인터넷 이용의 폭발적인 증가와 함께 웹사이트에 대한 개인적ㆍ사회적 관심이 증대되고 있다. 이렇게 인터넷에 대한 대중의 관심과 참여가 늘어남에 따라 정보의 무분별한 발생을 막고 검색을 보다 효과적으로 하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스는 가치가 더욱 증대되었다. 최근에는 개별적인 연구자들뿐 아니라 웹사이트 평가기관과 순위기관들이 각각의 평가영역과 평가모형에 따라 웹사이트, 그리고 사용자 인터페이스를 평가하고 있다. 이러한 평가기준들은 웹사이트의 품질을 평가하는데 있어 주로 일원적인 인식방법을 사용하고 있다. 즉, 웹사이트 품질이나 사용자 만족을 측정하는 데 있어 품질의 고저나 만족ㆍ불만족을 일직선상에서 평가하고 있는 것이다. 다시 말하면 어떤 물리적 상황이 충족되면 사용자가 만족을 느끼지만 충족되지 않을 경우에는 불만을 가지게 된다는 가정에서 평가모형들이 개발되고 있는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 Kano의 모형에 따라 품질을 물리적 충족상황을 횡축에, 고객의 만족감을 종축에 두고 품질개념을 이원적으로 해석하여 매력적, 당연적, 일원적 품질요소로 분류하고자 하였다. 웹사이트 평가와 웹사이트 인터페이스 평가를 위한 선행연구들을 종합하여 화면구성, 항해성, 검색성, 상호작용성, 사용자지원성의 5가지 영역에서 25개의 평가항목을 추출하였으며, 이를 Kano의 설문지조사법을 이용하여 설문을 수행하였다. 게임사이트, 커뮤니티 사이트, 쇼핑몰 사이트, 일간신문 사이트를 대상으로 290부의 설문을 수거하여 분석한 결과 각각의 사이트의 인터페이스 품질요소에서 매력적 품질요소, 일원적 품질요소, 당연적 품질요소를 분류했다. 종합적으로 볼 때, 인트로나 메인페이지의 포인트, 다양한 정렬방식, 개인화된 페이지, 개인장치로의 다운로드가 매력적 품질요소로 분류되었으며, 시각적 구성, 링크의 정확성, 링크분류의 체계성, 용어의 명료성, 컨텐츠 이용의 용이성, 적절한 강조의 사용, 고객피드백시스템은 일원적 품질요소로 분류되었다. 또한 당연적 품질요소는 사이트 설계의 일관성, 에러처리, 의견제시 공간, 이용설명서 또는 도움말, FAQ로 나타났다. 이러한 연구의 결과를 통해 웹사이트를 운영하는 기업에 새로운 웹사이트의 설계 및 운영에 있어 우선순위를 부여하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

This study was attempted to identify the status of the work of the PA and provide the direction and evidence of policy making on the PA scheme. A convergence study was conducted to analyze a total of 23 articles of papers and Internet news through systematic review methodology. A literature search was performed using KISS, NDSL, RISS, National assembly library, and 11 major domestic daily newspapers and Youth Medical Newspaper. The analysis of eight papers showed that the PA's work-related exhaustion, job stress, unclear scope of work and lack of regulations reduced job satisfaction. Through 15 press articles, it was understood that it was urgent to establish a legal system and education system for qualifications and work as professional medical personnel amid a conflict of positive and negative opinions of related agencies. In order to increase the utilization of PA in the future, it is necessary to secure institutional devices suitable for Korean affairs and prepare educational programs.

Recently, information on international trade goes on increasing in quantity because of the globalism and many related areas of the field. Most of libraries and informatin centers in Korea are using Dewey Decimal Classification(DDC), Library of congress Classification(LCC), and Korean Decimal Classification(KDC) to classify library materials on the subject. The application of three classification shcemes, DDC, LCC, and KDC were queried to determine the classification of materials on international trade. And analyses of the parts of international trade in three classification shemes were done in order to identify what major changes have made with the development of the field. There was subject scatter in DDC and LCC; there was an overlap among the classes of the three systems; and there was little change between present editions and the previous editions. The revision for international trade field of the KDC, the 4t edtition was suggested to help cover some deficiencies of the classification scheme. Inorder to develop a better KDC, the 5th edition, continuous revisions based upon the opinions of subject specialists and catalogers in the field are highly recommended.

