  • 최근 정보 통신 기술의 발달에 따라 음성 서비스 등과 같은 단일 서비스를 제공하던 무선 통신망이 음성, 데이터, 고화질 정지화면, 동영상 및 다양한 정보형태의 멀티미디어 서비스를 추구하고 있다. 이처럼 다양한 종류의 멀티미디어 트래픽을 지원하기 위해서는 매체 접근 제어(MAC) 프로토콜이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 서로 다른 종류의 트래픽이 혼재된 무선 ATM 환경에서 폭주제어 정보를 가지고 각 트래픽 클래스의 QoS를 만족할 수 있는 동적 자원 할당 방식 기반의 MAC 프로토콜을 제안한다. 각 트래픽 클래스의 데이터 전송 스케줄링을 제안함으로서 CBR이나 VBR의 실시간 데이터의 손실을 최소화하고 네트워크 상태에 따른 ABR 트래픽 클래스에 최소의 고정적인 대역폭을 할당함으로서 실시간 비실시간 데이터의 비효율성 문제 해결 방안을 제시한다. 그리고 각각의 트래픽 모델에 대한 허용 테스트 식을 제공함으로서 다른 실시간 또는 비실시간 채널에 영향을 수지 않고 새로운 채널을 설정한 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

The Comprehension of 'who' and 'what' Questions in Normally Developing Korean Children ($30{\sim}47$ 개월 일반아동의 의문사 질문 이해 발달: 누가, 누구를, 누구한테, 무엇이, 무엇을)

  • The present study was designed to investigate the comprehension of 'who' and 'what' questions in 2- to 3-year-old normal children. Sixty children were divided into 3 groups depending on their ages, i.e., age groups 2;6-2;11, 3;0-3:5, and 3;6-3;11. Three types of 'who' questions and 2 types of 'what' questions were generated depending on the attached case markers, i.e., who-nominative, who-accusative, who-dative, what-nominative, and what-accusative. The children watched 36 cuts of short video recordings. After watching each cut, they were asked to answer one of the 5 types of wh-questions. For the 'who-nominative' and 'what-accusative' questions, even the late 2-year-old children performed with over 70% of accuracy, and the late 3-year-old children performed with over 95% of accuracy. For the 'who-accusative' and 'who-dative' questions, the late 2-year olds exhibited difficulty in comprehension with performance accuracy of 41% and 33%, respectively. However, the late 3-year olds could comprehend those questions correctly with over 90% of accuracy. On the other hand, in answering 'what-nominative' questions, the children did not show rapid development across the age groups, as the mean performance accuracies of the 3 groups were 39%, 49%, and 59%, respectively. The results indicated that children's understanding of a wh- question is largely affected by the case of the interrogative.

Need dog's paw of a business automation technology that apply Information-Communication know-how to do these in white-collar job go to work. I wish to develop VI 05 that can improve computer practical use ability by developing integration solution that can analyze know-how that need in transaction of business and overcome this technologically. Because developed VI 05 reserves and handles work that require screen spread, function that convert data of screen including character into voice, accuracy by integration solution that is necessary in transaction of business the process simplificaton make function that need in Secretariat state process such as knowing function have.

  • 이동통신은 사용자가 단말기를 통해 음성이나 영상, 데이터 등을 장소에 구애받지 않고 통신할 수 있도록 이동성을 제공하는 통신 서비스로 이동이 자유롭지 못한 유선통신과 달리 언제 어디서나 서비스를 받을 수 있어 사용자가 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 국내의 경우 단순 음성통화 서비스만 가능한 1세대 이동통신 서비스가 1984년에 시작되었으며 2세대, 3세대를 거쳐 현재 데이터 통신 기능이 강화된 3.5세대 통신이 사용되고 있다. 통신의 발달과 함께 모바일 디바이스 역시 점차 발전되어 스마트폰이 등장하게 되었다. 여러 가지 기능을 제공하는 스마트폰의 장점으로 인해서 스마트폰 사용자 수가 급격히 증가하고 있으며, 앞으로도 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 전망하고 있다. 하지만, 스마트 폰은 일반 모바일 디바이스와 다르게 개인 정보 및 주요 정보가 디바이스에 저장되는 경우가 많아 이를 분실할 경우 심각한 개인정보 유출 사고로 확대될 수 있는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 이를 해결할 수 있는 보안 기술의 필요성이 높아지고 있으며 이러한 모바일 환경에서 안전성 제공 방안의 하나로 신뢰 컴퓨팅 기술을 적용하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 신뢰 컴퓨팅 기술을 제공하는 MTM을 이용하여 모바일 디바이스의 주요 정보 노출을 방지하며, 비밀번호 손상 시 가용성을 제공하기 위한 사용자 인증 기술을 제안한다.

