This study aims to make suggestions for more effective budget utilization and R&D project investment through verification of the efficiency of research results for the government's R&D projects. Efficiency was analyzed using Data Envelope Analysis(DEA) and 'Malmquist Index analysis' for the research results of convergence research projects organized by the National Science and Technology Research Association. The analysis targets were convergence research projects organized by the National Science and Technology Research Association and general entrusted research projects by government-funded research institutes, and dynamic analysis was conducted using DEA and Malmquist Index analysis. As a result of the analysis, the convergence research project showed high efficiency from the static perspective of DEA. On the other hand, from a dynamic perspective through the Malmquist Index analysis method, the efficiency of the general consignment project gradually declined, while the efficiency of the convergence research project improved every year. This suggests that convergence studies have higher results than general studies. Through the results of this study, we intend to present objective standards for performance evaluation of government R&D investment and provide objective implications for rational investment policies and research project planning of research personnel and research funds to improve efficiency for government-funded research institutes.

최근 디지털 영상 사용의 증가로 인해 자동적인 영상 색인과 검색에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있지만 일반 영상을 대상으로 하는 연구는 아직까지 만족스럽지 못한 실정이다 본 논문에서는 특징 융합을 이용한 관련성 귀환 영상 검색 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 시스템에서는 GLCM의 Contrast, Engergy 그리고 Entropy를 특징 값으로 사용하였고, 특징 융합과 관련성 귀환을 검색시스템에 적용하고 성능을 평가하였다. 7 가지 종류의 영상으로 구성된 실험 데이터베이스를 사용하여 실험 결과, 개별적 특징 값인 Energy 보다 융합 특징 값을 사용한 검색 결과가 무귀환에서 4%, 1차 귀환에서 4%의 Retrieval Precision이 증가함을 볼 수 있었다.

최근 클라우드 컴퓨팅 인프라 및 소프트웨어의 지속적인 발전으로 인한 복잡성 증가로 인해 신속한 확장성과 유연성에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이에 클라우드 네이티브 환경과의 호환성뿐만 아니라 개발과 운영의 효율성을 높이고자 코드로 인프라를 정의하여 자동화된 환경을 구축해 주는 코드형 인프라(Infrastructure as Code, IaC) 기술이 주목받고 있으며, AWS CloudFormation 은 대표적인 솔루션 중 하나이다. 그러나 IaC 형태로 배포되는 템플릿에 취약성이 존재할 경우, 인스턴스가 실행되기 전까지 보안 취약점을 미리 발견하기 어려워 DevOps 사이클에서의 보안 이슈를 야기할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문은 CloudFormation 템플릿의 보안 취약성 스캔이 가능하다고 알려진 오픈 소스 도구의 효율성을 평가하기 위한 사례 연구를 수행한다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로, DevSecOps 달성을 위한 IaC 기반 환경에서 취약성 사전 탐지의 필요성과 세분화된 접근 방식을 제시하고자 한다.

Convergence education is one of the most frequently studied topics in the academic world as well as other various areas of the society today. The importance of convergence-based course in engineering education has long been discussed and resulted in society-wide consensus with series of attempts to apply the theory. To bring about fruitful outcome through theses efforts, we have to establish the sustainable and systematic convergence education in engineering. With this goal, we will cover the critical comprehension on the modern studies divided by three concepts(the truth, the good, and the beauty) and review the notion of "Transdisciplinarity", thereby proposing the macro goals of the convergence-based course in engineering. To realize our goals, we will suggest "Engineering aesthetics" as a convergence-based course in engineering.

This study attempted to propose a theoretical model for STEAM education, entitled to the Ewha-STEAM education model, which could provide more concrete guidelines for science educators and curriculum developers to execute STEAM ideas. We identified key knowledge and key competencies to nurture future creative/convergent human resources. Key knowledge included an understanding of core ideas cutting across traditional disciplinary boundaries as well as the nature of different disciplines. And additionally, key competencies implied such abilities as to explore the scientific world, to resolve problems, and to communicate and collaborate with others. We also added creativity and character as an essential part of key competencies. In order to provide more specific guidelines when developing, implementing, and evaluating STEAM curriculum, we suggested three elements of convergence to consider: 1) unit of convergence (i.e. concept/skills, problem/phenomenon, activity), 2) degree of convergence (i.e. multi-disciplinary, inter-disciplinary, extra-disciplinary), and 3) context of convergence (i.e. personal, societal, global). It is expected that the Ewha-STEAM education model would contribute towards diverse education communities understanding the direction of STEAM education and its educational potentials.

