The reason customer satisfaction has been considered importantly in previous researches is that customer satisfaction can lead repurchase and loyalty. For a department store which tries to differentiate from other retailing stores by providing prestige services with customers, customer satisfaction is an essential element for keeping customer loyalty. Previous researches had mentioned only marketing mix to explain the customer satisfaction of department store. However, this paper would like to examine that differential services of department store can have an effect on the customer satisfaction, as well as marketing mix. As results, place(location) variable and promotion variable of four marketing mix influenced on the customer satisfaction significantly. The rest of marketing mix, product and price, were not confirmed statistically. Most of all, as an additional variable, service can have an strong effect on the customer satisfaction positively. Therefore, department store need to consider not only marketing mix but also service variable when building marketing strategies.

Kelp (Saccharina japonica) contains various bioactive compounds, including vitamins, minerals (especially iodine and potassium), alginic acid, fucoxanthin, and various antioxidants. Kelp is mainly used as a dried product. The purpose of this study was to investigate the stabilities of antioxidant capacities and fucoxanthin of kelp by different conventional drying conditions including hot air drying at 70℃ and natural drying methods. Fucoxanthin, total phenolic contents, and total antioxidant capacity by ABTS, DPPH, and FRAP assays were significantly decreased after 5 to 10 h of hot air drying at 70℃. The assay values were also significantly decreased by 50% after 2 days of drying due to ultraviolet exposure. The findings demonstrate that heat and ultraviolet exposure during drying of kelp could affect the degradation of bioactive compounds, especially fucoxanthin and polyphenols. Optimal conditions should be considered during kelp drying and storage.

Recently, under the pressure of national necessity, the national S&T information system(NTIS) for collecting, managing and distributing various R&D information is under discussion. The close inter-connections and cooperations among elements in R&D process, activity, information and data levels are the basis of national S&T information system. In this paper, we propose a cross reference model of R&D information. The proposed model includes research project, person and output information which are essential in the R&D activities. By using the proposed model, a cross navigating and referencing among R&D information is possible. And various queries on the models from various viewpoints are also possible. XML Topic Map, ISO13250 Standard, is used for development of the proposed model. The efficiencies and further practical usages of proposed model are discussed by demonstrating the proposed model with an example.

국가 보건의료체계(health care system)가 올바르게 기능하기 위해서는 의료체계를 구성하는 각 요소들간의 유기적인 상호 작용이 대단히 중요하다. 정보체계는 이러한 유기적인 상호 작용을 위해 보건의료체계의 각 영역에서 꼭 필요한 시스템이다. 보건의료 서비스를 효율적으로 생산하기 위해서 투입하는 자원의 개발과 배치 체계는 물론 생산된 보건의료 서비스를 소비자가 효과적으로 이용할 수 있도록 하는 서비스 전달체계(delivery system)의 전과정에서 보건의료정보체계는 중요한 인프라가 되고 있다. 정보체계는 궁극적으로 보건의료체계가 지향하는 목적을 달성할 수 있도록 짜여져야 한다. 다시 말해, 의료체계의 각 하부영역에서 의료이용의 접근성(accessibility), 형평성(equity), 서비스의 의과학적 질(scientific technical quality), 포괄성(comprehensiveness) 등 보건의료체계가 추구하는 가치를 정보체계에서도 그대로 담아 낼 수 있어야 한다. 또한 정보체계를 구축하기 위한 요건으로 각 사업 영역별 표준화, 사업 영역간의 상호관계, 공공과 민간의 역할 분담, 정보 관련 시선과 인력, 정보기술 등의 인프라, 각 사업 영역별 정보화에서 담아야 할 정보 내용(contents, DB) 등에 대한 사전 기획이 수립되어야 한다. 그 동안 보건의료분야의 정보화사업은 1996년부터 보건소기관의 행정, 진료, 보건 업무지원을 위한 보건소정보화사업과, 1995년부터 초고속공공응용서비스 사업의 일환으로 추진해 온 전염병, 혈액유통, 장기이식, 외래진료예약, 원격진료, 응급의료, 원격치매진료 시스템 구축사업 등이 있으며, 응급의료, 혈액관리, 장기이식, 전염병정보, 외래진료예약시스템을 통합한 보건의료정보통합서비스시스템(1998년) 구축사업 등이 있었다. 이러한 사업들에 대해 현재 평가되고 있는 문제점들로는 정보화 사업에 대한 전략과 비젼이 부재한 상태에서 지나치게 정보기술 중심으로 추진되다 보니 보건의료 정보의 공유나 활용이 전혀 이루어지지 않거나 매우 제한적이었고, 시범사업의 경우는 초기 사업을 추진하기 위한 주체가 명확하지 않았고, 관련 인력의 훈련과 양성이 안 되었으며, 사업 확대를 위한 법적 기반의 취약, 정보화 사업이 부실한 데 대한 평가 기준과 대안 제시 등이 매우 취약한 것이 문제점으로 나타났다. 특히, 정보 내용과 DB 구축을 위한 표준화 등에 대한 사전 설계 부재는 개발된 정보시스템의 운영을 결정적으로 어렵게 만든 요인이 되고 있다. 전반적으로 기존의 정보화사업은 사업 추진을 위해서 꼭 필요한 비젼 수립, 비젼에 따른 목표 설정, 전략 개발, 관리체계 구축, 운영방안 수립 등 단계적인 정보화 계획이 부재한 것으로 평가되고 있어 보건의료정보체계 구축을 위한 종합 비젼 기획(ISP)이 시급한 실정이다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a collaborative model for the archiving and preservation of an electronic book(e-book). In this study the way of the archiving and preservation for the e-book to deal with the technology evolution was suggested. Accordingly, the survey was made for obtaining the present status of the production and distribution of the domestic Online e-book. It is the same as the operation status of the archiving and preservation for the Online e-book worldwide. A collaborative model for accessible to preserved data, regardless of time period, was proposed for archiving the e-book, based on the OAIS reference model. There are three different models, suggested for domestic; the safe place model by law, the individual preservation/Peer-to-Peer model, and the preservation center model for e-book archiving. Among them, the safe place model by law was proposed for the optimum model of archiving an e-book at present.

