농산물 이력추적 시스템의 생산자 지속적 사용의도에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구의 목적은 농산물 이력추적 시스템을 사용하는 생산자들의 시스템에 대한 만족과 지속적인 사용의도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하여 농산물 이력추적 시스템의 활성화를 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 실증적인 검증을 위하여 재사용의도와 관련한 선행연구들을 검토하여 TAM과 ECT를 결합시킨 Extended ECT 모델을 제안하고 실제 농산물 이력추적 사업에 시범참여하고 있는 생산자 100명을 상대로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 지각된 유용성 및 용이성, 수익성은 시스템 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 이는 지속적인 사용의도로 연결되었으나 지각된 용이성과 유용성이 직접적으로 지속적인 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 것은 아닌 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 농산물 외의 식품 이력추적 시스템에도 포괄적으로 적용이 가능하다.

  • 현재 우리생활은 언제 어디서나 네트워크에 접속하여 통신할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경화 되고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 상황인식 서비스는 의료, 여행, 가정, 교육 등 사회 전 분야에 걸쳐 응용될 수 있어 사회 전반에 걸쳐 영향을 주고 있다. 기존의 대부분의 상황인식 시스템의 연구들은 센서로부터 입력된 주변 환경 정보를 기반으로 사용자에게 적합한 서비스 제공에 중점을 두고 있다. 이로써 환경정보와 별개로 사용자가 궁극적으로 원하는 분야에 상황인식 시스템을 적용하기 위해서는 서비스 부합되지 않은 여러 요소가 존재하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 요소를 착안하여 사용자의 의도를 포함한 상황인식 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 지능형 홈 도메인 환경에서 시간에 따라 변화하는 사용자의 행위 정보를 기반하여 사용자가 향후 궁극적으로 원하는 의도를 예측 할 수 있는 시스템으로 되어있다. 또한 여러개의 작은 행위에 따른 사용자의 의도가 모여 보다 큰 사용자의 의도를 파악하는 기법을 정의하였다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공항 내 혁신시설에 대한 공항이용객의 평가를 통해 혁신적 서비스 양상과 기틀을 파악하는 것이다. 본 연구는 소비행동의 관점에서 공항이용객의 추구 혜택, 지각된 혁신성, 수용 의도, 구조화에 대한 욕구 등 4가지 개념의 이론에 근거하여 수행되었다. 공항의 혁신시설을 이용한 경험이 있는 299명 성인을 대상으로 2022년 7월 5일부터 9일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 공항이용객의 추구혜택과 수용의도 간의 관계에서 공항이용객의 지각된 혁신성의 매개효과 및 공항 이용객의 추구혜택과 지각된 혁신성 간의 관계에서 구조화에 대한 욕구의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 공항이용객의 추구 혜택은 수용 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 지각된 혁신성은 수용 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 공항 이용객의 욕구에 근거하여 혁신적인 기능을 향상시켜야 함을 시사한다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국경 간 전자상거래 플랫폼의 지속이용의도의 영향을 파악하며 국경 간 전자상거래 플랫폼의 발전에 의의를 규명할 것이다. 국내 전자상거래에 비해, 국경 간 전자상거래는 문화 차이, 언어 차이, 법률 차이, 통관 처리, 국경 간 물류 등의 문제로 인해 더 높은 불확실성을 가지고 있다. 소비자의 지속이용의도에 관한 연구는 국내 전자상거래의 연구에 머물러, 국경 간 전자상거래 플랫폼이 많은 도전에 직면하게 된다. 국경 간 전자상거래 플랫폼의 어떤 요인이 소비자의 구매 의도에 영향을 미치는지 연구하면, 국경 간 전자상거래 기업의 플랫폼에 상응하는 개선을 돕고, 국경 간 전자상거래 기업의 발전을 촉진하며, 이를 통해 대외무역의 발전을 촉진 할 것이다. 특히 한국 중소업체 입장에서는 이를 통해 한국 제품을 직접 수출의 주역으로 자리 잡으며 육박하는 수출을 견인한 것으로 추정될 수 있다.

  • The pilot (human actor) involved in the control loop of the highly automated aircraft systems (machine actor) must be able to monitor these systems just as the machine actor must also be able to monitor the human actor. For its safety and better performance of the human machine system, each of the two elements must be knowledgeable about the other's intentions or goals. In fact, several recent accidents occurred due to goal conflicts between human and machines in a modern avionic system. To facilitate the coordination of these actors, a computational aid was developed. The aid, which operates in a part-task simulator environment, attempts to facilitate the management of the goals and functions being performed to accomplish them. To provide an accurate knowledge of both actors' goals and their function statuses, the aid uses agent-based objects representing the elements of the cockpit operations. This paper describes the development of the flightdeck goals and functions called Agenda Management.

