IT를 비롯한 여러 분야의 기술과 산업이 발전하면서 단일화된 플랫폼의 기술은 융합화된 다양한 서비스들을 지원할 수 있는 융합 서비스 플랫폼으로 발전하였다. 융합 서비스 플랫폼에서는 수 많은 사업자들이 다양한 콘텐츠 및 네트워크 자원을 제공하면서 수익을 얻게 되는데, 이 때 과금을 처리하기 위한 시스템이 이슈가 되었다. 융합 서비스 플랫폼에서의 서비스는 다양한 서비스들이 융합된 형태를 가지고 있으며, 시간 및 콘텐츠, 사용자에 따른 요금 감면 등 다양한 과금 요소들로 인하여 상당히 복잡하고 다양한 형태를 띄고 있다. 본 논문에서는 융합 서비스 플랫폼에서 과금을 하기 위해서 고려되어야 할 사항에 대해서 정의하고, 융합 서비스와 여러 과금 요소들을 포함하여 과금을 측정할 수 있는 과금 관리 모델을 제안한다. 제안된 과금 모델은 실제 융합 서비스 플랫폼에서 지원하기 위한 아키텍처를 구성하는데, 기본 자료로써 활용될 것이다.

The paper is concerned with high frequency financial time series. A weighted hybrid volatility is suggested to compute daily volatilities based on high frequency data. Various realized volatility (RV) computations are reviewed and the weights are chosen by minimizing the differences between the hybrid volatility and the realized volatility. A high frequency time series of KOSPI200 index is illustrated via QLIKE and Theil-U statistics.

The information security policy is one of the most important tools for organization to manage the implementation and ensure the organizational security. However, we do not have metrics for measuring its effectiveness. The ultimate purpose of this study is to develop the measures of information security policy effectiveness. To do this, this study review data quality and information quality literatures and investigate appropriate subfactors for information security policy. Rooted in these concepts, we suggest accuracy, completeness, interpretability, and relevance from content aspect and understandability, concise representation, and amount from form aspect as factors for information security policy effectiveness.

본 연구는 미국의 다양한 연안해운 정책 중 America's Marine Highway Program(AMHP)을 중심으로 분석하였으며 도출된 시사점으로 바탕으로 우리나라 제주도 물류의 고비용을 초래하는 비효율화를 개선하는데 필요한 연안해운 정책의 방향성을 설정하고 공적 역할의 필요성을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

In this study, based on the fusion needs of the enterprise and explores how this convergence competencies affect to business performance. Results showed that the fusion capacity is affecting the financial performance and non-financial performance. That fusion technology education learning capability and convergence capabilities appeared to affect the financial performance and non-financial performance.

IT는 우리나라 경제성장에 결정적 기여를 해왔으며 사회전반의 패러다임 혁신을 통해 생산성, 효율성, 편의성, 소통성을 증진시키고 삶의 양식에 전면적 변화를 가져왔다. 금융위기 이후 주요국에서는 뉴딜을 촉진하고 신성장동력을 창출하며 사회와 문화의 발전적 전개를 위해 IT에 대한 거대투자를 집행하고 있다. 국민경제와 사회문화에서 지대한 의미를 지니는 IT는 다른 기술 또는 산업과의 융합이라는 새로운 변화와 혁신의 중심에 위치하고 있다. IT 융합은 IT의 자체 고도화를 바탕으로 다른 분야의 기술개발과 산업발전을 견인하거나 새로운 산업을 창출하는 것으로, 우리나라를 비롯하여 주요국에서는 자원과 역량을 선택적으로 집중하고 있다. 이 글에서는 IT 융합과 관련된 주요국의 산업전략 및 기술개발 동향을 파악하고 전문가 조사결과를 바탕으로 우리나라 IT 융합역량의 수준을 평가하고 결론적으로 IT 융합산업 발전을 위한 방향에 관한 전략적 제언을 하고자 한다.