According to wide civilian utilization of multi sensor satellite information, practical needs for fusion processing and interoperable operation with multiple remote sensing imageries within distributed remote server are being increased. For this task, OGC standards with respect to satellite images and its derived products are crucial factors. This study is to present an applicability of WPS through testing implementation of image processing algorithm. Open sources such as Geoserver and OTB were used linked to WPS application for implementation. WPS can be solely used for web service supporting geoprocessing algorithm, but technical consideration compromising with other important standard protocols including WMS, WFS, WCS, or WMTS is necessary to build full featured geo web for remote sensing imageries. It is expected that application of these international standards for geo-spatial information is an important approach to produce value-added results by interoperable processing between interorganizations or information dissemination containing practical satellite image processing functionalities.

Recently the commercial value of GIS(geographic information system) has been increased with growing application demands of spatial information in life space. Also, GIS has been expanded to the integrated information system that provides the ease access to map information by public users and also the combined service of GIS map data and various multimedia contents. But several security problems of GIS map data have brought up at GIS industries, such as the illegal copy and distribution of GIS map data. Furthermore, the copyright protection of GIS map data has not been researched yet compared with image and video contents. This paper presents a polyline based watermarking scheme for the copyright protection of GIS vector map. The proposed scheme analyzes the structure of vector map and embeds adaptively the watermark by using the distance distribution of polyline components. From experimental results, we verified that the proposed scheme satisfies the invisibility and the robustness of geometrical attacks.

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), which is a kind of the electronic tag, is a wireless access device using the radio frequency for recognizing the ID information. It has a variety of application such as the bus card, gate access card, distribution industry, and management of construction materials. The performance and size of RFID depend on the penetrability, recognition ratio, memory size, multi tag recognition, external pollution dust, and exterior impact, and RFID requires the packaging to protect itself considered above factors. Recently, RFID is diversely employed to effectively manage construction materials and the RFID packaging, which is robust to the external impact, is required to attach RFID on construction materials. In this paper, we propose the construction material RFID packaging designed to be robust for the external impact and to be practicable for change of the broken RFID. For the change of RFID, we separate the cast and body of the packaging. Also, we present the detail drawing for the proposed construction material RFID packaging and implement the performance evaluation of the packaging manufactured using 3D printer.

The development of computing technology and networking has developed into a fundamental technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which provides a ubiquitous environment. In the ubiquitous environment, the IoT environment has become an issue so that various devices and the things can be actively accessed and connected. Also, the RFID system using the wireless identification code attaches an RFID tag to the object, such as the production and distribution of products. It is applied to the management very efficiently. EPCglobal is conducting a research on RFID system standardization and various security studies. Since RFID systems use wireless environment technology, there are more security threats than wire problems. In particular, failure to provide confidentiality, indistinguishability, and forward safety could expose them to various threats in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Therefore, this study analyzes the standard method of EPCgolbal and proposes RFID security method using hash code that can consider the amount of computation.

Domestic corporation in High-tech industry invest huge amounts of economic resources into the Research & Development(R&D) department, especially into new product development. It might be an adequate explanation for this phenomena that as the product life cycle gets shorter, and environmental uncertainty necessitates core competency from every corporation, new product planning becomes a vital going concern for the company to keep and increase its market share This could originate from an inappropriate combination between new products and other marketing mix elements. But it could be that the main cause of these failures com from unsatisfactory customers. In the other words, R&D department failed to sufficiently recognize market needs.
