금융시스템과 기업시스템간의 관계에 관한 제도론적 연구

  • 자본주의 경제체제에 있어서 금융시스템과 기업시스템은 경제시스템의 핵심을 구성하는 것으로서 경제의 효율성을 좌우한다. 중요한 것은 이 두 시스템은 국가의 경제적 기능과 함께 상호관련적으로 형성되고 전개되어 나간다는 점이다. 최근 세계 경제메카니즘의 변화에 따라 이들을 어떻게 재편성할 것인가 하는 것이 주요 관심대상으로 제기되어 왔다. 본고는 국가-금융-기업 시스템간의 시스템적 상호관련성에 유의하면서 거시적인 신제도 학파적 시각에서 그 관계의 틀을 고찰, 그 유형을 분류하여 보고 특히 금융시스템과 기업시스템간의 상호관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 제도론적 시각에서 볼 때 이 문제는 제도적 환경과 제도적 장치간의 체계적 관계를 규명하는 것으로서 궁극적으로 경제행위의 지배조정 메카니즘을 시장, 위계(조직), 네트워크 중 어느 방식에 중점을 둘 것인가와 관련된다. 구체적으로 볼 때 금융시스템에 있어서의 자본시장중심적 체계와 은행중심적 체계, 기업과 시장의 범위와 기업의 네트워크적 전개, 금융과 기업간 규율시스템에 있어서의 관계 둥은 모두 이러한 시각에서 일관적으로 파악될 수 있는 것이다. 따라서 이들의 상호관계를 유형화시켜보고 그 논리를 우리의 현실에 적용시켜 볼 때 국가의 기능조정을 바탕으로 시장규율하에서의 네트워크적 관계를 모색하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 생각된다.

  • The purpose of this study is verifying the effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction and to explore the moderating roles of job autonomy. This study developed hypotheses and tested them using hierarchical regression analyses. The data analysis was done by SAS Ver 9.1 and Smart PLS Ver 3.0. The test was conducted by employees working at large, small-medium company and public enterprise. The results indicate that the positive transformational leadership and job satisfaction were statistically supported. And this study found that job autonomy moderating roles in the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. Based on the findings of the study, this study presented managerial implications and suggestions for future studies.

  • Seoul City planned "Dreamland" to be in harmony with the huge woods and park. It is located in the life zone in the northern region of Seoul as part of an extensive park development plan that the municipal government has promoted. The space configuration technique of the aesthetics of "Empty" rather than "Full" gives the potentiality to cope with the uncertain changes in the city. Furthermore, the traditional element of the mountain landscape of Seoul was introduced and appropriated as the axis of the landscape for landscape configuration. In that configuration, the images of tree, sky, wind, water and soil are elegantly unfolded like a landscape painting. The purpose was to create a dominant landmark in the city landscape with the figures of Korean mountains and hills which were differentiated from architectural landmarks in the western cities by making nature, which was excluded from the urbanization plans up to now, an important subject for consideration. As a result, this study madethe space in a park including existing yards and streets in a city have the traditional hierarchy by applying the facility arrangement technique and elements extracted from Korean space types and traditional landscape concepts. Moreover, the North Seoul Dream Forest was designed by pursuing diversity and potentiality in the experience of space using a large open field in a city.

  • The purpose of this study is to help the venture business innovate the purchasing process. This study reviewed the types of transaction governance structure, and researched the change of transaction governance structure, while using information technology. According to transaction cost theory, the transaction governance structure can be moved from hierarchy to market. It can be moved to the middle, because of economies of scale, incentive for supplier, and increasing search cost. And it can be moved from market exchange to relational exchange, using electronic marketplace. In order to innovate the purchasing process, the venture business can select the transaction governance structure that fits the its purchasing contexts.

Effect of Care Workers on Job Satisfaction on Organization Commitment (요양보호사의 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze the effect that the job satisfaction of care workers would have on the organization commitment. For this study, 230 care workers were surveyed via mail who were working at the long-term recuperation institutes for the elderly located in the eastern part of Jeollanam-do. 141 sets of questionnaires were used for analysis, excluding those with missing data. The collected data were processed by using the SPSS 18.0 to conduct the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t/F-test, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results of analysis suggested the followings : First, the difference in organization commitment based on individual characteristics and job characteristics of care workers was found to exist, depending on the age related to individual characteristics and types of institutes and work types related to the job characteristics. Second, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to analyze the effect that the job satisfaction of care workers would have on organization commitment. With the individual characteristics and occupation environment variables of care workers being controlled, it was found that the job satisfaction of care workers had the greatest effect on organization commitment. This implies that the extent of job satisfaction determines the commitment level of care workers for the concerned job.

The Effect of Organizational Culture Types on Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Small and Medium Hospitals (중소병원의 조직문화가 조직몰입과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향)

  • To propose the way for improving organizational management of small and medium hospitals through analyzing the effect of organizational culture types on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. A survey was held to the employees of 4 hospitals that could accomodate less than 100 patients located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk for 4 weeks starting November 20, 2012. As result of factor analysis, the organizational culture divided to the four types: adventurous, hierarchical, productive, friendly types. The adventurous and friendly types revealed the positive effect on organizational commitment, and the productive and friendly types revealed it on organizational citizenship behavior. Instead, hierarchical type revealed no effects on the both. Therefore, to improve organizational management in small and medium hospitals, the strengthened efforts to build up friendship and supportive environments for reasonable decision making.

