This thesis focuses on developing an appropriate model for teaching internet ethics based on problem-based learning, and studying its effect on morality. The PBL model is focused on encouraging participation from students through discussion and essay-writing. To test the validity of the new model, the control group was constructed and was assigned an existing lecture-based model. The research applied the new method at class and compared changes in Internet ethics between two groups. The results showed that the PBL model was more effective in enhancing internet ethics among students than the lecture-based model, and they were statistically valid. Especially, the "responsibility" part within the internet ethics showed the biggest improvement.

정보통신기술과 컴퓨터의 보급은 다양한 정보통신 서비스 이용의 보편화와 청소년 들의 미디어 이용 형태에 큰 변화를 가져왔지만, 지적 재산권의 침해, 사생활 침해, 불건전 정보 유통, 컴퓨터시스템 파괴 등 정보통신윤리측면에서 문제를 야기 시키고 있다. 위와 같 은 문제점을 해결해 나가기 위하여 대구·경북지역의 청소년들을 대상으로 정보통신윤리의식 에 관한 실증조사를 실시한 결과, 정보통신윤리의식은 여성이 남성보다 높고, 학력별로는 고등학생이 대학생보다 높고, 거주지역 벼로는 중소도시의 청소년들이 대도시보다 상대적으 로 높은 윤리의식을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 컴퓨터 이용시간이 많을수록, 그리 고 컴퓨터 사용경력이 많을수록 불건전 정보유통에 대한 윤리의식은 낮은 결과를 보이고 있 다. 컴퓨터범죄와 일반범죄와의 인식차이는 여성이 남성보다 인식정도가 높게 나타났으며, 불건전정보 유통 경험에 대한 윤리의식은 고등학생이 대학생보다 높은 것을 알 수 있다.

오늘날 컴퓨터는 우리 사회 전 분야에 걸쳐 중요한 기능을 담당하고 있으며, 20세기 초에 컴퓨터가 만들어진 이후로 인류사회는 여러 분야에서 이들 컴퓨터에 의한 새로운 조류를 경험하고 있다. 이들 정보화의 도래는 우리의 생활 전반을 변화시키고 있으며, 이들 변화의 물결 속에서 우리는 긍정적인 영향과 아울러 부정적인 영향이 동시에 공존하는 사회를 경험하고 있다. 특히, 컴퓨터의 발달과 정보화 시대의 도래는 무한한 정보를 공유할 수 있는 유익한 공간을 제공하는 동시에 프라이버시 침해 등 많은 범죄의 온상이 되는 공간을 제공하는 이중성을 보이고 있다. 우리의 선택여하에 관계없이 이미 우리는 정보화 환경에 속하게 되었으며, 이로써 발생되는 많은 문제점을 인식하고 해결해 나가야할 책임과 의무가 불가피한 것으로 여겨진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 사용에 있어서의 많은 폐해들을 기술적인 측면을 뛰어넘어 보다 근본적인 문제인 윤리의식에 초점을 맞추어 그 대응방안 및 해결책을 모색하고자 하였다. 즉, 컴퓨터 윤리의식에 대한 학자들의 많은 논쟁들을 비교분석하고 나아가 바람직한 도덕적 미래를 위해 가능하거나 필요한 현실적 노력들을 제시하도록 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate nurses' consciousness of biomedical ethics and professionalism in general hospitals. Participants in this study were 163 nurses working in 3 general hospitals. Data analysis was done using SPSS / WIN 24.0 program. As a result of this study, the consciousness of biomedical ethics of the nurse was moderate. The highest sub-area was 'right to life of fetus' and 'artificial abortion' was the lowest sub-area. The professionalism of the subjects was moderate. The highest sub-area was 'reference professional group' and 'sense of mission' was the lowest sub-area. The nurses' consciousness of biomedical ethics was related to professionalism. Therefore, nurses should be educated to help ethical decision making so that they can have bioethical value and bioethical decision making ability according to the changes and demands of the times. In addition, institutional arrangements to improve professionalism should be provided.

The purpose of this study is to develop and apply the Blog-Based Co-op Co-op learning model to improve elementary student's Information Ethics Consciousness. For this goal, we have develope the Blog-Based Co-op Co-op learning model and verified its effectiveness. The developed model was applied to 5th and 6th elementary school students. Test was done for 6 sessions during 3 weeks. The developed model was applied to the treatment group and ordinary Co-op Co-op learning model was applied to the comparison group. We applied independent sampling t-test that can compare averages of two groups. As a result, the Bolg-Based Co-op Co-op learning model was significantly enhance student's Information Ethics Consciousness. We've analyzed student's Information Ethics divided into area, were significant in all areas.

컴퓨터와 정보통신 기술의 급속한 발달은 우리의 가정과 학교생활뿐만 아니라 정치, 경제, 문화등 사회 전반에 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 그러나 이러한 고도로 발달된 정보통신 기술은 순기능 못지않게 많은 역기능을 가지고 있다. 이러한 정보화 사회를 맞이하여 점점 늘어나는 사이버 공간에서의 윤리적 문제를 해결하고 예방하기 위해 초등학교 학생 및, 학부모의 정보퉁신 윤리의식을 살펴보고, 현재 초등학교에서 이루어지고 있는 정보통신윤리 교육의 내용과 지도실태를 조사하였다. 그 결과를 토대로 초등학교 정보통신 윤리교육의 문제점을 분석하고 개선방안을 강구하여, 정보통신윤리의식의 함양을 위한 바람직한 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

In the new learning model, participation of students such as discussion and writing methods is considered important. The research applied the new method at class and analyzed the change in Internet ethics. The result of research shows that internet ethics of learner improved in the voluntariness, respect, participation, responsibility area. Especially, the voluntariness and responsibility areas showed statistically meaningful improvement.

컴퓨터와 정보통신 기술의 급속한 발달은 우리생활 전반에 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 그러나 정보통신 기술은 순기능 못지않게 많은 역기능을 가지고 있다. 이러한 정보화 사회에서 정보통신기술을 활용하여 초등학교 고학년 학생들의 성인식 향상을 살펴보고 사이버 공간에서의 음란물이나 성 폭력물에 접속하는 것을 스스로 제어할 수 있는 의식 향상을 위해 성윤리 의식 실태를 조사하였다. 그 결과를 근거로 초등학교 학생들부터 인터넷을 통한 성윤리의식을 강조하는 교육이 이루어져야 하겠다.

최근 '황우석 사태'로 명명된 줄기세포 조작 사건, 김병준 전 교육부총리의'논문 표절'문제 등으로 인해 학계의 연구윤리 문제가 새롭게 조명되고 있다. 연구윤리 문제는 개개인의 문제로 치부되는 경향이 있는데, 보다 원론적인 문제를 찾자면 천편일률적으로 화려한 성과만을 요구하는 우리나라의 사회적 분위기를 들 수 있을 것이다. 연구윤리는 연구를 하는 사람이 당연히 갖춰야 할 소양이며 연구윤리에 대한 가이드라인이나 윤리규정을 새롭게 조직하는 것도 중요하지만, 그보다 앞서 해이해진 연구윤리 의식을 재설정하는 것이 급선무이며 보다 근본적인 문화적 차원에서의 변화를 시도해야 할 것이다.
