This study attempted to publicize the excellence of art of seal engraving in the Joseon Dynasty by analyzing the fusion factors of seal 'Wandangyego' which Oh Gyuil engraved. The appearance of Wandangyego was compared with other seals. The calligraphy philosophy in Wandangyego, the composition of inmun Wan-Dang-Ye-Go, and Oh Gyuil's method of holding graver were analyzed. As a result, Wandangyego was the world's largest rectangular seal and contained the writing philosophy of his teacher Kim Junghee. Oh Gyuil was a seal engraving artist and expert in the manufacture of seal handles. He used 'chungdo' and 'jeoldo' appropriately, and stimulated the deliberate emotion of oriental art with layout applied with exquisite oriental golden ratio. The importance of the real seal was suggested, and it was proved that the seal Wandangyego was a prominent work worldwide. The results of this study are expected to be a new research methodology for analyzing the fusion factors in painting, sculpture and design.

4차 산업혁명의 도래와 더불어 ICT 기계, ICT 금융, ICT 의료, ICT 나노 등과 같이 기술분야별 영역의 장벽이 허물어지고, 학제간 연구(Interdisplinary Research)가 일상화됨에 따라 무형자산의 가치평가시에도 융합기술의 가치평가 모형에 대한 니즈가 증대되고 있다. 특히, 기술의 매매, 현물출자, 기술금융(투자유치, 담보 보증), 인수 합병, 청산 소송 등 다양한 용도로 사용되고 있는 기술가치평가 모형은 융합기술의 입력변수 결정에 대한 체계적인 로직을 제공하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 일반적으로 실제 거래사례가 존재할 경우, 국제가치평가기준(IVS)에 의하면 시장접근법이 우선적으로 적용될 수 있다고 권고된다. 그러나 융합기술의 이전거래를 비롯한 평가 활용사례를 수집하기도 어렵고 그렇다할 평가모델이 존재하지 않는 것이 사실이다. 융합기술에 대한 기술 및 시장의 사업화 환경을 고려하는 경우 소득접근법 기반의 평가기법이 유용하게 활용될 수 있는데, 기술수명, 매출액추정, 할인율, 산업기술요소 등의 핵심변수 결정에 관한 정형화된 로직이 존재하지 않으므로 본 고에서 융합기술 사례에 대해 실용적으로 활용가능한 변수추정 로직을 제시하고자 한다. 기술수명의 경우, 복수 개의 국제특허분류(IPC)별 피인용특허수에 따라 가중 적용하여 수명 추정을 위한 기준값을 정하며, 사업화소요기간 및 비용의 경우 평가대상 융합기술이 속하는 업종별 메타데이터값을 가중평균하여 현금흐름 추정기간을 최종 도출할 수 있다. 소득접근법에서의 매출추정, 할인율, 산업기술요소 변수 추정 이외에도 로열티공제법 적용을 위한 로열티율 결정에 있어서, 융합기술이 응용가능한 산업(업종)별 매출액 기반으로 가중 적용하여 각 변수값을 산출할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 개발된 융합기술 가치평가 모형은 향후 기술의 융복합화 특성을 반영하여 적정 가치를 산출하는 평가 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

최근에 기술 융합이 새롭게 대두되고 있다. 본 논문은 기술융합 시대를 맞이하여 현재 기술 융합의 핵심 요소인 IT와 융합된 기술 융합 현황을 분석알아 본다. 또한, 국내외 전반적인 기술융합 발전방향을 파악하며 이를 바탕으로 제주도 물산업과 IT의 융합 방안을 제시한다. 특히 제주 물산업은 지하수를 바탕으로 하고 있기 때문에 지하수와 강수량 데이터의 연관 분석이나 지하수의 시각화 과정에서 IT 융합을 어떻게 할 수 있는 지를 고찰한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Android application programming education to control Arduino using App Inventor on industrial high school students' creative and integrative thinking ability. We developed an instructional content based on integrative learning and creative problem-solving model and taught a class on it. The result of this study showed that there was a significant improvement in divergent thinking and motivation items among the sub elements of creative problem solving. In addition, students' survey on the integrated thinking has shown that many students think that they could design an IoT system applied to everyday life based on the knowledge they have learned in this class. Therefore, it can be confirmed that physical computing education using App Inventor and Arduino has a positive effect on students' creative and integrative thinking ability.