The Convergence Factors of Nursing Organizational Culture on the Nurses' Professional Quality of Life (간호조직문화가 간호사의 전문직 삶의 질에 미치는 융합적 영향요인)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the types of nursing organization culture recognized by hospital nurses and to confirm the relationship between these nursing organizational culture and professional quality of life. A convenience sampling method was used to collect data from 216 participants who worked in a university hospital in C city, Chungbuk province. Data were analyzed using SPSS / WIN22.0 program. The significant predictors of Compassion Satisfaction, which is a subdivision of the professional quality of life, include Innovation-oriented culture, marital status, and the relationship - oriented culture. As for secondary traumatic stress, it has the significant predictors such as age, task-oriented culture and hierarchy-oriented culture. Burnout also turns out to be affected by the predictors of relationship - oriented culture, clinical career, and hierarchy-oriented culture. Based on these results, to create a innovation-oriented culture and relation-oriented culture within the organization, it is necessary to develop an intervention program for nurses' recognition change and improvement, in addition, studies that test the clinical effects are needed. In order to secure skilled nurses with rich clinical and career abilities, the working environment and treatment should be improved at the organization level.

조직구조, 조직문화의 업무특성이 조직몰입 및 조직성과 미치는 영향: 7년 미만의 초기 스타트업 중심으로

  • 1년에도 수십 수백 개씩 스타트업이 생겨나고 있다. 아마도 모두 미래의 구글과 페이스북, 그리고 아마존이 되길 희망하며 하루하루 가열차게 달리고 있다. 하지만 그 많은 스타트업 중 소위 성공했다 불릴 수 있는 기업은 손에 꼽는다. 능력 있는 창업가, 기발한 사업 모델과 아이디어 그리고 이를 뒷받침해 줄 기술력과 자본이 있다고 성공할 수 없다. 스타트업 기업을 굴러가게 하는 힘은 결국 그 조직의 구성원에게서 나오기에 성공한 스타트업에겐 모두 그들 만의 '조직문화'가 있다. 그게 모두에게 좋은 문화일 필요는 없을 것이다. 그 조직에 가장 접합한, 그래서 구성원의 구성원의 공감대를 사 '일하고 싶은 회사'가 될 수 있게 하는 '조직 문화'가 있는 스타트업이 수많은 인재를 모아 성장을 거듭해 올 수 있었고 그것이 결국 스타트업을 성공으로 이끌었던 것이다. 이런 조직 문화는 회사 초창기에 세팅할수록 해당 기업의 성공 확률도 높아진다. 7년 미만의 초기 스타트업 기업을 대상으로 조직문화 유형이 스타트업 구성원의 조직 몰입과 조직성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대한 실증분석을 목적으로 하였다. 초기 스타트업 기업의 조직문화 차원은 경쟁가치모형의 혁신문화와 위계문화로 구분하였으며, 조직성과는 스타트업의 서비스, 제품을 경험한 이용자들의 서비스 만족도를 활용하였다. 조직문화는 외부환경에 대한 적응과 조직내부 통합의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 구성원들에 의해 창조 발전되어 학습되는 기본가정으로서 스타트업 구성원들에 의해 공유된 가치(values), 신념(beliefs), 규범(norms)의 체계로 정의한다. 따라서 어떠한 조직문화를 갖는냐에 따라 조직 구성원의 몰입, 충성심, 직무동기, 직무성과는 물론 조직성과와 혁신을 포함하는 여러 조직 요인도 직 갑적인 영향을 받는다. 7년 미만의 초기 스타트업 혁신문화가 스타트업 구성원의 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 조직몰입이 스타트업 서비스, 제품을 경험한 이용자들의 서비스 만족도에도 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Pre-service teachers' errors and difficulties in task modification focusing on cognitive demand (수학 예비교사들이 과제의 인지적 노력 수준 변형에서 겪는 오류와 어려움)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the errors and difficulties which pre-service secondary teachers shows during the task modification in consideration of the cognitive demand and to provide significant implications to the pre-service teacher education program related to the modification of the mathematical tasks. In the pursuit of this purpose, tasks were selected from perpendicular bisector units and 24 pre-service teachers were asked to modify the tasks to higher and lower level tasks. After the modification activities, opportunities for reflection and modification were provided. The findings from analysis are as follows. Pre-service teachers had a difficulty to distinguish between PNC tasks and PWC tasks. Also, We identified the interference phenomena that pre-service teachers depended on the apparent elements of the task. Pre-service teachers showed a tendency to overlook the learning objectives and learning hierarchy during the task modification, and to focus on some types of task modification. However, pre-service teachers were able to have meaningful learning opportunities and extend the category of tools to technology including Geogebra through self-reflection and correction activities on task modification. The above results were summed up and we presented the implications to the task modification program in the pre-service secondary teacher education.

Data Literacy, Organizational Culture, and Data Analytics Maturity: Moderating Effect of Organizational Culture (데이터 리터러시와 데이터 분석 성숙도의 관계에서 조직문화의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this research is to examine the relationships among data literacy, organizational culture, and data analytics maturity and the moderating effects of organizational culture. Analysis of the relationship between data literacy and data analytics maturity shows that the higher the data literacy competency of employees, the higher the organization's data analytics maturity. In examining the relationship between organizational culture and data analytics maturity, it is found that relationship culture and innovation culture are positively related to data analytics maturity. In addition, relationship culture and hierarchy culture show significant moderating effects. Relationship culture shows a synergistic effect, whereas hierarchy culture has a buffer effect between data literacy and data analytics maturity.
