Currently, our country has promoted sustainable growth in agriculture field by expanding the growth engine which is going to creat new value through agrifood industry & ICT convergence, the deployment of computerization in rural areas and the efficiency increase of agricultural administration system. Since the level of domestic agriculture-ICT convergence technology focusing on production areas is at early stage, it is necessary to deploy the successful models through the systematic development of technology and standardization including production, distribution and consumption phase. In addition, because the management and control systems of large glass greenhouse are mostly foreign products with no standardization and related small domestic companies, there is a limit to agri-food & ICT convergence activation led by the agri-food private sector. Also, it is vital to increase productivity & efficiency and improve quality throughout the entire agricultural process including production, distribution and consumption by the fusion of information technology, automatic control technology and unique ICT on existing agricultural technology, Therefore, in this paper we propose the agricultural-ICT convergence technology fields in which our country can lead technology and the standardization plans through analyzing the development, policy and standardization trends on agricultural-ICT convergence technology.

Since 2012, the government has attempted to stimulate the human resources businesses need and substantial R&D technology by promoting "Leaders in INdustry-university Cooperation" (LINC). They use the natural the relationship between industry and university develop and spread a variety of industry-university cooperation for mutual growth model leading universities and industries of the region. More than recent cooperation education, at the level of practical use, field oriented talent needed in the industry demand Internationalized talent which can become members of a global community cultivated with International perspective and insight. Furthermore, while currently each university's circumstances and the position is different, and while this strategy, each unique, individual, specific international level's Cooperation Education Plan is Established and operating actively, Governments and businesses will be able to train desired international academic centers' advanced talent. We have come to hope that this will act as an important factor in furthering national competitiveness.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the Mobile Smart-Work IT resources on the work efficiency based on moderating effects of the perceived usefulness in the Resource Based View. The study has academic meanings and practical implications that studied widely based on moderating effects of the perceived usefulness through the Hierarchical regression furthermore on the existing study on hypothesis by standard multiple regression. The results showed that IT Infrastructure in the Mobile Smart-work IT resources by moderating effects of the perceived usefulness was found to bring positive effect on individual work efficiency and teamwork efficiency. On the other hand Business Application was found to bring positive effect on teamwork efficiency. Therefore, we expect that business firm and employees actively use the effects of the perceived usefulness with the trust that Mobile Smart-work IT resources bring positive effects on the work efficiency. It can improve this work efficiency and lead to strengthening the firm competitiveness.

In this era that technology is replacing human labor is coming. Like the introduction of Factory Automation and Smart Factory to enhance the productivity in manufacturing works in companies, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is being applied to strengthen the competiveness in service & office work of companies. But, RPA itself is not mature enough to be the specific technology or solution, but burgeoning as the conceptual technology alternatives to automate the business process harnessed with the concept of software robots, artificial intelligence etc. The biggest difference that the introduction of RPA can make is the transition of the work based on 'human labor', to the 'digital labor' that could result in the replacement of human labor itself with that. Considering this kind of impact to change the concept of labor, the discussion for the future policy for this is inevitable. In this paper, beginning from the overview of RPA, relevant concerns & consideration for the application of RPA will be described based on the understanding of industrial & technology trends and expected future of RPA.

