The purpose of the study is to verify the effectiveness the Freshman Preliminary Health Administrators(FPHA)' Empathic Problem Solving Ability(EPSA) through the application of Medical Service Design Thinking(MSDT) conducted by undergraduate school of SNS hospital marketing education. The pre-post questionnaire survey was conducted on 39 students in the freshman year of the Department of Health Administration after applying MSDT for 15 weeks from September to December, 2019 at a college in Daegu. MSDT was positive influenced on the improvement of Empathic Imagine, Empathic interest, Empathic awakening of the FPHA' EPSA. In the analysis of key common words, the use of neutral and negative words was low, while the use of positive words was high. In order to systematically equip Empathic problem solving job competency in the age of artificial intelligence, it is meaningful to develop a program for the freshmen curriculum and to conduct a analysis of the structured and unstructured data to verify its effectiveness. Additional program development research is needed for the application of theoretical subjects.

The purpose of this study is to examine problems and status quo of the smart media addiction prevention system and to develop convergence policies to improve those systems. Based on the literature review, notable results are as following; Since current facilities including Internet Addiction Prevention Center, Korea Youth Counselling and Welfare Institute, and I Will Center, tend to focus on restricting use of smart media, efforts from various ministries have not worked properly. Therefore, there needs to be more specified and customized services based on regions and ages. Following the precedent set by advanced countries, this study suggest alternative policies to help solving the problem including recommending responsible use of social media through education rather than regulations only, encouraging family participation and intervention, expanding harmful environment block system, and establishing a partnership between local government and private organizations under central government's control. Since smart media addiction is emerging concern, further researches will be needed for developing the Korean standard for prevention policy.

Recently, service failure from dysfunctional customer behavior has been observed in various service industries. Customers so-called 'Jaycustomer' can make bad influence to other customer's service experience which can be the obstacle of ideal service delivery. Therefore, approaching dysfunctional customer in service design perspective have became necessary, and modelling such customers through persona could be useful. For this purpose, we suggested the concept 'Evil Persona', and to find statements of personality trait which can make designers predict dysfunctional customer behavior, literature review and Q method analysis were performed. In result, dysfunctional customer behaviors were differed from service characteristics and were able to predict by combinations of statements. Based on this, more detailed customer information could be offered by presenting differentiated dysfunctional behavior information according to service characteristics. Since service design expanded its area, 'Evil Persona' can be valuable as criteria of verifying and compensating idea's vulnerability and limitation.

Most recent trend reveals broader state of provision of NFC service as NFC technology was applied on smartphones which has become core communication tools by providing integrated services such as payment, medical, and personal authentication. Due to the wide spread of the perception of cloud computing, the usage of cloud computing is increasing globally. Cloud computing is able to converge the various industrial domains based on ICT and it is more and more popular because it has a lot of benefits such as cost savings etc. in global economic recession. However, if cloud computing service is to achieve its potential, it is necessary to clearly understand the critical issues such as service security, performance and availability and so on from the perspectives of the providers and the consumers of the cloud service. In addition, customers focus on how to get and use the safe and reliable cloud service. In order to meet these problems, Korea cloud service certification system and Japanese ASP-SaaS-Cloud certification system were performed in each country. This paper aims at comparing and analyzing between them and describing the difference. Eventually, we propose the improvement strategy of Korea cloud service certification system based on the comparison results between them.

The use of a mobile agent in hospital environment offers an opportunity to deliver better services for patients and staffs. Furthermore, medical errors will be reduced because M-health system helps to verify the medical process. Optimized security protocols and mechanisms are employed for the high performance and security. Finally, a challenge in the near future will be converge the integration of Ubiquitous Sensor Network (USN) with security protocols for applying the hospital environment. We proposed secure authentication and protocol with Mobile Agent for ubiquitous sensor network under healthcare system surroundings.

The commonly used delivery system for online merchandise has potential problems, not only missing but also criminal case. Also, the contemporary Kiosk type approach for delivery system has some problems in an initial installation cost, expense of management system and especially security weaknesses in the wireless communication. To resolve these issues, this paper is proposing a securely unmaned smart locker system that can handle up to 64 parcels. This is easily controlled and monitored by a smartphone. In addition to the system, an algorithm is proposed to make the security of wireless communications better. Finally, a method is proposed to minimize the cost of delivery by using centralized server.
