The infection of primary teeth occurs by caries or trauma. But, if it is not treated on time, the complication may occur such as enamel hypoplasia, discoloration, impaction, displacement and dilaceration of permanent successors. The periapical lesion on primary tooth could displace the permanent successors in any direction. Treatment options of displaced tooth are observation after extracting the primary teeth, surgical exposure orthodontic traction, transplantation and extraction. In these cases, displacement of permanent central incisor caused by the periapical lesion of primary teeth was observed. The spontaneous eruption after extraction of primary teeth was expected considering degree of displacement, development of root and direction of eruption. This case report shows spontaneous eruption of displaced permanent tooth germ was achieved with periodic examination after extraction of primary teeth.

본 논문은 지난 1월 '벤처기업 육성에 관한 특별조치법(이하, 벤처기업법)'이 한시법에서 상시법으로 변경되고, 이에 추가적으로 성과조건부주식(일명 이하 RSU: Restiricted Stock Unit) 도입 등의 내용이 담긴 일부개정법률이 국무회의를 통과하며 2024년 7월 시행을 예고하고 있는 시점에서, RSU가 당초 도입 취지에 맞게 스타트업과 벤처기업의 우수인력유치 위한 실효성을 담보 할수 있는지 여부와 이의 제고를 위해서는 어떠한 방안들이 추가 검토되어야 하는지에 대한 방안을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 본 논문은 크게 세 가지의 연구내용을 분석하였다. 첫째, RSU가 어떻게 기존 다른 주식보상제도와는 다르게 스타트업과 벤처기업에 우수인력 유치가 가능하도록 도모하는지에 대한 분석이다. 둘째, 현재 도입예정인 RSU 법률안에 대해 주요법률적 쟁점을 넘어 스타트업과 벤처기업의 시장현장 관점에서 얼마나 실효성이 담보되어 있는지를 분석하는 것이다. 셋째, 현재 도입예정인 RSU 법률안이 스타트업과 벤처기업에게 우수한 인력유치라는 도입 취지를 제고하기 위해서는 어떠한 보완이 추가되어야 하는지에 대해 쟁점을 도출하고 이를 스타트업과 벤처생태계의 주요 관련 이해그룹의 전문가들을 대상으로 FGI를 실시하여 시장친화적인 RSU 세부도 입방안 기반을 제공하는 것이다. 본 논문은 도입예정인 RSU가 우수한 인력유치가 절실한 스타트업과 중소벤처기업에게 자본여력이 충분하지 못한 상황에서도 보유주식을 활용해 우수인력을 유치하도록 견인 할 수 있는 제도적 기반 마련 즉, 향후 예정되어 있는 RSU의 대통령 시행령 기반 마련에 일조할 것으로 기대한다. 이를 통해 본 논문은 RSU가 기존 주식보상제도들의 한계를 극복하는 대안으로 성장하며, 스타트업과 벤처생태계의 우수인력 유치수단으로 안착하는데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

정부는 최근 인천, 부산, 광양 등 3개 지역 경제자유구역청을 조직$\cdot$인사$\cdot$재정 등에서 자율성과 독립적인$\cdot$허가권을 행사하는 특별지방자치단체로 격상키로 하였다. 외자유치를 통한 원스톱 행정서비스를 제공하기 위해서다. 현재는 외자유치시 각 상급 지자체를 돌아다니며 인허가를 받아야 하기 때문이다. 하지만 특별지자체는 통상의 지자체와 구별되기 때문에 상위 단체의 규제를 받지 않고, 외자유치 등의 특수 목적을 위해서는 최대한의 자율적 권한을 갖게 된다. 이렇듯 정부에서도 경제자유구역청에 많은 관심과 힘을 쏟고 있다고 할 수 있다. 3개 지역의 경제자유구역청 중 가장 왕성한 활동을 펼치면서 외자유치에 모범이 되는 곳이 있다. 바로 광양만권경제자유구역청. 지난해 3월에 개청되어 타 경제자유구역청보다 늦게 출발하였지만 그 결과는 정 반대다. 광양만권경제자유구역청의 초대 청장으로 부임한 백옥인 청장은 포스코터미널 등 8개 업체로부터 9034만달러의 투자를 유치하고 국내외 15개 업체와 2조 720억원에 달하는 투자의향서를 교환하는 등 광양만권을 발전시키기 위해 노력하고 있다. 나아가, 광양에 대한 국제 인지도를 높이고 도로 등 SOC를 확충해 기본적인 투자환경을 조성해 가면서, 동북아 경제 및 물류 거점도시로 발돋움하기 위한 구체적인 계획을 하나하나 펼쳐 나가고 있다.