The purpose of this study is to provide an empirical investigation of the effects of communicative competence on information literacy of undergraduates. The research results were found as follows; First of all, receptive competence has a significant effect on information needs, information retrieval and information evaluation. Secondly, transmission competence has a significant effect on information integration and information representation. Finally, adjustment competence has a significant effect on the overall information literacy, that is, information needs, information retrieval, information assessment, information integration, information representation and information ethics. Therefore, we can understand communicative competence has a closed relationship with information literacy.

The existing computer equipment management system is designed to computerize and manage equipment information that was managed only by documents in the computer room. However, the existing system focuses on computerizing the equipment arranged in the document, so there is a limit to the equipment that can be registered and it is difficult to find the necessary equipment. In addition, it caused inconvenience to confirm whether the registered equipment is currently used. In this paper, we redesign and implement the computer equipment management system to solve the problem. For this purpose, the existing computer equipment management system was thoroughly analyzed throughout, and the system is designed and implemented to improve the system by reflecting the opinions of public officials and management companies using the system. In the performance evaluation, the efficiency of the improved system is proved by comparing the number of equipment registrations and equipment search accuracy of the existing system.

Phytoseiid mites are important predators of spider mites, rust mites and many of insect pests as well. From two-year (2001-2002) survey of apple orchards in Kyoungbuk and Suwon area, 13 species of phytoseiids, 12 species of the genus Amblyseius and one species of the genus Typhlodromus were found. Among them, Amblyseius womersleyi was the most dominant followed by A. rademacheri, A. orientalis, and A. makuwa. Amblyseius rademacheri and A. makuwa were mainly found from ground vegetation. Keys to genera and species were presented with some pictorial details and ecological notes of each species. Further discussion on systematics of the family Phytoseiidae and use in apple IPM were suggested.

This study implements library toolbar in order to improve the accessibility of OPAC in the library. The toolbar elements are extracted on the basis of the importance of functionality for OPAC. After comparing the toolbar implementation approaches, this study develops the library toolbar with these elements as the client-based application that can fully realized the functionality of the toolbar. The librarians evaluate the usability of toolbar very affirmatively. This study also summarizes the further functionalities to upgrade toolbar proposed by the librarian. Through deploying the upgraded toolbar, the user requirements have to be analyzed and realized with the user survey.

One of the major issues in big data processing is extracting keywords from internet and using them to process the necessary information. Most of the proposed keyword extraction algorithms extract keywords using search function of a large portal site. In addition, these methods extract keywords based on already posted or created documents or fixed contents. In this paper, we propose a KAES(Keyword Advertisement Extraction System) system that helps the potential shopping keyword marketing to extract issue keywords and related keywords based on dynamic instant messages such as various issues, interests, comments posted on SNS. The KAES system makes a list of specific accounts to extract keywords and related keywords that have most frequency in the SNS.

We developed a Web courseware using multimedia based on STS(Science-Technology-Society) and constructivism on fossil of fourth grade natural science in Primary school, which is recognized to be hard to simulate and watch the phenomena in real life. At present, there are several researches manifesting the effectiveness of the theory with off-line instructional materials. However, there are few results which demonstrate its ability on the Web. The main objective of the paper is to apply the STS theory on a Web courseware and to observe its efficacy. The Web courseware based on the theory allows students to observe and experiment in the Web environment and to have diverse experiences and thoughts through communication via Web. The paper shows that Web courseware based on STS theory can improve its effectiveness in a collaborative learning environment by providing Web facilities such as E-mail, Web search, information sharing, chatting, and so on.
