Changes in IR Spectra of Ambers with Accelerated Aging (가속열화 시 호박 IR 특성의 경시적 변화)

  • Amber has been used as gemstones and artifacts from the period of the Three Kingdoms or earlier, which are discovered in the process of excavation now. It is, however, very difficult to discuss the importing route and circulation of amber because there are no informations available on the provenance. In this study, we acquired the IR spectra of ambers originating from 5 different locations. We also monitored the change of characteristic IR peaks by artificially aging the ambers under heat, light and heat with oxygen, respectively. As the aging proceeded, the intensity of C=O band and O-H band increased, however, the bands related with C=C bond decreased. There needed some modifications in the discerning scheme because some peak disappeared with aging; yet, it was still possible to discern different ambers largely. Therefore, it is expected that the scheme can be used practically by appraising its applicability to the real amber relics excavated.

  • 대도시지역은 인구와 경제활동의 밀집도가 매우 높은 지역이나 계속되는 교통혼잡의 가중에의한 신속한 물자이동의 제약과 화물작업을 위한 공간의 부족 등으로 인하여 원활한 수송활동과 물류활동을 제한하는 장애요인들이 화물의 이동에 비하여 많은 실정이다. 도시가 존속하고 생산활동, 소비활동을 하기 위해서는 원자재, 에너지, 제품 등이 도시내·외를 통해 생산부문간과 개인·집단간에 원활한 수송이 이루어져야 한다. 하지만, 서울과 같은 대도시는 우리 나라 전체 경제에 미치는 영향이 매우 큼에도 불구하고 급속하게 증가하는 승용차 위주로 교통소통, 교통체계개선(TSM), 도로망 구축 등의 정책이 시행되어 왔다. 대규모 물류이동이 필수적인 서울의 남대문시장, 동대문시장, 용산전자상가 등 오래전부터 형성되어 온 도심상가지역은 굳이 언급하지 않더라도 서울 근교 신도시에 점차 확산되고 있는 대형 할인매장 등의 유통업무지구, 대형 사무용 건물 등에 원활하고 적시의 수송지원을 위해서는 체계적이고 합리적인 물류체계와 화물시스템 못지 않게 그에 따른 도로의 기하하적 구조나 화물차량을 고려한 신호체계 등이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 일반적인 도시 TSM기법 중에서도 화물차량 위주의 TSM기법에 중점을 두고 대도시에 적용 가능한 도로상의 화물차량 소통기법을 연구하여 그 적용성과 기대효과를 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 크게 도시외곽을 경유하는 화물차량에 관한 도시외곽 화물 TSM 기법과 도시내 통과차량 소통기법, 주·정차 및 조업차량관리기법의도시내 화물TSM 기법으로 구성되어 있다. 도시외곽 화물 TSM 기법의 주내용은 신호체계 개선과 도로의 기하구조 개선 등이며, 도시내 화물 TSM 기법은 화물차량의 도시내 교통소통 기법과 화물차량의 주·정차 관리 및 조업차량 관리에 대한 연구를 수행한다. 대부분의 TSM 개선방안의 시행주체가 경찰청과 시이므로 본 연구의 결과는 도시의 원활한 화물교통소통을 위하여 적용가능할 것으로 예상된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to present the classification and operation systems of fashion offline stores. This research analyzed fashion literatures, articles and papers published by fashion-related companies and interviewed fashion practitioners. This research can be used as information for practitioners of the domestic fashion brand and students of fashion majors. The classification and operation systems of fashion offline stores are as follows. 1. The types of fashion offline store is classified as a form of road shop, department store, complex shopping center, select shop, outlet, and fashion wholesale retail specialty store. 2. The road shop is classified flagship store, franchise store, direct sales store, and street brand store. 3. The department store is recently using strategy to improve the profit rate, as setting up the select shop, expand the import contemporary brand stores, the men's brand stores, SPA brand stores, the street brand stores, and the soho internet shopping mall brands instead of reducing the national brands. 4. Most forms of fashion offline stores enhanced the functions to combine the catering, cultural activities and purchasing the lifestyle-related products, as well as fashion items. 5. The types of the operation system in fashion offline stores is classified as direct operations, franchise operations, middle management operations, and fully insert operations. 6. Franchise operations are tended to decline, however middle manager operations are overwhelming.

Study of the 900 MHz Near Field RFID System for the Jewelry Management (귀금속 관리를 위한 900 MHz Near Field RFID 시스템에 관한 연구)

  • A fixed 900 MHz near field RFID system is developed to provide information; market efficiency, jewelry information and the circulation history information in real time, to the customers. The developed RFID system for the jewelry management consists of a reader, antenna and a CPU in a integrated type. The system size is $38\;{\times}\;25\;{\times}\;19\;cm^3$, the operated frequency band of the reader antenna is 905 ~ 926 MHz. The maximum gain of the embedded reader antenna is 5.1 dBii(@ 910 MHz). Honeycomb tag manufactured by RSI Co. is suitable for the jewelry management than another other commercial near field tags. The tagging method and the tagging location of Honeycomb tag are suggested. In the suggested system, the maximum reading range is about 16 cm, and the zone with 100 % recognition rate is 10 cm from the radom of the reader antenna.