공공기술을 활용한 스케일업(Scale-up)이 기업의 새로운 성장 전략으로 주목받고 있다. 스케일업의 사전적 의미는 '규모 확대'다. 기술, 제품, 서비스, 경영 등 기업의 외형과 내실이 크게 개선되거나 그에 상응하는 성과 창출의 뜻이 담겨있다. 기업가치 10억 달러($1 billion) 이상, 설립된 지 10년 이하로 통칭되는 유니콘(Unicorn) 기업의 등장이 스케일업에 대한 관심으로 옮겨 붙은 양상이다. 스케일업은 이러한 차원에서 고성장 기업을 통칭하는 말로 쓰인다. 국가별로 차이는 있지만 직원 수 10명 이상, 최근 3년간 매출이나 연평균 고용 성장률이 20% 이상인 기업을 스케일업으로 정의한다. 문제는 미국과 같은 선진기업 환경에서는 핵심 기술이나 신성장 동력 확보차원에서 다양한 기업인수합병(M&A)이 추진되거나 오픈 이노베이션(Open Innovation, 개방형 혁신) 방식의 기업간 기술협력이 활발히 일어나고 있지만 우리나라는 상대적으로 그러하지 못하다는데 있다. 결과적으로 국내 기업 환경과 사회적 분위기를 감안해 공공연구기관으로부터 기술을 이전받거나 연구개발특구진흥재단이 추진하는 연구소기업 제도를 활용한 스케일업의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 4차산업 시대를 맞아 기업간 합종연횡이 더욱 빈번하고 일어나고 기술간 융복합이 가속화되는 지금의 상황에 비춰볼 때 공공기술을 활용한 연구소기업들의 다양한 스케일업 사례는 우리에게 많은 시사점을 안겨준다. 기업성장을 위한 새로운 전략적 도구로 활용될 소지가 충분하다고 판단된다.

It is important that SMEs build business ecosystems on the open innovation for sustainable innovation. And, many Korea companies have tried to adopt new ideas from external collaborators and transfer their technologies to others based un the open innovation. But SMEs hard to progress it than middle & large companies. So, our research purpose is to find success factors of open innovation in regional SMEs.

This study tries to understand the way they express their anger and how it affects the satisfaction of life. This study was conducted to survey people who use forest recreational resources among adults living in Seoul and Gyeonggi area. The survey period is from July 20, 2017 to August 31, 2017. The survey was conducted after the researcher visited the site and gave sufficient explanation about the purpose of the research and confidentiality. Sampling method was used as a Convenience Sampling Method. 450 parts were distributed to recreation resource group users and 378 parts were collected. Finally, 350 parts were utilized in this study and analyzed. As a result of the research analysis, the higher the expression of negative anger, the lower the satisfaction of life and the positive expression of anger could increase the satisfaction of life. Physiological depression was found to play a mediating role. This is statistically significant.

In order to commercialize technology, Korea is continuously fostering specialized institutions for technology transfer/commercialization, and it is composed in various forms. However, there are limited studies on corporate performance according to the type of technology transfer/commercialization specialized institution and the type of support. This study aims to measure the combined utilization performance and performance of companies that have adopted the technology by classifying the types of technology transfer/commercialization specialized institutions. To this end, a study was conducted on 380 companies that promoted the introduction and use of external technologies. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the more the combined use of technology transfer/commercialization specialized institutions has a positive effect on corporate performance, and has different effects on corporate performance depending on the items of external technology introduction. In addition, it was found that the earlier the industrial growth stage is, the higher the corporate performance. Through this study, implications of strategies for the use of specialized organizations for technology transfer and commercialization and introduction of external technologies of the company were presented at the corporate level.

Companies engaged in the enterprise, while still at the start will have social responsibility. But recently, more and more companies will shorten the life expectancy of a corporate environment and is also rapidly changing. In this study, the longevity of global enterprises through the company's longevity factor analysis, that has continued to gain corporate answer. DuPont's global corporate giant Siemens and the longevity of the two factors in analyzing the factors that change the business portfolio, risk management, and continuous research and development, trust management, environmental management and other factors have been described. This ongoing internal and external environment analysis and core competencies by strengthening the implementation of responsible management as the core of the upcoming general management are appearing.

The current status of information management and information strategy of an enterprise may determine the future capability of the firm, thus the competitiveness in the market. Especially, in case of SME(small and medium enterprise), the level of information management and strategy gives the company readiness in the ever changing business environment. In this study, we investigate the information infrastructure of SMEs operating in Incheon Metropolitan areas whether they can meet the challenge in terms of network, software, IT education, IT finance, etc. We came up some suggestions which might be good alternatives and choices for IT decision makers in local and central government.
