유기발광소자의 주파수 응답 특성은 계면에서의 특성을 파악하는데 유요한 도구이다. 온 연구는 유기발광소자의 재료로 널리 알려진 $Alq_3$를 이용하여 소자를 제작한 후, 주파수 응답 특성을 이용하여 $Alq_3$의 등가회로를 해석하였다. 또 온도에 따른 용량성분을 분석하여 $Alq_3$에 인가된 전압에 따라 용량성분의 변화를 살펴보았다. 용량성분의 변화는 낮은 주파수 영역에서는 나타나지 않다가, 높은 주파수 영역에서 온도에 따라 미묘하게 감소하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 이는 낮은 주파수 영역에서 높은 주파수 영역으로 변화하면서 소자 내의 주된 성분이 저항성분에서 용량성분으로 변화하는 것을 의미하며 높은 주파수에서 온도에 따른 용량성분의 변화를 찾을 수 있었다.

We have fabricated polymer light-emitting diodes(PLED) in a structure of Glass/ITO/PVK/Al. Poly(N-vinylcabazole) (PVK) was deposited on the ITO glass with the spin coating method. PVK thickness is respectively 500nm, 300nm, 250nm and 200nm with the spin coter rotation speed of 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000rpm. V-I, wavelength-transmittance, P-L and SEM of the fabricated devices were measured. From the result of P-L measurement, it was kept the optic properties of PVK raw powder when PVK thickness is 250nm. The knee-voltage of PVK PLED with 250nm thickness was 7V.

InAs는 0.35eV의 낮은 밴드갭을 가지며 상온에서 약 $30,000cm^2/Vs$의 높은 전자이동도를 보여, GaAs/AlGaAs 및 InGaAs/InP 2DEG HEMT에 이은 차세대 초고속 전자소자의 2DEG용 물질로 각광을 받고 있다. 그러나 InAs의 격자상수는 약 0.61nm로 이에 적절한 반절연기판을 구할수 없어, GaAs상에 Al(Ga)Sb를 이용하여 성장하는 방법으로 2DEG을 실현하고 있다. 상기 방법으로 상온에서 ${\sim}30,000cm^2/Vs$ 전자이동도를 보이는 InAs/AlSb 2DEG HEMT 소자를 여러 연구팀에서 시현하였으나, 실제적으로 응용하기 위해서 etch-stop층 또는 contact층의 제작이 용이치 않아 실제의 회로구현에는 어려움을 격고 있다. 이에 InGaAs/InP 2DEG내에 InAs를 넣어 InAs 2DEG을 제작하는 방법이 NTT[1]에 의해 제안되어, SPINTRONICS등의 InAs 2DEG이 필요한 곳에 응용되고 있다. [2] 본 발표에서는 고품질의 InAs 2DEG을 실현하기 위해, 다양한 성장 변수 (온도, As 분압, 성장 시퀀스, InAs층의 두께등)와 2DEG의 전기적특성간의 관계를 발표한다. 최종적으로 상온전자이동도 ${\sim}12,000cm^2/Vs$의 InAs 2DEG을 제작할수 있었으며, 이를 다양한 전자소자에 차후 응용할 예정이다.

산업 전반에 걸쳐 중요한 광원인 808 nm 대역의 레이저 다이오드 제작에는 현재 InGaAsP/InGaP/GaAs 및 InGaAlAs/GaAs 양자우물을 이용하여 제작되고 있다. 이는 양자우물과 이를 둘러싸는 장벽물질간의 band-offset이 적어 효율적인 고출력 레이저 다이오드의 제작에 어려움이 있기 때문에 강한 캐리어 구속 효과를 지니는 양자점을 사용하는 것이 고출력 레이저 다이오드를 제작할 수 있는 방법이다. 실험에 사용된 InAlAs 양자점은 Riber사의 compact21 MBE 장치를 사용하여 성장하였으며 GaAs기판을 610도에서 가열하여 표면의 산화층을 제거하고 580도에서 약 100 nm 두께의 GaAs 버퍼층 및 30 nm 두께의 $Al_{0.4}Ga_{0.6}As$층을 성장하였다. GaAs 기판의 온도를 내린 후 migration enhanced epitaxy 방법을 사용하여 InAs 및 AlAs를 번갈아 주입하여 성장하였다. InAlAs 양자점의 성장 중에 InAlAs의 양, 성장 온도, As flux량 및 As 분자 상태 변화 등 다양한 조건을 변화 시켜 샘플을 성장시켰다. 그 결과 기판 온도가 600도이며 As4 flux가 $1\;{\times}\;10^{-6}\;Torr$ 조건하에서 성장한 InAlAs/AlGaAs 양자점이 양질의 808 nm의 파장 대역을 얻을 수 있었다.

