정보를 자기적으로 기록하는 장치는 전원이 제거되어도 정보를 잃지 않으며, 기록과 재생이 모두 가능하고, 상대적으로 저렴한 가격 때문에 현재 광범위하게 이용되고 있다. 컴퓨터 보조 기억 장치로 사용되는 하드디스크, 프라피 디스크, 테잎 드라이버(driver)로 부터 음성 및 화상 기록 장치로 사용되는 녹음기 및 VCR 과 컴퓨터, 음성, 화상 이외의 정보 (Surveillance, Telemetry, Flight information, Sa- tellite linkage 등)를 기록하는 instrumentation recorder 등이 대표적인 자기 기록 장치이다. 이러한 자 기 기록 장치는 원하는 전기적인 정보를 자기적인 정보로 바꾸어 기록하며, 기록된 정보를 필요에 따라 전 기적인 정보를 바꾸어 사용하게 된다.

On the matter in line with NCW(Network Centric Warfare) and information age, the military is on an efficient-expanding trend as sharing with status and information promptly through the various and complex exchange of messages and the voice communication between operators, using a highly efficient operating console. The recording devices that record an operational situation to plan a new operation through the mission analysis and result reviews after finishing military operation or training are developed and operated. Recording method is classified into two groups. one is the direct recording of video data for screen, another is the recording of an exchange of data. This study proposes the new data-oriented recording method to reduce the readiness time for replay and the improvement scheme.

In this paper, a method of writing and reproducing high density data with ordinary Audio cassette deck is discribed. In writing, the data N or NRZ code are modulated into PM code to take the positive code N(1) and the negative code N(0) are taken from the complement of the NRZ code, each of which are written into 2 channel track. In reading, the error corrected and the clock pulse can be generated from the reading pulse itself. Also, without modifying the interior circuit of the deck it is possible to use the deck in both the data and audio by adapting a few simple circuits. Over the range of 25HZ-4KHZ, it was possible to write and reproduce at the speed of 787 bps transmission rate.

사용자의 편리함과 유익함 뒤에는 높은 위험성이 공존한다. 특히 자동차의 경우에는 빠른 속도로 장소를 이동할 수 있다는 장점이 있지만, 사고 발생 시에 생명을 위협할 만큼의 위험을 가지고 있다. 자동차 사고 발생 후에는 시시비비를 가리기 위해서 많은 분쟁이 발생하는 것이 일반적인 판례였다. 자동차용 블랙박스는 자동차 사고 발생 시에 정확한 현장의 영상, 음성 및 기타 센서 정보를 기록한다. 이를 이용해서 전후좌우, 차량의 상태를 분석하여 사건 발생의 실마리를 찾을 수 있는 중요한 단서로 사용된다. 하지만, 아직은 블랙박스 영상만으로는 법적인 자료로 사용될 수는 없다. 즉, 법적인 자료로 채택되기 위한 기밀성과 무결성 측면에서 약점을 가지고 있다. 이에 따라서 기록된 정보를 암호화하고, 접근 자에 대한 기록을 남기는 기능이 연구 및 표준화 제정되고 있다. 차량 내외에서 수집된 정보에 암호화를 적용하여 이종 기기간 데이터 공유를 차단하고, 자동차 정보기기 보안 인증서를 가지고 있는 단체를 통하여 보안키를 이용하여 정보를 활용하기 위한 시스템이 구성되고 있다. 이를 통하여 자동차 융합 정보통신 장치들로부터 기록된 정보를 법적인 객관적 근거로 활용할 수 있도록 자동차용 정보통신 기기들이 기밀성과 무결성을 준수할 수 있도록 발전할 것이다.

본 연구에서 개발한 포토앨범/다이어리 어플리케이션은 아기의 성장과정을 사진/음성으로 기록할 수 있는 다이어리 기능을 제공한다. 또한, 아기와 관련된 각종 기념일(생일, 예방접종일 등)에 대한 일정을 관리할 수 있다. 음성녹음도 지원하기 때문에 아기와 부모의 대화, 그리고 부모의 음성일기 등을 빠짐없이 기록할 수 있다. HTML5기반 하이브리드 애플리케이션(Hybrid Application)은 다중 플랫폼을 지원하기 때문에 한번 개발하면 여러 플랫폼에서 사용할 수 있으므로 개발비용을 절약할 수 있을 뿐더러, HTML5 Device API를 사용함으로써 네이티브 앱과 동일하게 디바이스를 제어할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 포토앨범/다이어리 스마트폰 애플리케이션을 HTML5 개발하여 아이폰 iOS와 안드로이드를 지원하며, 다양한 스마트폰 센서/장치에 접근할 수 있도록 개발되었다.

The necessity of voice recording device was increased using voice signal IC with designed LSI/VLSI. The control unit which developed here voice recorder has low power dissipation, portable, and comfortable using voice source. However, the Korea voice recorder abilities far behind of foreign products for its performance and size on sailing. So we used Chua circuit to improvement voice quality abilities after minimize power supply device and circuit by designing voice recording device into lower power dissipation power circuit.

The Inter Communication System for avionics is in charge of processing all voice signals that internal calls between Pilot and Co-pilot, internal calls between Pilots and Crews, external calls through communication equipment such as Ultra/Very High Frequency Receiver/Transmitter(U/VHF RT), audio signal monitoring for navigation and mission equipment such as VHF Omnidirectional Range/Instrument Landing System(VOR/ILS), Tactical Air Navigation(TACAN), audio signal output for voice recording to Flight Data Recorder(FDR) and Data Transfer System(DTS), and warning/caution audio signal generate about the status and threat of aircraft. Because Inter Communication System for avionics is sensitive to noise in the case of analog audio signals, a redundant design that can protect audio signal from electromagnetic noise inside/outside of aircraft is required for the mission of pilots and crews. In this paper, Normal/Back-up operation mode and redundancy design plan based on digital method for the redundancy of the digital Inter Communication System for avionics and manufacturing, verification results are described.

2022년 등록된 장애인은 265만 3,000명으로 전체 인구 대비 5.2%를 기록했으며, 그중 시각장애인은 9.5%에 해당한다. 그들은 여가문화 활동, 대중교통 이용, 무인기 이용에 어려운 점이 있듯이 일상생활에 많은 불편한 점이 있다. 특히 제품의 미비한 점자 시스템으로 인한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 '물품인식 제어장치'를 고안했으며, 제품의 바코드를 스캔한 후 제품에 대한 정보를 점자로 출력과 동시에 음성으로 출력하여 시각장애인에게 올바른 정보를 제공한다.