웹디자인 개발전략 수립을 위한 소비자의 인터넷 쇼핑 프로세스에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑시이트의 웹디지인 구성형식에 띠른 소비자의 쇼핑 프로세스의 차이점을 밝히고, 인터넷 쇼핑 사이트에 대한 소비자 만족도와 그 차원을 규명하고, 인터넷 편의성, 만족도 및 구매의도와의 관계를 조사하였다. 본 연구는 설문지조사법과 관찰법을 이용히여 인터넷을 사용하는 소비자로, 남여 대학생 101명을 편의추출히여 조사를 실시하였고, 자료분석방법으로는 기술통계, paired t-test, 요인분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 대부분의 응답자들이 인터넷사용과 인터넷 쇼핑에 어려움을 느끼지 않았으며, 인터넷 정보의 질은 소비자들이 기대수준에 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 상품정보 제공 시 사진과 설명을 동시에 사용하는 것을 선호하고 상품 홈페이지 구성의 중요도 중 속도와 정보의 질을 중요시 여기는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인터넷 쇼핑 프로세스의 관찰 결과 처음 쇼핑을 시도할 경우 인석하기 쉬운 기능키나 단어로 된 메뉴를 이용하는 경우가 대부분이며, 쇼핑 과정은 대부분 10번의 클릭으로 이루어졌고, 쇼핑과정 동안 쇼핑에 재미를 느끼지 못하는 경우도 많았으며 마음에 들지 않거나 선호하는 상품이 없는 경우 쇼핑을 중단하는 것이 대부분이었다. 그리고 매장구성은 텍스트보다는 그림을 선호하는 경우가 많았다. 셋째, 인터넷 쇼핑에 대한 소비자 만족요소 중에 '직접 가지 않아도 되는 것'과 '시간, 장소에 구애받지 않는다'는 항목에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타났으나 상품의 구색이나 가격, 유통업자 및 상품의 신뢰도 요인에 대한 만족도가 낮게 나타났으며 만족/불만족 요인으로는 주문처리의 정확성/다양성, 인터넷 쇼핑의 편의성, 상품의 다양성/신뢰성, 주문 방법의 편의/경제성, 쇼핑 방법의 용이성의 5가지 요인으로 나타났다. 넷째, 인터넷 편의성은 소비자 만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나, 인터넷 쇼핑의 만족은 구매의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 쇼핑의 만족도가 높을수록 구매의도가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 상품의 다양성/신뢰성 요인에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 구매의도가 가장 높아지는 것으로 조사되었다. 인터넷 쇼핑 사이트에서 소비자들은 전형적인 의복구매행동과 유사하거나 오히려 더 많은 정보와 서비스롤 요구하는 것으로 나타났다. 직접 보지 못하고 구매해야 한다는 데 대한 두려움과 거부감을 많이 나타내고 쇼핑 시 즐거움에 대한 중요도도 높게 나타났다.

  • As the un-tact and on-tact consumption culture has proliferated due to the impact of COVID-19, 'live commerce', a form of shopping while communicating with customers through real-time streaming broadcasting, is emerging in the commerce and distribution industry. Live commerce provides an environment where customers can get the convenience of online shopping and enjoy un-tact shopping more realistically while communicating with the broadcaster in real time, as if purchasing directly from an offline store. Therefore, purchases using live commerce are expected to increase further. In this study, based on the characteristics of live commerce, the main factors influencing the increase in purchase intention through live commerce were derived and their influences were verified. In particular, this study examined these factors in multiple dimensions with focusing on strong interactivity, realistic presence, and providing detailed reviews with high credibility for products as the features of live commerce. This research collected sample data from actual users of live commerce and empirically analyzed the significance of the factors influencing the purchase increase of live commerce, thereby providing implications for knowledge management in a newly changed commerce environment in the un-tact era.

A Study on the Forecasting Model on Market Share of a Retail Facility -Focusing on Extension of Interaction Model- (유통시설의 시장점유율 예측 모델에 관한 연구 -상호작용 모델의 확장을 중심으로)

  • In this chapter, we summarize the results on the optimal location selection and present limitation and direction of research. In order to reach the objective, this study selected and tested the interaction model which obtains the value of co-ordinates on location selection through the optimization technique. This study used the original variables in the model, but the results indicated that there is difference in reality. In order to overcome this difference, this study peformed market survey and found the new variables (first data such as price, quality and assortment of goods, and the second data such as aggregate area, and area of shop, and the number of cars in the parking lot). Then this study determined an optimal variable by empirical analysis which compares an actual value of market share in 1988 with the market share yielded in the model. However, this study found the market share in each variables does not reflect a reality due to an assumption of λ-value in the model. In order to improve this, this study performed a sensitivity analysis which adds the λ value from 1.0 to 2.9 marginally. The analyzed result indicated the highest significance with the market share ratio in 1998 at λ of 1.0. Applying the weighted value to a variable from each of the first data and second data yielded the results that more variables from the first data coincided with the realistic rank on sales. Although this study have some limits and improvements, if a marketer uses this extended model, more significant results will be produced.