An Study on the Correlation between Sound Characteristics and Sasang Constitution by CSL (CSL을 통한 음향특성과 사상체질간의 상관성 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to help classifying Sasang Constitution through correlation with sound characteristic. This study was done it under the suppose that Sasang Constitution has correlation with sound spectrogram. The following result were obtained about correlation between sound spectrogram and Sasang Constitution by comparison and analysis 1. Soeumin answered his voice low tone, smooth and quiet in the survey. Soyangin answered his voice high, clear, fast and speaking random. Taeumin answered his voice low, thick and muddy. 2. Taeyangin was significantly slow compared with the others in the time of reading composition. Taeyangin was significantly slow compared with the others in Formant frequency 1. Taeyangin was significantly discriminated from Soeumin in Formant frequency 5. Taeyangin was significantly low compared with the others in Bandwidth 2. Soeumln was significantly low compared with Taeyangin in Pitch Maximum and Pitch Maximum-Pitch Minimum. Taeyangin was significantly high compared with the others in Energy mean. 3. In list of specification, the discrimination rate was higher than that by lists of 13 in the results of Multi-dimensional 4-class minimum-distance. The discrimination rate of three disposition except Soyangin was higher than that of four disposition in the results of One way ANOVA and Analysis of dis crimination in SPSS/PC+. In CART, the estimate rate of Sasang Constitution discrimination was higher than any other method. It is considered that there is a correlation between sound spectrogram and Sasang constitution according to the results. And method of Sasang constitution classification through sound spectrogram analysis can be one method as assistant for the objectification of Sasang constitution classification.

Regional differences in Korean children's development of speech production (우리나라 아동의 지역별 말소리 발달 차이)

  • This study aimed to investigate regional differences in the development of speech production in Korean children. A total of 619 children aged 2 to 7 years from the Jeolla, Seoul/Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, and Gyeongsang areas were included in this study. The subjects were assessed with the UTAP2 word-level test. In PWC, PMLU, and PWP, the performance was significantly lower in Gyeongsang at 2 years 11 months and in Jeolla and Chungcheong at 3 years 5 months than in Seoul/Gyeonggi. The total PCC of Gyeongsang and Chungcheong and UTAP PCC of Chungcheong were significantly lower at 2 years 11 months compared with those of Seoul/Gyeonggi, while Jeolla and Chungcheong showed significantly lower total PCC and UTAP PCC than Seoul/Gyeonggi at 3 years 5 months. However, no regional difference was observed in any indicators after the age of 3 years 6 months. These results suggest that there are regional differences in the ability to produce speech sounds at a very young age, and that the differences can be explained by the differences between Seoul/Gyeonggi and the other provinces rather than by the individual characteristics of specific regions.

Design and Implementation of a HTMLtoVoiceXML Converter (HTMLtoVoiceXML 변환기의 설계 및 구현)

  • It is possible to access web contents by mobile terminals and telephones due to the evolution of voice and VoiceXML technologies. Nevertheless, because these days most of all the web contents are constructed by HTML, it is impossible to access them by using the new technology. Therefore, to access the contents through voices requires the conversion of the web document from HTML to VoiceXML, but its manual conversion process should be involved additional time and expenditure. In this paper, we design and implement HTMLtoVoiceXML converter, suggest a system structure of it and propose a practical identification algorithm of meaningful fragmented group of contents to solve the problem. To test the performance and validity of the converter, we apply it to more than 400 web pages in Korean web sites, it works well except for web pages which involve invalid HTML codes.

  • Entering the twenty-first century, the technology of wireless communication develops the applications with the ubiquitous concept. It is standardized and can be choose for various uses in different fields. With this trend and the advantages of wireless system, the research is conducted to use wireless system instead of wire system to existing equipment on aircraft. Wireless system is general on aircraft. However, wire system is used to communicate ground crew and pilot and to get data from equipment installed on aircraft. In this study, a wireless voice communication system was developed to communicate ground crew and pilot on aircraft as effective wireless system. Also, a wireless system to transmit and receive voltage and current data was developed.

  • Currently development of the Artificial Intelligence technology is rapidly progressing in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The government is trying to improve the education of Artificial Intelligence and cultivating human resources. However there are very few cases where A.I technology is actually used in public education classes. Therefore we designed a text repository by implementing A.I speech recognition to provide career counseling for elementary school students. In the meantime, there have been many difficulties in giving advance consultations required for students' career counseling. In this study we suggested A.I speech recognition technology which can solve addressed problem and we planned various ways to make the program more educational. To conclude we expect A.I technology implemented in this study provides effective solution to career counseling.

Moving Pictogram, a Suggestion for the Digital Native Generation (디지털 네이티브 세대를 위한 제안, 움직이는 픽토그램)

  • The development of technology has brought changes in content media. Starting from voice and sound media in the oral era, through text and painting, the realism has led to the development of visual media plus sound and image media. What we should consider here is not only the one-sided influence of change in the media due to the development of technology, but also the understanding, concentration, and commitment of information depending on which generation has access to the media Therefore, we focus on the digital native generation that uses digital as main media. The features of the digital native generation include the ability to process visual information quickly, multi-tasking, and divisionism. In this paper, we propose a moving pictogram for the digital native generation, and a moving pictogram for exit pictogram which shows limitation. The new dynamic pictograms that fit to the characteristics of the digital native generation, as well as interactive dynamic pictograms, are areas of thought and research on which this paper can be regarded as the first step.
