미래전은 센서체계에서 지휘통제체계간 실시간 전장정보를 수집, 분석 및 공유할 수 있는 네트워크 중심전으로 변화하고 있다. 지휘통제체계의 정보융합기술은 센서가 보내온 정보를 다른 기종의 센서 정보 또는 현재까지 종합된 정보와 융합하여 최신의 정확한 정보로 생산하는 기술이다. 본 논문은 지휘통제체계 정보융합기술의 동향분석에 관한 것으로 국내외 기술현황, 기술수준분석, 기술발전목표, 핵심기술 및 확보방안 등을 제시하였다.

This study aims to analyze the content and methodological aspects of converging scientific technology and humanities in 233 elementary school STEAM programs developed and publicized from 2012 to 2015, to provide the basic materials and implications for editing and supplementing the development of future STEAM programs or policies, or on-site applications of developed programs. The analysis results show that among the Liberal Arts courses of the STEAM program, including Korean, Social Studies, and Ethics, the level of convergence was lowest in Ethics. This seems to be due to the fact that convergence between scientific technology and humanities tended to emphasize a cross-studies convergence over a content convergence done with a specific purpose. In terms of methodological convergence between scientific technology and humanities, the level of convergence of humanities at a normative level was relatively lower than that at a descriptive level. Although a quantitative comparison of the two methods was not significant, it is rather concerning that due to simply converging descriptive humanities, students may not be so aware of the double-sidedness of scientific technology, despite the discovery of some programs that need re-evaluations of their ethical or normative directions. Moreover, the results showed that the cases of converging scientific technology and humanities at a normative level that were analyzed in the STEAM program can be divided into 'complementation of humanities to utilizing scientific technology' and 'complementation of humanities to research in scientific technology and development.' Based on such research results, the study discusses the development of STEAM programs and policies and directions for editing and supplementing programs on-site.

This paper examines the presence of network structures among convergence technologies focusing on national R&D projects performed by GRIs(Government-sponsored Research Institutes) in Korea. The dataset of convergence technology projects, which were conducted by 24 GRIs over 3 years (2011-2013), are analysed using the network analysis method. In this paper, a convergence technology project is defined as a project that consists of 2 or more then 2 technologies according to the intermediate classification of National Standard Classification of S&T. The research results confirm that convergence researches of government-sponsored research institutes are performed more actively than the entire convergence researches of national R&D projects. Furthermore, technological fields of GRIs' convergence projects are found to be much more varied. This paper also shows that in-house researches are more active than collaborative ones with external organizations. According to the network centrality analysis, it is identified that the network central characteristics of convergence technologies can be classified into internally oriented technologies and externally oriented technologies. Convergence technologies do not just mean simple mixture of different technologies. Therefore Korean government-sponsored research institutes should make more efforts to create convergence research areas which could generate new technologies and industries more effectively than simple multidisciplinary technology researches. From this perspective, some policy suggestions can be derived on the role of government-sponsored research institutes for activating convergence researches through the analysis of status of convergence researches and networks of institutions.

본 연구에서는 통신. 방송 융합의 개념과 통신. 방송 융합 서비스의 현황을 알아보고 통신. 방송 융합 서비스관련 국내외의 분류 기준을 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 대표적인 통신. 방송 융합형 서비스인 위성 DMB 서비스를 실제로 연구에 적용하여, 국내 위성 DMB 서비스 관련 정책환경 분석과 더불어 위성 DMB 서비스와 유사서비스와의 비교를 통해 통신. 방송 융합서비스가 보유하고 있는 차별적 성격을 도출하는 한편, 그 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 IT기술이 각종 산업에 융합된 제품군에 다양한 보안 솔루션이 탑재되면서 융합보안 산업이 차세대 고부가가치 산업으로 부상하고 있다. 이종 산업간 융합은 사용자들에게 편리함을 제공해 주지만 이와 반대로 다양한 보안적인 이슈사항을 야기 시켰다. 따라서 본고에서는 현재 부상하고 있는 차세대 융합산업에 대한 동향을 몇 가지 사례를 중심으로 분석 하였고, 또한 해당하는 융합산업 분야에서 발생하는 보안 이슈와 요구되는 보안기술을 분석하였다.

