디지털 정보의 비중과 그에 대한 의존도가 현격이 높여져감에 따라 디지털 정보자원의 효율적인 수집, 저장 방법의 논의가 활발해져가고 있다. 이런 디지털 라이브러리의 분야에서 학술정보의 자유로운 이용(Open Access)에 대한 개념은 확고한 기반을 다져가고 있으며, 기술적 지원으로 제공된 OAI 프로토콜을 활용하여 해외의 학술자료들을 수집, 저장하여 배포하는 과학기술정보 유통체제는 이미 큰 이슈로 자리잡고 있다. 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)은 과학기술중앙정보센터로서 논문, 특허, 연구보고서, 사실정보, 생물다양성정보 등을 비롯한 다양한 종류의 과학기술관련 데이터베이스를 구축, 수집하여 서비스 하고 있다. 이에 국내외 과학기술 정보의 종합포털 및 디지털 전자유통 체제를 확립하기 위해 OAI 프로토콜을 통한 학술자료의 유통이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 OAI 기반 지식정보 수집 저장시스템인 stOAI(OAI 과학기술유통시스템)을 구축, 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 해외학술자료들을 OAI 프로토콜을 통해 수집 저장하여 Yeskisti(과학기술정보포털서비스)의 OA(Open Access)를 통해 해외저널을 무료로 배포하며 또한, KISITI의 과학기술정보를 효율적으로 외부 정보서비스 연계기관에게 제공하게 된다.

ISBN은 완전 자동화 된 도서 유통시스템의 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라에서의 ISBN 활용사례를 분석하고 그 문제점을 제시함으로써 도서의 출판에서 독자에게 이르는 출판정보의 유통과정을 통합하여 출판정보의 최신성을 확보하고 이를 기반으로 출판유통의 정보화를 이룩하고자 하였다.

인터넷 기술의 발전에 따라 디지털 콘텐트는 인터넷 환경에서 이용 가능한 디지털 형태로 제작되어 활발하게 유통되고 있다. 향후 디지털 콘텐트의 유통 및 사용이 일반화 될 것이며, 콘텐트 유통시스템 구축이 매우 중요하게 될 것이다. 그러나 현재의 디지털 콘텐트 유통체계는 저작권 및 콘텐트 사용권, 불법재생 및 복제에 대해 무방비 상태에 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 디지털 콘텐트 유통 시 개별적인 콘텐트를 보호 및 관리할 수 있는 기술이 필수적으로 요구되고, 저작권 보호 및 관리기술의 표준개발을 위하여 국내외 여러 표준화 단체들이 활발히 활동 중이다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 콘텐트 저작권 보호 및 관리기술을 검토하고 표준화 동향에 대해 살펴본다.

The Korean distribution market is now faced with various difficult problems. for instance, the withering of domestic demand by effect of IMF support system, the competitive foreign enterprise's entry into domestic distribution market by opening of its market, and the diversity and unexpected change of consumers' needs. Through the comparative study with Japanese distribution industry, we could find out the outline of information strategy that Korean wholesalers and retailers can solve such problems and stand at competitive advantage in Korean distribution market. We use information system in order to get data for consumers' needs quick and diversely. analyze those accurately, and put those into merchandising. So we have to work out the information strategy in line with the three-point principle, such as the integration or linking of information systems, the sustaining improvement and development of information systems, and the sharing of information.

The architecture of the National Geo-spatial Information Clearinghouse Network (NGICN) is suggested in this paper. We described the function and relationship of six elements of the NGICN. The elements are clearinghouse network gateway, clearinghouse node, geo-spatial data server, communication network, protocols and standards, and clients. The NGICN suggested in this research will prevent the duplication and improve the value of the database, and persuade the institutes or enterprises in the private sector to participate in producing the geo-spatial database. Finally it will setup the business of producing, circulating and utilizing the geo-spatial information as a new bases of Info-Communication Industry.

As wireless Internet speads widely, circulation of various types of digital contents become active. Therefore, it is necesary to make a mobile-based DRM (Digatal Rights Management) system to protect digital contents from illegal reproduction and to give proper rights to contents users, In this paper, we present a mibile security system, which protects the copyright for digital contents offered throughout the mobile environment. Our security system is focused on presenting mobile-based DRM architecture. Especially, considering mobile device's decrying power, we adopted partial encryption scheme. For this, wecompared and evaluated the performant of each contents encryption scheme (the entire encryption scheme and the partial encription scheme) and proved that a proper DRM system for current wireless devices is the partial encryption system. Our mobile DRM system can be very efficient to protect contents on the wireless Internet environment.

물류 산업이 크게 성장함에 따라 유통 및 관리되어야 할 물류량 또한 증가하게 되었다. RFID 시스템은 이에 대한 효율적인 관리 방법의 대안으로 떠올랐다. 하지만 RFID 시스템의 특성상 외부에 노출되어 운용되며, 이에 따라 다양한 외부 요소의 간섭으로 인해 RFID 태그 인지 오류를 야기할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 RFID 물류 유통 모니터링에 적용된 RFID 시스템은 실시간 모니터링을 위해 스트리밍 형태로 데이터가 발생하여 인지 오류의 감지가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 RFID 시스템의 약점을 해결하기 위해 RFID 시스템에서 발생하는 스트리밍 데이터를 대상으로 실시간 오류 감지를 할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안한다.

국내의 전자상거래 시장의 성장속도는 무척 빠르다. 그러나 이를 뒷받침할 수 있는 인프라 등의 구축도 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본고에서는 전자상거래의 성장이 어떠한 방향으로 흘러갈 것이며, 이러한 전개패턴이 결국 전자상거래, 즉 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 적정한 모형설정 및 경쟁력 강화 방안으로 연결시킬 수 있을까가 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본고의 세 가지 이슈, 즉 전자상거래의 유형문제, 택배시스템 구축의 문제, 마지막으로 유통구조의 문제로 나눠서 간단하게 요약해보면 다음과 같다. $\bigcirc$미래의 전자상거래의 유형은 유통업형이다. 중개형이나 직판형은 한계를 갖고 있다. $\bigcirc$전자상거래업체의 택배시스템의 전국적인 시스템구축과 공동 배송체계의 도입이다. $\bigcirc$유통구조는 유통단계의 축소가 아니라 매입형태의 개선에서 찾을 수 있다. 즉, 단순중개나 특정매입에서 직매입 체계로의 전환이다.
