터베이스 구축 작업은 궁극적으로 의료서비스의 질적 향상과 질병관리의 효율화를 통한 국가 자원 낭비의 방지효과를 목적으로 하는데, 갑상선 질환 환자의 진료 및 교육지원을 위한 공공 데이터베이스 개발은 이를 구현하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 갑상선 환자의 진료 및 교육 지원을 위해, 기존의 갑상선 환자 진료 기록에 대한 데이터베이스의 구축과 이를 인터넷을 통해 서비스 해 줄 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 윈도우 NT 상에서 Access를 이용하여 데이터베이스를 구축하였고, 윈도우 CGI 방식에 기반한 CGI 프로그램을 개발하여 인터넷과 연동 하였다.

  • Recent healthcare studies evaluate the effective impacts of a patient educational information intervention in hospitals on adherence to communicating knowledge, life quality, and therapeutic response in patients treated with highly active therapy in medical organizations. Therefore, the aim of this study is to design and implement the effective and systematic frameworks by providing clinical patient-oriented education system(CPES), which enhances health promotion and medical cures. CPES initiatives accelerate positive financial returns with network-driven educational system. To validate the CPES, the author analyzes the efficiency and effectiveness using statistical survey works. With this outcome, it is compared with previous system. One of the findings is that the system can improve compliance with treatment right dietetics and give patients self-manage their conditions in S hospital. Patients' acknowledge of their condition and its treatment process can be improved through the educational systems.
