  • The company's technical reserves in accordance with the internal skills and external technology commercialization capacity and to analyze the impact on the performance of technology commercialization and financial performance of the company. External technology funding, internal and external technologies marketing, internal and external technologies production, outside of the external Technology Commercialization technique was investigated to affect the financial performance. Financing, marketing capability, and the production base is completely mediated effect acting from within the technology business technical achievement, but funding and the regulation of full-mediated effects on the financial performance in the external action, technical marketing skills and capacity of external technology in part mediated effect was investigated by the effect on financial performance.

  • The purpose of the research was to investigate the effects of the learning organization building activities on organization citizenship behavior(OCB) in business service companies providing the convergence service for the manufacturers and the moderating role of perceived organization support(POS) between the learning organization building activities and organization citizenship behavior. The data were collected from 327 employees of 31 business Service companies in metropolitan area by using structured questionnaires. Hierarchical regression technique was employed to analyze the collected data. The results showed that both of the seven learning organization building activities and POS had a positive effect on employees' OCB. Moreover, also found out the only one out of the seven learning organization building factors, namely 'Strategic Learning Leadership' had the moderate roles between learning organization building activities and OCB. Then, The results and implications of the study were discussed and the directions for future study were presented.

  • Recently performing arts pursue a new rootage of the collective intelligence that seeks experimental thinking and diversity in creative convergence. Understanding in this way the concept of artist's horizontal creation structure and individual communication of the public, this study tries to analyze ${\ll}God's\;Eye\;View{\gg}$, an example of convergent performing art. The result of analysis is as follows. The convergence in performing art could be approached through experiential thinking and diachronic of artists by genre, and the interpretation and its value of the result of work be shared horizontally. ${\ll}God's\;Eye\;View{\gg}$ express a dynamic communication and meaning of poetic image, and shows the experimental creation of convergence and the individual communication ability of collective intelligence as a new value of convergence.

  • In the modern age where various knowledge and experiences are shared through communication, it is necessary to have an integrated educational experience that allows developing creative problem-solving ability that is organically related, not a segmented education experience and it is essential to have experience in history education that derives the present from the past and nourishes the logic. Therefore, this study has developed an integrated program for children using folktales of . A total of 4 stories were selected through consultation of expert group and 12 classes were planned. It is expected that the creativity and logic of children will be increased through the program and it will have a meaning that it provides the basis for the study of the integration program using the Samguk Yusa, However, since this study is on a program development, it has limitations that the effect on development is not verified. Once the effectiveness of the program in subsequent studies is verified, it can be a highly utilized program in the field.

  • This study aimed to explore process of convergence life experience by horticulture activity of mother of child with disability through qualitative research. The data collection consisted of interview data of two meetings with four participants and transcribed interview data. The collected data analyzed by coding process of conceptualization-subtopic theme-core theme. The result through the phenomenological research of this study appeared as start of connection, care and empathy, understanding about living things, healing, sharing, In conclusion, this study could search the process of relationship building with herself and the world behind her, even though the process of convergence life experience of mother of child with disability started with little connection, as they became to understand the meaning of relationship through care and empathy and sharing.

The relationships among Dietary Behaviors, Life styles and Perceived Physical Health Status of Female Middle Students (일부 여중생의 식행동, 생활습관과 주관적 신체건강상태와의 관계)

  • This study was purposed to figure out current situation of part of 273 middle-school girls' dietary behavior and problems, then provide baseline data which helps to develop desirable eating behavior and life style. It appeared that suitable amount of eating(F=6.378, p=.002), degree of unbalanced diet(F=3.542, p=.030), Nutrients intake(F=6.780, p=.001), and life style(F=4.291, p=.015) differs between groups depending on student's subjective physical health status. It turned up that perceived physical health status is related to moderate amount of eating, degree of unbalanced diet, and Nutrients intake(p<0.05). As a results, in the period of adolescent which is a rapid growth period, there should be a systematic and endurable practice of right eating behavior, foods for formation of lifestyle, and convergence education in health area.

Development of medical/electrical convergence software for classification between normal and pathological voices (장애 음성 판별을 위한 의료/전자 융복합 소프트웨어 개발)

  • If the software is developed to analyze the speech disorder, the application of various converged areas will be very high. This paper implements the user-friendly program based on CART(Classification and regression trees) analysis to distinguish between normal and pathological voices utilizing combination of the acoustical and HOS(Higher-order statistics) parameters. It means convergence between medical information and signal processing. Then the acoustical parameters are Jitter(%) and Shimmer(%). The proposed HOS parameters are means and variances of skewness(MOS and VOS) and kurtosis(MOK and VOK). Database consist of 53 normal and 173 pathological voices distributed by Kay Elemetrics. When the acoustical and proposed parameters together are used to generate the decision tree, the average accuracy is 83.11%. Finally, we developed a program with more user-friendly interface and frameworks.

The convergent influence of Perceived Stress and the Empowerment on Rehabilitation motive of Stroke patients (뇌졸중 환자가 지각한 스트레스와 임파워먼트가 재활동기에 미치는 융복합적 영향)

  • The purpose of this study has been done to identify the influencing factors on rehabilitation motive of stroke patients. A sample of 138 stroke patients in Long-term Care and rehabilitation hospitals completed questionnaires through face - to - face interviews. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression. Rehabilitation motive of stroke pacients was correlated with empowerment (r=.467, p<.001), but not with perceived stress(r=.-.186, p=.029). In a multiple regression, empowerment (${\beta}=.432$, p<.001) and primary care-giver (${\beta}=.175$, p=.023) were associated with rehabilitation motive. These factors attributed to 24% of the total variance in rehabilitation motive. Therefore, the study finding suggests that these significant factors should be considered when developing and implementing convergent care strategies for stroke patients in order to promote their rehabilitation motive.

  • Customizing system is known as an important factor which affects not only purchase, loyalty and immersion of the user. In this study, we explore the concept of character-customizing system in the early stage of a game; on the basis of it, we compare cases by analyzing and schematizing certain types of systems which many games stick to. Customizing system types are divided into a basic case and a differentiated convergence case; based on it, they are classified into four types: Realistic, Creation, Individual, Additional; plus, another customizing system case out of games is also analyzed. To improve customer loyalty, a system like a differentiated case that attracts user participation is essential. Through a variety of character customization convergence cases shown in this study, we expect them to be used as game production guides. By enlarging the range of the study, we expect further studies to cover more cases.

  • The convergence social app manufacturing platform for both demander and developer in worldwide provides a collective collaborative development approach. This platform can bring enhanced productivity with exchange of views among participants. If the assessment is not fair that many participants will leave the collective collaborative project. The previous studies verified the reliability of the evaluation based on statistical techniques. Because the previous studies did not consider the task performance of participants, do not reflect the feature of project tasks. So, the contribution scores of the participants can be distorted. In this study, we suggest the method for evaluating the development contributions value. This is considered the task performance of participants and involved the method of equitable and consistency peer assessment.
