  • The main objective of this study is twofold. The first is to investigate the main currents of Korean commercial arbitration. The second is to investigate the research methodology of Korean commercial arbitration in the perspective of disciplinary fusion perspective. The main findings of Korean commercial arbitration are as follows: first, the incidence of commercial arbitration increased in the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board during the period of 2006-2010, second, the primary causes of trade claims are disputes related with payment and those related with sales contracts, third and finally, the number of countries seeking to resolve disputes through arbitration has increased, including European countries. In this setting, it is necessary to investigate commercial arbitration through the inter-disciplinary perspectives. This study suggests that there are five research methodologies of commercial arbitration. They are legal theory related methodology, institutional methodology, cultural methodology, causal methodology and empirical methodology. Traditionally, the legal profession leads the field of commercial arbitration. However, it is necessary to introduce other elements to the field of commercial arbitration. This study highlights the disciplinary fusion approach among five research methodologies of commercial arbitration.

  • The main purpose of this study was to determine the efficacy of a group psychomotor training for the visual and auditory attention in children with ADHD. We examined some of the important factors of visual and auditory attention deficits, the Omission Error and False Alarm Error using Kiphard's 6-step program for children with ADHD. The result suggests that a significant decrease in factors involved in visual attention deficits was influenced by the degree of group interaction and the time of examination. However, factors involved in auditory attention deficits were not significantly affected. Our research on the effects of psychomotor program based on the convergent intervention approach suggests that future studies investigate different paradigms of intervention methods for children with ADHD.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of taping, stretching and ultrasound on convergent balance ability with induced ankle muscle fatigue. Thirty-nine healthy adults participated voluntarily in this study. After the induction of their's ankle muscle fatigue, they were randomly assigned as taping, static stretching, or ultrasound group. And the intervention corresponding to each group was applied. Before and after induced ankle fatigue and after intervention, balance ability was measured using Space Balance 3D. Balance ability was no significant difference among groups (p>.05), but significantly increased within all three groups (p<.001). Therefore, the taping, static stretching, and ultrasound on ankle muscle fatigue are effective in convergent balance ability. In future studies, it is necessary to prove the therapeutic effect by applying various measurement variables and therapeutic intervention.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide evidences for developing non-pharmacological intervention program in elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment by integrative review and analyze. An integrative review concept analysis method was used. According to the study result, relevant studies were 11, which are related to non-pharmacological intervention program in elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment. The quality of stduies were two groups nonrandomized studies were 9, and one group nonrandomized studies were 2. Non-pharmacological intervention program studies for elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment were 4 in cognitive training program, 6 in exercise program, and 1 in music program. The efficacy of non-pharmacological intervention in elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment was different by studies, and we need further studies based on these study results.

  • This study is a systematic review of literature to analyze the characteristics and outcome variables of intervention research programs for domestic thyroid patients. We systematically reviewed the literature published until 2019 in five domestic databases. Six of the 824 confirmed articles were extracted according to the selection criteria. The results of this study were classified into education, activities, and counseling. Education and counseling therapy had a significant effect on psychosocial and physiological variables. Activity therapy had a significant effect on physiological variables. This study presented the basis for the development and implementation of various intervention programs for domestic thyroid patients and can be used for the study of the convergence program development considering physiological and psychosocial problems of the thyroid patients.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the main results of the nursing intervention program for reducing depression in menopausal women in Korea and to investigate the effects of systematic review of literature. Research methods were searched for RISS, KMbase, KoreaMed and KISS as domestic databases and limited to domestic papers published in last 10 years from 2006 to 2015. The analysis of 14 articles showed that exercised therapy among the various nursing intervention programs provided significant effects on reducing depression. The intervention methods provided oral education, demonstration training, and practical training, 6 sessions, 60 sessions per session, 5~10 weeks for intervention, and 6~12 weeks for intervention. Depression in menopausal women is not a temporary or short-term emotional state. So it is necessary to provide appropriate exercises that can be applied for their own, regardless of daily life.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the Effect of transcranial direct current stimulation convergence task-oriented training combined with vibration stimulation on hand dexterity and upper limb function in stroke patients. One time 30 minutes 5 times a week for 4 weeks. experimental group of transcranial direct current stimulation convergence task-oriented training combined with vibration stimulation and control group of the task-oriented training combined with vibration stimulation were divided into 10 members. Hand dexterity and upper limb recovery were measured. The experimental group and the control group showed significant improvement in hand dexterity and grasping(p<.05), grasping, and gross movement(p<.05). The experimental group showed a significant improvement in hand dexterity and grasp and grip than the control group. Effect size showed more than small effect in all evaluation items. Based on the results of this study, it is considered that more effective and efficient rehabilitation treatment can be performed in the clinic.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of exercise intervention applying various devices to increase the physical activity of the disabled, and to suggest the exercise intervention using converged devices that meet the needs of the times due to the increase of elderly people with disabilities. Exercise intervention using converged devices applicable to the disabled is divided into two types: first, exercise intervention using virtual reality-based gamification, and second, exercise intervention based on wearable devices of wearable or body-attached such as bands and watches. For exercise intervention using converged devices that can be enjoyed by the elderly with disability, minimize of environmental limitations, and easy to personalize, there is a need for configuration requirements such as easy operation and simple rules of operation, easy device installation and wearing, a trainer who can complement immature device utilization. In order to maintain and improve the daily living performance of the elderly with disabilities who experience a significant decrease in their cognitive and physical functions, it is necessary to use a physical activity game that can be experienced and can be interested in everyday life or a variety of devices to increase the amount of physical activity.

  • This study was performed to evaluate the effects of Visual feed-back ankle training combined with Ankle joint Functional electrical stimulation on balance, gait ability on patient with Chronic Stroke. A total of 22 chronic stroke patients were divided into VFAF Group, CON group. Each group performed 60 minutes a day 5 times a week for 8 weeks. VFAF group revealed significant differences in balance and gait ability as compared to the CON groups(p<.05). The exercises were conducted for 60 min per day, five, per week for eight weeks. Balance and gait ability were examined at 0 week and after 8 weeks of intervention. Our results showed that VFAF was more effective on balance ability and gait ability in chronic stroke patients. We suggest that this study will be able to be used as an clinical intervention data for recovering balance and gait ability in chronic stroke patients.

  • This study is to design an effective fall-prevention nursing program. Researchers investigated the current condition and risk factors for falls in the small-medium sized rehabilitation hospital with descriptive research. We conducted integrative literature review to reflect the current approach of fall-prevention nursing program. We found that the risk factors for falls are related to the characteristics of clinical setting of the hospital. We suggested the nursing intervention with applying fall risk assessment scale that is sensitive to the elderly population and the intervention that shows maximum effect. In conclusion, this study proposed the way of selecting an effective fall-prevention nursing program based on a clinical setting and prospective of its application. This will contribute to the improvement in nursing practice with the critical view in hospital fall.