IT 부품.소재산업은 기업 및 산업 경쟁력의 핵심요소이고, 경제 전체의 수출성과 및 균형발전에 중요하다. 또 고부가가치 중심 산업구조 재편의 핵심이며, 지속적으로 고도 성장할 전망이다. 한편, IT 융합은 IT, BT, NT, CT, ET, ST 등 6T를 중심으로 하는 기술간 융합과 건설, 조선, 자동차, 물류 등 IT와 전통산업간 융합으로 전개되고 있다. 본 고에서는 IT 융합시대의 도래에 따른 IT 부품.소재산업의 대응방향을 살펴보고 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

The time of broadcasting-communication convergence is opened by advance of digital information processing technology and communication and broadcasting technologies and becomes the growing model of new industrial fields. In this paper, we analyze the element technology that is opening to the successful broadcasting-communication convergence period, and deal with the manpower incubation algorithm in the university that is aimed to the graduation of creative and ability professional engineer in that field by basis of this. The manpower incubation algorithm deal with the basic education curriculum which is support for the element technology and the educational direction and flowchart in the university for the next generation.

본 연구의 목적은 건축프로젝트에 있어서 디자인분야 개선요소의 특성을 파악하는데 있다. 기존 연구에서 디자인요소 중 열여덟 개의 개선요소들이 정리되었으며 이러한 개선요소들을 중심으로 건설관계자들의 설문조사를 통하여 주요도를 결정하였다. 연구결과는 각 파트별 협조가 가장 큰 개선요소로서 나타났으며 경영개선의 리더십, 팀워크, 시공능력 순으로 나타났다. 또한 각 그룹별 공통적인 개선요소로서 설계사무소와 시공자와의 원활한 의사소통이 상위개선요소에 지적되었다. 디자인에 있어서 초기 공사와 완공 후 유지관리를 반영한 시공성에 중점을 둔 설계에 대한 관심도 크게 나타났다.

After the Korean Wave with the industrialization of acting arts, scientific actors management has been demanded for the purpose of investment stabilization in related areas. This study was undertaken to develop a new convergence actors evaluation model applying inter-disciplinary research. The assessment factors were selected through literature reviews and the consensus of experts has been derived through Delphi Method. In conclusion, the evaluation criteria for the actors were drawn by 10 different factors. They are composed of qualitative factors such as the ability of acting and communication, degree of understanding of works and production system, actor philosophy and stability of the actors' self-management, physical condition and image, passion and enthusiasm for acting and works, and performance factors such as the stardom, fandom, philmography, audience share and ticket power, and network size and quality.

과거부터 기업의 정보보호 위험 관리에 대한 중요성은 계속해서 강조되었고 많은 투자도 이루어졌지만 RRO(투자 대비 위험 감소)에 대한 효과가 미흡한 주된 이유는 기술적, 물리적, 관리적 정보보호가 융합되지 못하는 것이다. 정보보호 프레임워크는 개별 정보보호 활동에 대한 공유로서 세 가지 정보보호 요소를 융합할 수 있는 환경을 제공하고 기업 환경에서 발생하는 위험 요소를 시각적으로 표현함으로써 체계적인 정보보호 위험 관리 활동을 장려한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 환경을 구현하기 위한 필수 요소인 프레임워크 내 데이터 구조에 관한 연구를 통해 효율적인 정보보호 프레임워크를 구성하려는 기업들에 방향성을 제시한다.

In this study, the applications of the architectural design elements in the cultural rehabilitation of idle industrial facilities are categorized to define typology of rehabilitation design method. The design strategies which embodies historicity, symbolism, and sustainability are analysed in terms of structural, material, and resource with preservation, restoration and conversion by precedents study of idle industrial facilities that have been implemented and operated by the government.
