  • 안전사고 발생 위험요소가 산재한 사업장 내에서의 이상 징후를 파악할 수 있는 안전관리 시스템의 구축이 필요하다. 또한 사람이 직접 안전관리를 하는 것이 어려운 장소와 사업장 환경의 변화가 중요한 경우까지 고려하고, 실시간으로 정보를 관리하고 대처할 수 있는 방법이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 유해가스 누출에 열악한 작업환경에서 인명보호 및 안전사고 예방을 위한 작업자 중심 사고 예방을 위한 다중센서 BLE 디바이스개발과 스마트폰 서비스를 연계방법에 대한 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 AQ, AP, Motion, SmartPhone App, Server로 구성하였다.

  • 미국을 중심으로 HAPs(Hazardous Air Pollutants: 특정대기유해물질)의 유해성이 확인되면서 TRI(Toxics Release Inventory: 유해화학물질 배출공개제도)를 제도화하여 배출 원 관리를 통해 간접적으로 배출량을 줄이는 한편, 직접적으로는 규제 기준을 마련하여 저감 기술개발을 유도하고 있다. 특히 HAPs에 포함된 물질들 가운데 수은은 환경에서 메칠수은으로 변하여 유독성이 한층 높아지고, 먹이 연쇄과정을 통해 농축되어 가장 관리가 시급히 요구되는 물질로 대두되었다. 이에 따라 미국에서는 의회를 중심으로 배출 규제에 대한 일정을 확정하고, 적정한 규제농도가 정해지는 대로 이를 시행할 예정으로 있다.   • 현재 산업화 사회가 가속됨에 따라 인체에 유해한 물질들이 발생한다. 그 중에서 VOC(Volatile Organic Component)는 인체에 치명적인 해를 일으키는 물질이다. 본 논문은 MOS(Metal Oxide Semiconductor) 센서를 이용하여 인체에 치명적인 유해 물질인 VOC를 측정하였다. 현재 VOC의 측정은 GC(Gas Chromatograph)를 이용하는데 이는 측정 시간이 길며 숙련된 측정자에 의해서만 측정이 가능하고 그 분석이 가능하다. 그러나 MOS 센서를 이용하면 숙련되지 않은 측정자도 측정이 가능하며 인공신경망을 이용하여 그 분석을 함으로서 누구나 쉽게 분석이 가능하고 실시간으로 측정이 가능하다.

  • Recently, Intense competition is expected to bring about continuous change with the rapid global aviation industry. In particular, domestic passenger demand has been steadily increasing over the past five years, with domestic and international shipments growing at a CAGR of 8.4% and 10.0%, respectively. In addition to the economic value of the airport, social interest due to greenhouse gas emissions is also rising. In this study, we analyzed the efficiency of airport operation by using DEA model(Directional Technology Distance Function) considering undesirable output for 14 airports in Korea. As a result of analysis, all airports except Gimhae, Yangyang, Cheongju and Yeosu were analyzed as efficient airports. However, only Gimpo, Gimhae, Jeju, Muan, Daegu and Gwangju were analyzed as efficient airports considering the undesirable output.

A Numerical Study on the Toxic Gaseous and Solid Pollutant Dispersion in an Open Atmosphere (고-기상 유해물질 대기확산에 관한 수치해석)

  • A series of numerical calculations are performed in order to investigate the dispersion mechanism of toxic gaseous and solid pollutants in extremely short-term and short range. The calculations are carried out in an open space characterized by turbulent boundary layer. The simulation is made by the use of numerical model, in which a control-volume based finite difference method is used together with the SIMPLEC algorithm for the resolution of the pressure-velocity coupling problem. The Reynolds stresses are solved by two-equation, k-$\varepsilon$ model modified for buoyancy. The major parameters consider-ed in this study are temperature, velocity and Injection height of toxic gases, environmental conditions such as temperature and velocity of free stream air, and topographic factor. The results are presented and discussed in detail. The flow field is commonly characterized by the formation of a strong recirculation zone due to the upward motion of the hot toxic gas and ground shear stress. The driving force of the upward motion is explained by the effect of thermal buoyancy of hot gas and the difference of inlet velocity between toxic gas and free stream.

  • In the present study, reduction of harmful exhaust gas in a diesel engine using stratified injection system of dual fuel (diesel fuel and methanol) was tried. The nozzle and fuel injection pump of conventional injection system were remodeled to inject dual fuel in order from the same injector. The quantity of each fuel was controlled by micrometers, which were mounted at rack of injection pumps. The injection ratio of dual fuel was certificated by volumetric ratio in injection quantity test. Cylinder pressure and exhaust gas were measured and analyzed under various supply condition of duel fuel. We confirmed that combustion of dual fuel was performed successful1y by using modified injection system in a D.I. diesel. Soot and NOx are simultaneously reduced by stratified injection without large deterioration of thermal efficiency, but THC and CO are relatively increased.

The Estimation of Harmful Air Pollutant Emission from Landfill Site - A Subject of Sulfide Compounds - (쓰레기매립장에서의 유해대기오염물질 배출특성에 관한 연구 - 황화합물을 대상으로-)

  • In this study, we focused on typically problematic sulfide compounds Gas samples were captured at Unjung-ding landfill site in Metropolitan Kwangju with flux chamber and floating chamber, and analyzed for the amount of hydrogen sulfide($H_2S$), dimethyl sulfide $((CH_3)_2S)$ and dimethyl disulfide$((CH_3)_2S_2)$. From the gas pipe, landfill surface and leachate treatment plant, estimated total amount of $H_2S$ emission are 12.6ton/yr, 0.01ton/yr and 1.04ton/yr; estimated total amount of $((CH_3)_2S)$ 30.7ton/yr, 0.08ton/yr and 1.72ton/yr; and estimated total amount of ($((CH_3)_2S_2)$ 2.2tom/yr, 0.02ton/yr and 1.03ton/yr, respectively. Further in-depth study on co-relation between age, packing characteristics, temperature and humidity of landfill site and gas emission characteristics is needed.

  • This study was performed for the application of the exposure limit in work field and the relative noxious gas concentration was estimated by using a miniature ship. The noxious gas concentration about light and shade number distribution of measuring subject field was estimated by using floating visualization image from a miniature ship in a large wind tunnel. About the concentration estimation, the correlation of concentration distribution drawn from the existing experimental results was used, the estimation result satisfied LTEL standard.

  • Objectives: The aims of this study are to derive the characteristics of diesel exhaust gas emissions generated during vehicle checking in the garage of fire stations and of the related improvement plans for proper air quality management. Methods: The researcher measured changes in the air quality inside garages according to the operating conditions of the exhaust facility and before and after vehicle checking at three fire stations. Results: During the checking of fire engines, a large volume of hazardous substances exceeding management standards were generated, and improvement of the discharge facilities was required for proper air quality management. Conclusions: It is necessary to study the hazard evaluation of firefighters' exposure to exhaust gas, to operate exhaust gas ventilation facilities, and to prepare technical standards for proper indoor air quality management.

  • A great part of flint fuel is Hydrogen and carbon's combination, they should be generated steam and carbon gas when combine with oxygen for perfect combustion in the inside of engine but, the pollutive material are discharged, even though perfect combustion condition especially $NO_x$ and Smoke. they are really harmful for health. In this paper was shown the result of discharging gas' reduction quality. which used combination of corona discharge using the high voltage source of common frequency with EGR. $NO_x$ is increased in entire load erea in proportion to increasing of EGR rate and impression voltage. Smoke is increased slowly under 75[%] in load rate but it is increased rapidly in entire load erea and the reduction rate of Smoke is increased in proportion to increasing of impression voltage.
