  • 최근 인터넷의 급격한 발전의 결과로서 전산 시스템의 대규모화와 복잡화가 증가함에 따라 시스템의 전문적인 관리를 위한 솔루션에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 서비스를 수행중인 시스템에 있어서 성능 관리는 전산 자원의 가동 성능을 유지하고 향상시키는 일련을 작업을 의미하며 모니터링, 진단, 제어의 사이클로 관리자와 상호작용을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 인터넷 서버의 관리를 위한 시스템 관리 솔루션인 MATRlx (MATRIx's Advanced Technology of Resource Information extraction / eXploitation / eXploration / eXchange) 시스템을 소개하며 MATRIx 시스템의 성능 관리 블록인 MATRIx-PFMB의 설계 및 구현에 대한 이슈들을 다룬다. MATRIx-PFMB(PerFormance Management Block)는 관리 서버와 에어젼트 및 관리자 콘솔로 구성되며 능동적인 시스템 관리를 위한 진단 도구 및 제어 기능을 제공하고 기능 확장의 용이성을 제공하기 위한 프레임워크 구조를 갖는다.

  • Inter-floor noise in an apartment building is a serious problem that causes conflicts between tenants. Accordingly, there are various attempts to solve this problem, but it is not easy to find a clear solution. Therefore, in this study, a soundproofing material between floors was developed that can improve the sagging that occurs after construction. And as a result of testing the developed interlayer soundproofing material, both light weight and weight were grade 1. And it was analyzed that maintenance performance could be improved with integrated structural characteristics.

Development of Deep Learning Based Deterioration Prediction Model for the Maintenance Planning of Highway Pavement (도로포장의 유지관리 계획 수립을 위한 딥러닝 기반 열화 예측 모델 개발)

  • The maintenance cost for road pavement is gradually increasing due to the continuous increase in road extension as well as increase in the number of old routes that have passed the public period. As a result, there is a need for a method of minimizing costs through preventative grievance preventive maintenance requires the establishment of a strategic plan through accurate prediction of road pavement. Hence, In this study, the deep neural network(DNN) and the recurrent neural network(RNN) were used in order to develop the expressway pavement damage prediction model. A superior model among these two network models was then suggested by comparing and analyzing their performance. In order to solve the RNN's vanishing gradient problem, the LSTM (Long short-term memory) circuits which are a more complicated form of the RNN structure were used. The learning result showed that the RMSE value of the RNN-LSTM model was 0.102 which was lower than the RMSE value of the DNN model, indicating that the performance of the RNN-LSTM model was superior. In addition, high accuracy of the RNN-LSTM model was verified through the comparison between the estimated average road pavement condition and the actually measured road pavement condition of the target section over time.

  • Rail transit agencies in Korea have been struggling to set up a performance-based rail facility maintenance plan because there are no formal definition and decision criteria for aging infrastructure. This study investigates the definition of aging infrastructure through extensive literature review and identifies benchmarking criteria through comparison with rail transit facility management systems in Korea and United States. As results, an aging infrastructure should be defined considering both service age and performance level of a facility. The priority of repair/replacement should be also determined with reasonable criteria based on relationship between service age and performance level. To determine the definition and decision criteria, a practicable classification system for aging rail transit needs to be established in accordance with classification system for performance assessment. Furthermore, a comprehensive database needs to be built including useful life, performance level, and maintenance cost of each component of rail transit. It will allow establishing an efficient budget execution plan for aging infrastructure.

  • 그 동안 군은 1970년대부터 전력증강의 일환으로 각종 무기체계 연구개발 사업을 추진해 오면서 무기체계에 내장되는 소프트웨어의 중요성을 인식하고 있었음에도 불구하고 하드웨어 위주의 무기체계획득관리 업무로 인하여 소프트웨어 개발관리 소홀로 무기체계 배치 후 유지보수에 막대한 시간과 비용이 투입되고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 최근 무기체계에 사용되는 소프트웨어에 대한 품질보증 및 형상관리 활동 강화의 일환으로 무기/비무기체계 내장형 소프트웨어에 대한 관리지침(안)을 제정하려는 움직임을 앞으로 군이 무기체계를 운용함에 있어 성능은 물론 무기체계의 신뢰성, 유지보수성을 확보하기 위한 관점에서 볼 때 매우 시기 적절한 방향이라 하겠다.

  • Purpose: Recently, due to increasing usage of high-tech equipment for facility inspection, the need of verifying high-tech equipment is being emphasized. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to develop performance evaluation methodology of tunnel scanners that inspect tunnel facilities. Method: This paper describes literature reviews regarding the performance evaluation methodology of high-tech based equipment for facility inspection. Based on these investigations and expert advisory meetings, this paper suggests a performance evaluation methodology of tunnel scanner. Result: First evaluation indicator states minimum performance standards of tunnel scanners. Second evaluation indicator is related to tunnel scanner quality. Conclusion: The performance evaluation methodology can provide reliable equipment performance catalogues, helping users to make a proper selection of equipment. Also, developers of equipment can get authorized verification of performances, preventing poor maintenance of facilities.

Analysis of Behavior due to Tendon Damage for Maintenance of PSC I Girder Bridge (PSC I 거더교 유지관리를 위한 긴장재 손상에 따른 거동 분석)

  • Prestressed concrete (PSC) bridges are vulnerable to corrosion and fracture of tendons, and in particular, structures using the internal post-tensioned with grouted system have difficulties in maintenance due to limitations of inspection. In this study, the actual behavior of PSC I girder bridge was analyzed according to tendon damage. The target PSC I girder bridge, an decommissioned highway bridge of upper and lower bridges, had the service period of 33 years and 20 years, respectively. Deflection and concrete strain were measured according to the location of damaged tendon and loading method. Regardless of the age of the bridge, its structural performance decreased when the damaged tendon was closer to the center of the girder. The change in behavior increased as the truck load approached to the girder where the tendon cut. If the load was applied to the adjacent girder where the tendon was cut, the structural performance was likely to be maintained due to the influence of the entire structural system. The change in deflection was difficult to observe visually, while the concrete strain exceeded the cracking strain. Therefore, it is recommended that future monitoring and inspection of PSC I girder bridges should focus on concrete strain or cracking.

  • As time goes by, educational facilities have become superannuated and damaged; therefore, performance and safety of buildings have been decreased. It causes the decrease of service quality and deterioration of educational environment. In order to protect facilities from serious damages and deterioration, a consistent maintenance and repair program is required. The educational facilities can keep the good educational environments and also make better environments through the program. This study is made by investigating and analyzing the maintenance data which was collected from fifty schools in Asan area, Chungchengnam-do in order to derive foundation data for the efficient educational environment maintenance program.

자율운항선박 핵심 기관시스템 성능 모니터링 및 고장예측 진단 기술 개발

  • 선박 기관시스템이 효율적이고 안이정적인 운용을 위해서는 실시간 상태 모니터링 기반의 이상탐지, 고장진단 더 나아가 고장예측에 따른 대응조치를 할 수 있는 기술이 필요하며 이를 상태기반 유지관리(Condition Based Maintenance, CBM)이라 지칭한다. 해당 기술을 개발 및 확보하기 위해서는 가장 우선적으로 기관시스템에 대한 다양한 고장 데이터가 확보되어야 하며 이후, 확보된 데이터에 대한 특징추출 등 전처리 알고리즘, 고장 진단 및 예측 알고리즘 등을 개발하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 선박 추진용 엔진 및 발전기 엔진에 대한 상태기반 유지관리 기술의 개발현황과 향후 지속적인 연구 추진방향을 소개하고자 한다.