본 논문은 융합 서비스 환경을 위한 차세대 공통 플랫폼 운영 환경에서 다양한 융합 서비스들의 지원을 위한 플랫폼 호스팅 서비스를 제공하기 위해 적합한 과금 관리 체계를 융합 서비스에 맞는 과금 모델을 통해 제시한다. 향후 차세대 네트워크 환경에서의 융합 서비스 개발 촉진을 위해 필수적인 기술인 공통 기반 플랫폼 서비스 제공 기술의 도입을 위한 주요 기반 기술인 과금 관리 기능을 위한 과금 모델을 제시한다. 서비스 플랫폼의 변화와 산업의 특징들을 주시하여 융합 서비스 플랫폼을 확인하고, 융합 서비스 플랫폼을 구성하기 위한 요구 기능을 확인한다. 이를 바탕으로 서비스별 과금 모델 적용을 도출/분류하고 과금 모델을 각종 서비스에 적용하는 방안에 관하여 연구하였다.

유산균의 균주개량방법의 일환으로 photoplast fu-sion 기법과 electrofusion법을 이용하여 protease 활성, lipase 활성, 내열성, 내산성 등이 우수한 L. bulgaricus와 bacteriocin을 생산하는 L. acidophilus 간의 융합시켜 얻은 융합주들의 생리학적 성질을 검토하였다. 산 생성능, 내열성, 내산성 protease, lipase 활성 등 L. bulgaricus가 L. acidophilus보다 우수하였다. L. bulgaricus는 lactose와 sorbos를 이용하였으나. mal-tose 와 dorbitol을 이용하지 못하는 반면 , L. acidophilus는 matose를 이용하고 lactose 와 sorbose를 이용하지 못하였다. 융합주 가운데서는 367810번이 모균주의 발효능 특성을 함께 지님으로서 재조합체임을 확인 할 수 있었으며, sorbitol의 경우 모균주에서는 발효능이 전혀 나타나지 않았음에도 불구하고 융합주 4, 7번이 발효능을 나타내어 융합과정에서 새로운 형질을 획득하기도 한다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. Lactase 활성은 모균주 모두 높은 $\beta-galactosidase$ 활성을 보였으나, $phospho-\beta-galactosidase$ 활성은 거의 없었으며 융합주들도 다소 차이는 있었지만 모균주와 유사한 효소활성을 나타내었다. 발효에 있어서 key enzyme으로 작용하는 protease. lipase 등의 효소활성도 모균주의 활성보다 우수한 융합주도 존재하였다.

"The certification of compliance of new products of industrial convergence" (hereinafter referred to as "certification of compliance") is a legal certification system in accordance with the Industrial Convergence Promotion Act through which a convergence new product can be officially certified without legislation when the certification standards applicable to the product are not yet provided. Unlike other certification systems, the certification of compliance is characterized by the role of resolving the certification difficulties driven by the regulatory lag of convergence new products. Nevertheless, studies that analyzed the certification of compliance in detail from the viewpoint of regulatory improvement were surprisingly rare. Through the sequential matching of the steps of certification of compliance with the process from the occurrence of a regulatory problem to resolution, our study provided clear understanding as to how the regulatory lag could be reduced by the procedure for certification of compliance. Furthermore, we divided the perspective on regulatory lag management into quantitative and qualitative, and the structures and practices of certification of compliance were then analyzed from the two perspectives. By doing this, the present study emphasized that the fundamental reason the certification of compliance could effectively solve the regulatory lag problem of convergence new products was not only the quantitative elements such as legal deadlines for each step but also several qualitative approaches to securing the quality of every stage.

Traditional markets are infrastructure with facilities and characteristics of very high population density. Recently, arcades have been installed through traditional market modernization policies, and aging infrastructure has been repaired. However, gas and electrical facilities of traditional markets cannot be easily replaced because of its high density. And because regular inspections are not conducted, management of facilities is on very poor condition. In addition, when a fire occurs in a traditional market, the fire easily spreads to nearby stores and is likely to spread to a large fire because of a lot of highly flammable substances. Smoke detectors and heat detectors are installed in most traditional markets to monitor fires, but malfunctions are frequent due to the nature of smoke detectors and heat detectors, and network facilities are not properly maintained. Therefore, in this study, gas detection sensors and flame detectors are additionally installed in Gwangmyeong Traditional Market, and a digital twin-based traditional market fire monitoring system is implemented in conjunction with existing sensors in the market's 3D model. With this digital twin based fire monitoring system, we can reduce the malfunctions of fire detect sensors, and can easily guide the evacuation route.