본 연구는 미국의 다양한 연안해운 정책 중 America's Marine Highway Program(AMHP)을 중심으로 분석하였으며 도출된 시사점으로 바탕으로 우리나라 제주도 물류의 고비용을 초래하는 비효율화를 개선하는데 필요한 연안해운 정책의 방향성을 설정하고 공적 역할의 필요성을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

The importance and necessity of convergence research to solve complexity and diversity of research problems is more increasing. For successful convergence research, connectivity beyond the boundary and distance between disciplines is a key factor. To understand the current status and characteristics of connectivity among researchers, we investigated the interdisciplinary relationships among 487 researchers' disciplines in a university by using network anaylsis. The results showed that (1) connectivity between similar disciplines were higher than different disciplines, (2) the density and cohesion level of connectivity within the same campuses were higher, and (3) network centrality was concentrated in engineering and medicine. Based on these results, the necessity of overcoming boundaries and distances as obstacles to convergence research and the necessity of diversification of centrality were proposed. While previous studies mainly analyzed the research outcomes, this study is meaningful because it analyzed researchers' connectivity and collaborative structures in the actual convergence research procedures.

본 연구는 산업조직이론과 자원기반관점을 통합하여 사업 다각화에 대한 산업환경요인과 기술역량의 결정요인들로 구성한 통합모형을 설계하고, 제안한 모형을 스마트공장 ICT융합기술(애플리케이션 및 플랫폼 분야) 특허 출원기업 272개사의 6개년(2010년~2015년) 특허 및 재무데이터를 이용하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 고정효과 패널모형을 분석한 결과, 기업의 사업다각화 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인들 가운데 기술경쟁력은 사업다각화 수준을 높이는 긍정적 효과가 검증되었다. 추가적으로 2단계 최소자승 고정모형을 분석한 결과, 출원특허수 보다 특허의 기술융합수준이 기술경쟁력을 증대시키는 유의미한 긍정적 효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과에 근거하여 기업의 ICT융합기술자원 및 역량을 바탕으로 한 사업 다각화 전략기획방향과 정부 R&D 정책과 관련하여 융합기술자원의 사업화 지원방안에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

The need for integration of knowledge and technology among SMEs has been acknowledged, and lacks ways of convergence in practical education. Therefore contents of convergence in practical education of high quality are needed. In this study, a case-oriented curriculum and contents were developed to enhance employee's skills of SMEs. The curriculum consists of 3 steps. The first step is analysis of trends and current status of convergence of SMEs in the domestic and foreign areas. Thus drawing up measures of standards to analyze a successful case. The second step is collection of materials, and development of models through successful cases of convergence. The third step is the analysis of a curriculum to enhance employees' of SMEs and the development of an education program. This study may lead to strengthening competition of SMEs through knowledge and technology convergence based on developed curriculum.

This study aims to make suggestions for more effective budget utilization and R&D project investment through verification of the efficiency of research results for the government's R&D projects. Efficiency was analyzed using Data Envelope Analysis(DEA) and 'Malmquist Index analysis' for the research results of convergence research projects organized by the National Science and Technology Research Association. The analysis targets were convergence research projects organized by the National Science and Technology Research Association and general entrusted research projects by government-funded research institutes, and dynamic analysis was conducted using DEA and Malmquist Index analysis. As a result of the analysis, the convergence research project showed high efficiency from the static perspective of DEA. On the other hand, from a dynamic perspective through the Malmquist Index analysis method, the efficiency of the general consignment project gradually declined, while the efficiency of the convergence research project improved every year. This suggests that convergence studies have higher results than general studies. Through the results of this study, we intend to present objective standards for performance evaluation of government R&D investment and provide objective implications for rational investment policies and research project planning of research personnel and research funds to improve efficiency for government-funded research institutes.