A simple and safe method of urethral Foley catheterization using guide wire was devised and applicated to 7 patients with urethral false tract and 3 patients underwent transurethral resection of the prostate for benign prostatic hypertrophy with success in all without difficulties.

This study was to determine the efficacy in the remineralization on premary teeth following the application of toothpaste with and without sodium fluoride. All tooth were checked using microhardness tester and the calcium (Ca) and phosphorous (P) concentration by electron probe microanalyzer (EPMA) analysis for the 4 weeks. The collected data was analysed using the statistical software program SPSS, 20.0. The applied enamel of premary teeth with 0.243% fluoridated toothpaste resulted in significant differences in the microhardness values (p>0.05). The Ca and P concentrations of applied premary teeth with fluoridated toothpaste were also significant difference in norm wt% (p>0.05). As a results, a increasing the surface microhardness of the premary teeth and providing a remineralizing effect by increased Ca and P concentrations.

The time-lag effect of the policy was analyzed focusing on the financial subsidies which are the incentive for attracting the foreign direct investment for the Korean industries from 2007 to 2012. The analysis results show that Korea's policy for attracting the foreign direct investment has the time leg of 2 or 3 years after the implementation of the policy. If the goal is to attract the foreign investment or introduce the advanced industrial technologies, the tax reduction system would be better. However, if the goal is to get the short term effects such as job creation or regional development, the direct subsidy or the financial support (financing) or the lexicographic characteristics of the policy for foreign investment would be more effective for attracting the foreign investment. Accordingly, the Korea's policy for attracting the foreign direct investment should be focused on the realistic policies such as direct subsidies or financial support (financing) rather than the tax reduction system.

최근 대학을 기반으로 한 스타트업 육성 정책 및 학생 스타트업의 초기 시장 진입을 위한 엑셀러레이팅 프로그램은 매년 증가하고 있으나, 스타트업의 성공적인 투자 유치 사례는 부족하다. 많은 투자 성공 결정 요인 중 기존 선행연구를 통해 새로운 벤처의 투자 여부를 결정할 때 기업가와 관련된 요소들이 연구되었으나, 투자자와 기업가 사이에 형성되는 투자 결정 과정에 대한 연구가 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는SEED 단계의 세 번의 투자를15개의 질문을 통해 분석하여 투자 성공에 가중치를 주는 3가지 요인을 (팀 역량, 보유 기술 역량, 심사역과의 관계) 찾아냈으며, 투자 진행 정도에 따라 인지(Awareness), 알아감(Knowing), 유치(Meeting)로 나누어 각 단계에서 전략적인 경영자의 행동이 투자에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석했다. 학생 기술 창업자들 중 40억이상 투자 받은 기업은 드물다. 이는 학생 창업자들의 투자 유치에 필요한 구체적인 메뉴얼이 부족하기 때문이라고 생각한다. 모든 학생 창업가들이 '(주)레티널'의 성공사례와 유사할 수는 없지만, 유사한 환경에서 창업을 하고 있는 사례를 구체적으로 분석한 본 사례를 통해 학생들의 투자 유치시 구체적인 전략을 수립하는데 도움을 줄 것이라고 시대한다. 또한 대학 창업의 투자 성공률을 높이는데 기여할 수 있을 것이라고 생각된다.