균주개량 방법의 일환으로 electrofusion 법을 이용하여 protease 화성, lipase 활성, 내열성, 내산성 등이 우수한 L. bulgaricus와 bacteriocin을 생산하는 L. acidophilus 간의 융합조건을 검토하였다. Electrofusion에 의해 생성된 융합주는 식별하기 위해 streptomycin(2mg/ml)과 lincomycin(5$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml)에 내성을 나타내는 L. bulgaricus 변이주이와 kanamucin (600$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml)에 내성을 나타내는 L. acidophilus 88 변이주를 분리하였다. Electrofusion을 500V/cm, 100mses(49phms, 2300 capacotance)에서 수행했을 때 가장 융합이 잘 일어났으며 전기장의 세시와 시간이 증가할수록 융합요율이 현저히 감소하였다. 2가 양이온은 대체적으로 융합효율을 감속시키는 경향을 나타내었으나 1mM MgCl$_2$에서 융합 효율이 약간 증가하였다. PEG 400을 elec-trogusion buffer에 30%되도록 첨가했을 때, 가장 양호한 융합효율을 나타내었으며 그 이상에서는 오히려 융합 효율이 감소하였다. Electrofusion법과 PEG 매개에 의한 융합법의 융합 효율을 비교한 결과, 거의 비슷한 융합 효율을 나타내었으나 electrofusion 법과 PEG매개에 의한 융합법을 혼합하였을 때 가장 양호한 융합 효율을 나타내었다.

Information Technology (IT) has contributed much to Korea's economic growth and has helped the innovation of social paradigm. It helps the improvement of productivity, efficiency, convenience and communication, and also helps the critical changes of life style. IT convergence with other technologies or industries has appeared and it promotes new changes and innovations. In major countries, including Korea, the resources and capabilities has focused selectively into this new industry. In this paper, we try to develop advanced national strategy for this new industry. Finally, we suggest some Empowerment Factors of IT Convergence industries in Korea based on experts' survey results.

In this paper, we try to study IT integration strategy and technology development trends and to evaluate the level of IT integration capabilities in Korea based on experts survey results. In the conclusion, we suggest some Strategic Recommendations for developing and leading the new IT Convergence industries.

본 논문에서는 통신 방송 융합 환경하에서 다양한 이동 통신 단말을 가지고 있는 최종 소비자(End-user)에게 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 서비스(간단히, UCA(Ubiquotous Contens Access) 라고 함) 해 주는 기술들을 소개하고 이 기술들이 적용된 시스템을 모델을 제안한다. 또한 제안된 서비스 기술에 대해 소비자 측면에서 보여지는 서비스 기술의 상대적 우위성과 오락성을 분석하였다. 통신 방송 융합 서비스 모델의 특성은 End to End(E2E) media QoS와 소비자 맞춤형 콘텐츠 소비 제공으로써 콘텐츠의 제작에서 적응, 전달, 그리고 최종 소비자에게 맞춤형 콘텐츠 소비를 가능하게 하는 유통 시스템을 가진다. 이와 같은 통신 방송 융합 환경에서의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 서비스를 위한 서비스 모델을 제안하고 소비자 관점에서 바라본 통방 융합서비스 기술에 대해 상대적 우위성 및 오락성을 분석함으로써 제안된 통신 방송 융합 서비스 모델이 소비자 관점에서의 사업적인 가치가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

In order to continue to grow in response to the rapidly changing industrial environments, companies must retain technological innovation capabilities and enhance market competitiveness. When competition is intensifying for creating new businesses and developing new products through technology commercialization, creating and utilizing technology convergence performance is an important means to create new competitiveness. However, there has been a lack of effort to systematically understand the level of technology convergence performance of the enterprise and to understand its relationship with management performance. In this paper, we develop a new analytical index by segmenting the technology convergence into patent variety, balance and disparity using patented IPC code information based on the concepts presented in existing diversity studies. In addition, 4,522 patents granted for three years between 2013 and 2015 by 219 KOSDAQ companies belonging to the domestic ICT convergence industry were analyzed to demonstrate that the level of technology convergence performance is positively related to sales growth rate in 2016.