Investigation of Unintentionally Hazardous Substance in Commercial Herbs for Food and Medicine (유통 식약공용농산물 중 비의도적 유해물질 오염도 조사)

  • This study was performed to investigate the contamination levels of heavy metals (such as lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury) and aflatoxin (such as $B_1$, $B_2$, $G_1$ and $G_2$) in commercial herbs for food and medicine. The concentrations of the heavy metals were measured by the ICP-MS and a mercury analyzer. The aflatoxins were analyzed by a HPLC-florescence coupled with photochemical derivatization. The detection ranges of the lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury were found to be 0.006~4.088 mg/kg, 0.002~2.150 mg/kg, ND~0.610 mg/kg and ND~0.0139 mg/kg respectively. Among the total samples, the 3 samples (2.6%) were not suitable for the specification of cadmium by the MFDS (Ministry of Food and Drug Safety). The 13 samples of the total 117 samples were aflatoxin positive (11.1%). The amount of aflatoxin $G_1$ was $0.7834{\mu}g/kg$ in the Puerariae Radix and aflatoxin $G_2$ were $0.3517{\mu}g/kg$, $0.4881{\mu}g/kg$ in two samples of the Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, respectively. The aflatoxins $B_2$ and $G_1$ were simultaneously detected in the 10 Angelicae Gigantis Radix. The detection ranges of aflatoxins $B_2$ and $G_1$ were $0.2324{\sim}1.0358{\mu}g/kg$ and $0.7552{\sim}1.6545{\mu}g/kg$ respectively in Angelicae Gigantis Radix. The results of the current study suggest that continuous monitoring is needed for the proactive management of commercial herbs for food and medicine safety.

Microbiological Quality of Fresh-Cut Produce and Organic Vegetables (신선편의 샐러드와 유기농 채소류의 미생물학적 품질 및 식중독 미생물 오염도)

  • This study was performed to assess the microbiological quality and potential health risk of fresh-cut produce and organic vegetables sampled from supermarkets and department stores in Korea. A total of 96 samples comprised three types of fresh-cut produce (sprouts, mixed-vegetables, fruit) and three types of organic vegetables (lettuce, perilla leaf, green pepper). The samples were analyzed for total viable cell counts, coliforms, Enterobacteriaceae, Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp., Listeria monocytogenes, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Bacillus cereus, and Staphylococcus aureus. The microbiological counts of fruit were very low. Sprouts were highly contaminated by total viable cell counts ($8.3{\pm}0.57$ log CFU/g), Enterobacteriaceae ($7.1{\pm}0.76$ log CFU/g), and coliforms ($4.9{\pm}0.40$ log MPN/g), and showed a high incidence level of B. cereus ($2.9{\pm}0.48$ log CFU/g). Of the fresh-cut produce analyzed, six (13.6%) mixed-vegetable salads were E. coli positive. S. aureus was detected in only one sprout sample and one mixed-vegetable salad, and its contamination levels were under 2 log CFU/g, which is appropriate for Korean standards (<3 log CFU/g) of fresh-cut produce. Of the organic vegetables, lettuces were highly contaminated by total viable cell counts ($6.4{\pm}0.74$ log CFU/g), Enterobacteriaceae ($5.7{\pm}0.98$ log CFU/g), and coliforms ($3.7{\pm}1.72$ log MPN/g). Two (13.6%) organic lettuce and one (7.1%) perillar leaf sample were E. coli positive, and S. aureus was detected in one lettuce and two perilla leaf samples. Salmonella spp., Vibrio parahaemolyticus, and Listeria monocytogenes were not detected in any of the fresh-cut produce or organic vegetables analyzed.

Evaluation of Elution Characteristics by Material for Kitchen Utensils - Focusing on the Metallic Kitchen Utensils (유통 주방기구의 재질별 용출 특성 평가 -금속제 주방기구 중심으로-)

  • In this study we analyzed the elution rates of 11 metals from 82 metallic kitchen utensils purchased in the market. The elution frequency of the 11 types of metals was iron > aluminum > chromium, nickel > zinc > copper > lead > arsenic > antimony > stannum > cadmium. For metallic kitchen utensils, the elution rate of heavy metals was 7.3-93.9%, and the average elution concentration was 0.001-13.473 mg/L. The average elution concentration of heavy metals was ranged between none-detected (N. D.) to 30.473 mg/L for non-coated kitchen utensils and 0.000-10.005 mg/L for coated kitchen utensils. The average elution concentration of metals from domestic kitchen utensils ranged from 0.001-25.145 mg/L, and from 0.000-33.518 mg/L for imported kitchen utensils. In particular, aluminum was found to be high in domestic kitchen utensils while iron was high in imported kitchen utensils. The average elution concentration of heavy metals was N.D.-2.670 mg/L for stainless steel, N.D.- 31.575 mg/L for aluminum, and N.D.-307.737 mg/L for iron. The amount of transition to food after cooking was investigated.