Impact of K-pop on Positive Feeling Towards Korea, Consumption Behaviour and 1Intention to Visit from other Asian Countries (아시아국가에서의 K-pop 이용행동과 K-pop으로 인한 국가호감도 및 한국 방문의도 변화)

  • K-pop has gained its popularity all over the world, and its popularity is mostly concentrated in Asian countries. Korean wave which has started from Korean dramas has expanded its horizon to K-pop, which centers around idol singers since 2005. The K-pop's popularity is evident from fans imitating singers' dance moves, makeup, appearance, and even trying to learn Korean. This study tries to explore consuming behaviors of Asian K-pop consumers from China, Japan, Thailand and Vietnam, and the main reasons Asian consumers prefer K-pop over their own countries' pop. The study also analyzes on how K-pop influences K-pop consumers to build positive feeling toward Korea and give them intention to visit Korea. The results showed the differences among K-pop consuming behaviors, relationship among attributes of K-pop, positive feeling toward Korea, and intention to visit Korea among four Asian countries. Findings would be the stepping stone that could support K-pop to expand its market to other foreign countries.

  • The global recession circumstances, cloud computing has emerged as a new paradigm in the business IT sector. This paper focuses on Software as a Service (SaaS) among cloud services. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has been popularly utilized for examining how users come to accept a new technology, but have not yet been employed to handle issues regarding SaaS adoption. This paper aims at developing an exploratory model that examines important factors affecting SaaS adoption of small and medium sized companies. The proposed exploratory model tests a number of hypotheses which integrate TAM related theories with additional imperative constructs such as marketing effort. Thus, the findings of this study can not only help company users gain insights into SaaS adoption, but also help SaaS providers obtain inspiration in their efforts to discover more effective courses of action for developing their service and improving marketing strategy.

Service Quality of Dental Institutes Measured by SERVQUAL Model and Intention to Re-visit (SERVQUAL 모형으로 측정한 일부 치과의원의 서비스 질과 재이용의도)

  • The main purpose of this study was to identify the service quality of some dental clinics located in Gwangju and find an association between service quality and patient's intention to re-visit the same dental clinic. The search objects were 197 patients from five dental clinics, and data collected by self-administered questionnaire which was composed general characteristics, characteristics relating to visit of clinics, quality of service, patients satisfaction and intentions to re-visit. The used statistical analysis to find the association between quality of service and intention to re-visit was multiple regression analysis. This study looked at relations between quality of dental service, service satisfaction and intentions to visit again, and found that quality of service including six service areas had a statistically significant positive correlations with satisfaction and intentions of re-visit. When this study conducted a multiple regression analysis to identify variables that influence intentions of re-visit, it found that patients revisited the dental clinic only when quality of service was included. In conclusion, quality of service evaluated by patients influenced on their intention of re-visit and especially. Therefore, this study concludes that improvement in satisfaction and intentions of re-visit relies on Accessibility, that is, providing of medical information, consultant telephone, how delivery the dental medical system is. The Relationship between Better Life Index, Nursing Performance and Intents to Leave among Hospital Nurses (병원간호사의 행복지수, 전문직관, 이직의도와의 관계)

  • This study is to recognize the relationship between better life index, nursing performance and intents to leave among hospital nurses by comparison. From July 1to July 20, 2012. we collected survey results subjecting on total 700 nurses by random sampling of hospital-class medical institutes over 200 beds located on Busan & Gyeongnam, and analyzed final 677 copies. We recognized the degrees and the differences of happiness index, professionalism, intents to leave among hospital nerses and analyzed the factors impacting on intents to leave among hospital nerses through correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis between variables. The main result is as follows: First, the average of the item related to happiness index of nurse was 3.03 (5 points of scale) and the average score of professionalism was 3.09 (medium degree) but the average score of turnover intention was 3.35 (relatively high); Second, professionalism and turnover intention according to characteristics of subjects were significant statistically (p<0.05) and turnover intention indicated a significant negative relation with happiness index and professionalism; Third, a factor which mostly impact on turnover intention indicated a significant level (p<0.05) in professionalism, happiness index, general hospital, 2.01 to 2.5 million of average pay. Based on such results, as happiness index and professionalism are indicated as major factors to turnover intention, multi-dimensional viewpoint of follow-up study including further variables is required and the plan to apply nursing intervention program for reducing turnover intention is also required.

The Relation among Experience of Verbal Abuse, Emotional Labor, Emotional Intelligence, Social Support and Turnover Intention of Hospital Nurses. (병원간호사의 언어폭력 경험, 감정노동, 감성지능 및 사회적 지지와 이직의도와의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the relation among experience of verbal abuse, emotional labor, emotional intelligence, social support and turnover intention of hospital nurses. The survey was conducted with 189 hospital nurses working at general hospital in the city of S. The data was collected by using structured questionnaires as research tools from November 17, 2015 to November 27, 2015. The collected data was analyzed by using SPSS ver. 18.0 program. As a result of the correlation analysis between the nurse 's experience of verbal abuse, emotional labor, emotional intelligence, social support and turnover intention, the turnover intention of the nurse was a significantly positive correlation between the experiences of verbal abuse from the doctor, nurses, patients, and the caregiver and the emotional labor. Also, There is a significantly negative correlation between emotional intelligence and social support. In order to identify the factors influencing the turnover intention of the subjects, multiple regression analysis was performed. The statistically significant variables were emotional labor & the ER in the working department.