A lien is the right to possession the thing until receiving repayment of its bonds in some cases that the property of other person or the occupant for marketable securities receive the bond that has occurred on that property or marketable securities. This has own purpose to break 'principle of creditor equality' to protect especially the bond of the subject occupant in terms of justice. These lien on our civil law come according to the law in prepared certain requirements. However, an incomplete real rights granted by way of security that does not have a preferential performance right or seniority on the exchange value of the object suffer from the problems a lot in the real estate auction process because of the feature that is not announced in the register unlike the mortgage. In addition, the lien of real estate is not lapsed in an auction process. There is no preferential performance righ in a positive law as providing that can oppose to the buyer(a successful bidder) until received repayment the secured bond price to be compliant with the lien(Civil Case Execution Law the 91st clause of Article 5). However, as asserted the super preferential performance righ to a buyer in real terms, acts as primary cause of breaking unexpected loss and according unfair law relation to a senior mortgagee and seizor, etc. and the principles of the creditors equality to the persons concerned in other words, the principles of justice. All of these issues are the establishment of the lien and theory conflict on the effects. In spite of the fluctuations of a real right about real estate is announced as a registration by the current law, only the lien come into unclear announcement means for possession. In addition, Civil Case Execution Law argument is caused by the adoption abernahmeprinzip about the lien (Civil Case Execution Law the 91st clause of Article 5). Therefore, this paper was examined briefly the significance and purpose, history and law-making examples of each country and the valid requirements and effect of the lien that is basic principle of law about the lien system above all. And then, it will be reviewed the improvement plan for de lege ferenda to improve the issues about this after reviewing the objection, theory and judicial precedent about opposing power and preferential performance right of the lien in the real estaKey Words : Lien, Oppose Power, Mortgage right, Preferential Performance right, Seizure, Real Estate Auction, Lien who can not Opposing against Successful Bidder, Lien who can Oppose against Successful Bidder, Possessionte auction that is a fundamental problem on requirement and effect of the lien.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between morphology and number of deciduous teeth and the occurrence of other dental anomalies in their successors, and to evaluate the necessity of early diagnosis of dental anomalies in the primary dentition. Prevalence of double teeth and congenital missing teeth was investigated in 254(134 boys, 120 girls) panoramic radiographic films, taken by 2 to 7-year-old children in Chonnam National University Hospital from 2000 to 2005. And then it was examined that relationship of anomalies of the primary dentition and their successors. Among them 11 children(6 boys, 5 girls) had double teeth or missing teeth. And prevalence of the double teeth was 1.6% and missing teeth was 3.1%. One subject had double teeth in in the mandible and missing teeth in the maxilla. Of the 11 cases of dental anomalies in primary dentition, 7 cases had congenital missing tooth in their successors. This study suggests that the dental anomalies in the primary dentition induced high prevalence of the congenital missing of permanent successors in the permanent dentition.

If it is possible to preserve and culture cells from exfoliated deciduous teeth in a readily available storage medium within each family, more stem cells would be obtained. This research is about the effect of storage media and time on pulpal cell viability of exfoliated deciduous teeth. 330 exfoliated deciduous teeth were randomly divided into 11 groups; fresh group, dry group, groups stored in cell culture medium (2, 4, 7 days each), in milk (2, 4, 7 days each), and in saline (2, 4, 7 days each). Primary culture of pulpal cells was conducted in each group and the success rates were compared by calculating the number of teeth with viable cells. The result of primary culture shows that the success rate decreases as the time of storage gets longer. There was no statistical difference between groups stored in the cell culture medium, milk, and saline for 2 and 4 days. However, the groups stored in milk and saline for 7 days showed dramatic decrease in success rate compared to the group stored in the cell culture medium. In conclusion, exfoliated or extracted deciduous teeth can be used to culture pulpal cells when they are stored in milk and saline for a certain period of time; however obtaining viable pulpal cells becomes harder as the storage time gets longer.