Object : This study was designed to asses the protective effects of Kunneo tang on cognitive decline of the patients with early DAT. Method : Before administered with Kunneotang, 16 patients with early DAT were measured by auditory ERP, MMSE-K and K-DRS. During 12 months the patients with early DAT were administered with Kunneotang. After 12months the patients were measured by the same examinations again. Result : 1. The total score of MMSE-K decreased but it was not significant. 2. The total score of K-DRS increased but it was not significant. Among the five criteria(attention, memory, initiation/perseveration, construction, conceptualization), Initiation/perseveration score signifcantly decreased and there were no significant differences in the other scores. But, memory mean score had a tendency to increase. 3. The latency of ERP P300 component increased but it was not significant and the amplitude of ERP P300 component showed the significant difference. Conclusion : The results suggest that Kunneotang may have protective effects on cognitive decline in the patients with early DAT.

항공우주의 연구를 위해 대용량의 컴퓨팅 자원 이용, 실험 결과의 상호 교류 및 분석, 온라인 상에서의 자동 실행 등의 서비스가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이미 개발된 e-AIRS[1],[2]의 활용을 극대화하고 병렬해석에 많이 사용되고 있는 동적 파라메터 실험 서비스를 구현하고자 한다. 동적 파라메터 실험 서비스는 복잡한 현상을 포함한 다양한 계산 수행을 지원하기위해, 동적으로 파라메터를 생성하고 효율적으로 동시에 작업들을 실행하는 서비스이다. 또한 GT4(Globus Toolkit 4)[3] WSRF를 기반으로 웹 서비스로 구현하여 서비스의 이용 및 접근을 용이하게 하고자 한다. 연구자간의 효과적인 정보 공유 및 협의 서비스를 제공함으로써 항공 우주 연구 개발에 있어 효율적인 환경을 지원함은 물론 연구자간 협력을 통한 신뢰성 있는 결과 값을 도출할 수 있도록 하고 있다.

We present a synthesis of single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs) for enhancement of parallel-alignment and density using chemical vapor deposition with methane feed gas. As-purchased ST-cut quartz substrates were heat-treated and line-patterned by electron-beam lithography in order to grow SWNTs with parallel alignment. We investigated the effects of various synthesis parameters such as catalyst oxidation, reduction, and synthesis conditions in order to enhance both tube density and degree of parallel alignment. The condition of $1{\AA}$ of Fe catalyst film, atmospheric oxidation at $750^{\circ}C$ for 10 min, reduction under 400 Torr for 5 min, and growth at $865^{\circ}C$ under 300 Torr yields $33tubes/10{\mu}m$, which is the highest tube density with parallel alignment. Based on the results of atomic force microscope and Raman spectroscopy, it was found that SWNTs have diameter range of 0.8-2.0 nm. We believe that the present work would contribute to the development of SWNTs-based flexible functional devices.

최근 들어 3D프린터의 특허권이 만료됨에 따라 3D프린터 연구 및 생산이 활발히 이루어지고 있으며, 저렴한 개인용 3D프린터의 보급으로 남녀노소 누구나 활용할 수 있게 되었다. 하지만 3D프린터를 이용하여 자신이 원하는 제품을 출력하기란 쉽지 않다. 버튼만 누르면 되는 인쇄물 프린터와 달리 3D프린터의 데이터를 제작하기 위해서는 3D 모델링 제작 툴이나 3D 스캐너를 이용해야한다. 이러한 제작 프로그램이나 제품은 개인이 사용하기에는 가격이 고가이며, 사용 방법을 익히는데 많은 시간과 노력이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 3D 데이터의 획득에 있어 쉽고 간편한 3D 데이터 변환 제작 알고리즘을 이용하여 3D 프린터의 사용 편리성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a neurodegenerative disease caused by the degeneration of upper and lower motor neurons. The disorder causes muscle weakness and atrophy in airway muscles including pharyngeal, laryngeal and other respiratory muscles. The response to muscle realxant is also altered in patients with ALS. Because of the inherent muscle weakness and associated respiratory insufficiency, particular attentions are needed in anesthetic management of ALS patients. We used proper doses of inhalation anesthetics and opioids under EEG-entropy (electroencephalography-entropy)-monitoring without the use of muscle realxants in the anesthetic management of a patient with ALS. The patient early recovered and was discharged on the same day without any respiratory complications.
