Convergent education is essential to develop consilient thinking skills, ability to recreate information and knowledge, and problem-solving skills which are demanded in society of convergent knowledge. Accordingly, this study is going to develop a convergent class model of augmented reality and art based on consilient knowledge. Teaching model is designed based on the ADDIE model, which was operated by opening a real class in order to verify the validity. The result showed a high satisfaction of learners showed the ability to adapt to the major areas associated with the cultivation of learners. Characteristics of augmented reality medium were found to enable learners to analyze a new phenomenon and to fuse the necessary knowledge by inducing them to actively interact by the their intention in learning. Therefore, it is possible to cultivate creative and convergent persons of ability equipped with more flexible and creative thinking ability and discernment through deepened education for recognizing and understanding convergent cases between art and scientific technology. There is a study on the validation and the convergence of different subjects in terms of a variety of aspects, left behind of this study.

The purpose was to compare the ethical knowledge, values and class satisfaction by students' cognitive style to develop the convergent nursing ethic class considering cognitive style. Questionnaires were collected from 149 freshmen after 12 hours classes for four weeks from October 1st to 30th 2013. Group Embedded Figure Test was used as a cognitive style measurement tool. 62.4% of them were field-dependent. There was a significant difference in cognitive style and ethical knowledge according to high school division. The ethical value was different significantly according to the nursing science satisfaction. Class satisfaction was different significantly according to reason for applying to nursing and nursing science satisfaction. There were no significant differences in ethical knowledge and values by cognitive style. Class satisfaction was higher in field-dependent students. This conclusion will give baseline data to develop nursing education program based on cognitive style.

The current society characterized by knowledge-based information technology and multiculturalism put more emphasis on problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and communication skills than any other periods did. In response to the demand of the current times, multidisciplinary, or convergence courses and majors are being created and conducted in college education, yet, with the lack of specific teaching and learning model for the convergence courses. In this context, this study aimed to examine PBL as an instructional model for the convergent approaches in classroom, since PBL has been regarded as a model for fostering the 21st century learning capabilities for student coupled with the learning principles of authentic tasks, learner-centeredness, collaborative learning. This study, after conducted a PBL course for the general art education during the summer semester of 2014, analyzed the result using data collected from students' reflective journals, in-depth interviews, and SNS posts among the students. The result presented students' enhanced self-respect, increased interest in their learning and communication skills, and their recognition of the value on diversity and empathetic attitudes toward each others. In conclusion, PBL showed its potential as an alternative instructional model for the multidisciplinary and convergent learning in college education.

This study aims to inspect the effect of the yungbokhap education on the development of students' mathematical competence by analyzing students' mathematical discourse in math-based yungbokhap instruction designed by Moon(2014). Specifically, this research focused on the analysis of students' participation structure. The reuslts shows that the students' competence for mathematical communication and inquiry has been improved through the instruction. In particular, the students were increasingly engaged with consensual talk. Also, in the beginning stage, the students tended to unconditionally criticize for others' mathematical opinion. Through the class participation, they gradually developed the competence to express their mathematical ideas to their peers with reasonable mathematical bases. These results suggests that the mathematics-based yungbokhap instruction has positively contributed to the improvement of students' mathematical competence. Based on the results, this paper presented implications for mathematics-based yungbokhap instrcution.

The purpose of this study was to develop and manage fitness management class by experimenting effects of fitness management class on obese indices, metabolic syndrome risk factors and health and skill-related fitness in university students. Progress of fitness management class by exercise prescription program according to level of students health and fitness. Comparison of obesity indices, metabolic syndrome risk factors and health and skill-related fitness between fitness management class group and control(physical education class) group in before- and after-16week exercise prescription program. Decision of class contents and establishment of fitness management class. The effects of fitness management class appeared to higher than control group on obese indices, metabolic syndrome risk factors and health and skill-related fitness. In conclusions, we suggest that fitness management class for wellness convergence is effective for health promotion of students.

In recent universities, the new-normal era. There is a growing interest in nurturing creative thinking learners who have converged thinking necessary for the AI era based on big data. This study intends to propose the expansion of science liberal arts education necessary to meet the education needs of these universities. To this end, first the status of convergence education in universities and the elements necessary for the learners' creative ideas were examined. Second, learners who took a convergence lecture at a university will look at the development case of in which convergence thinking, creative thinking, and gaming are implemented. Based on this, we would like to propose an expanded organization and operation of science liberal arts education as a way to enhance the creative thinking of learners and their competencies through convergence classes at universities.

This study is conducted to examine the changes in class perception and career perception according to the teaching method for dental hygiene students in some areas of Gangwon-do. Using the same questionnaire, the first questionnaire was conducted after contact classes in December 2019, and the second questionnaire was conducted after non-contact classes in July 2020. Data were analyzed using SPSS Windows 24.0, and the results are as follows. There were differences in class perception and career perception according to grades, and career interest, career curiosity, and career confidence were different according to school life satisfaction and professional tooth cleaning Class satisfaction. In the case of non-contact classes, the proportion of career decisions through the internet increased, and career confidence also increased. These results can be provided as basic data necessary for the use of methods such as flip-learning classes in consideration of the convergence aspect in the practical subject class management and for the production of standardized practical videos for practical tests.

The importance of the convergence education is getting more and more emphasized. But the university convergence education has not yet met today's needs. So this study is focused on showing effective practice methods and finding development directions of the university convergence criticism education. One of a significant trend of the contemporary academic education of liberal arts is the tendency of the convergent and integrative studies. What is essential in the convergent and integrative studies creativity. The zeitgeist of knowledge-based society is change and innovation. In response to its request, college education is being asked to do convergence education, And general education as the basis of convergence education is strengthened.

The significant changes of convergence study in the 21st century is the shift from theoretical-based instruction to computer-based instruction. This study investigated the student's cognitive engagement in TPB(Theory of Planned Behavior) of accounting information classes in the Digital Convergence Era. Hypothesis test was conducted from 99 accounting information learners from four year course university in the Gyeonggi-do. A questionnaire was given and analyzed. The results showed. First, the TPB variables han a positive effect on intrinsic curiosity of students. Second, the subjective norm of TPB variables could develop student's enjoyment. Subject norm could have a positive effect on enjoyment. The results of this study may contribute to propose desirable ways of improving the psychological states in the relationship between TPB and cognitive engagement. In the future, variables of cognitive engagement will be compliment to analyze.

This study is to identify the relationship between cultural physical education class of enjoyment factor, class satisfaction, and exercise continuation behavior. For this purpose, 275 out of 300 copies of survey aimed at students in four universities located in Gyeong-gi province were used. PAWS 18.0 program was used for analysis to present descriptive statistics. Principal component analysis and rotation of Max Berry were used among exploratory factor analysis to check factor extraction and internal consistency. Cronbach's alpha was used for checking reliability. Multiple regression analysis was used to clarify the relationship between enjoyment factor, class satisfaction, and exercise continuation behavior of cultural physical education. These are the following conclusions. First, instructional behavior, grade in physical education, environment, and exercise ability among the enjoyment factors in cultural physical education class have a significant effect on persistence of exercise. Second, instructional behavior and grade in physical education are the factors of class satisfaction and the have a significant effect on persistence of exercise.
