Improved Method for Increasing Maintenance Efficiency of Construction Structure Using Augmented Reality by Marker-Less Method (비마커기반 증강현실을 이용한 건설 구조물 유지관리 효율화 방안)

  • As BIM has been increasingly applied to building project recently, its application to civil engineering project is also on the rise. As construction structures have been expanded and complicated in a size and type, the information for handling maintenance process has also increased. Thus, to actively utilize the BIM information created at the design stage, this study has been carried out to establish a maintenance system using a marker-less based augmented reality method, by presenting a maintenance system for the construction structures using augmented reality. A SURF algorithm is used to link the 3D objects in the design and construction phases to the maintenance phase. The presented method in this study can increase the utilization of 3D information created at the design stage, by offering an augmented reality technology at the maintenance stage. The method could also improve the efficiency of visual inspection on construction structures by augmenting 3D model of a bridge structure.

  • A systemic building maintenance management is necessary to supply an convenience and safety environment by maintain the origin features for a building's life. However, the exist maintenance management system has some problems such as interoperability of information or standardization of data. In those reasons, a critical information for maintenance a building may be lost and changed. In addition, the data could be crashed or lost on a process of re-input or re-produce. This paper purpose the interoperability in exchanging data between design/construction and operation phases. In addition, this model will enhance the efficiency of building maintenance tasks through information quality improvement and data reproduction prevention.

  • 사회기반 시설물들의 노후화로 유지보수 비용이 급격하게 증가하고 있는 선진국뿐만 아니라 국내에서도 시설물을 체계적으로 관리하여 안전사고를 예방하고 유지관리 예산을 절감하고자 하는 관심이 날로 증대하고 있다. 해외의 뉴질랜드, 호주, 캐나다, 미국, 영국 등의 나라에서는 공공시설물 유지관리에 자산개념을 도입하여 관련 법과 제도를 정비하고 대웅적 유지관리방식보다 자산의 가치 중심의 예방적 유지관리로 전환하여 일정 부분 성과를 내고 있다. 국내에서도 시설물을 체계적으로 관리하여 안전사고를 예방하고 유지관리 예산을 절감하고자 하는 관심이 날로 증대하고 있다. 이에 IIMM의 자산관리 업무절차 모델과 국내에서 제시된 KTAM-40을 비교하여 공공시설물 자산관리 정보시스템의 설계방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 전 세계적으로 홍수의 발생빈도가 증가함에 따라, 하천 내 홍수피해를 경감하기 위해 설치하는 하천시설에 대한 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 하천시설은 홍수조절, 이수를 위한 흐름의 제어와 유도, 자연환경의 유지 및 개선 등 중요한 역할을 하고 있으나, 구조적으로 물과의 접촉이 많아 물리적 손상이나 노후화가 매우 빠르게 진행되는 특성이 있다. 시설물의 노후화가 지속될수록 안정성을 보장하기 어려워 자연재난의 규모를 증가시킬 위험성이 있다. 하천시설의 선제적 유지관리를 위해, 본 연구에서는 시설물통합정보관리시스템(Facilty Management System; FMS)의 정밀안전진단 결과를 활용하여 시설물의 사용연수에 따른 성능지표의 변화를 기반으로 회귀식 형태의 성능평가모델을 개발하였다. 기존연구와의 비교를 통해 성능평가모델의 적합성을 확인하였으며, 개발한 성능평가모델은 하천시설의 생애주기를 통합적으로 고려함으로써 정량적인 상태를 예측할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서 제안된 성능평가모델 결과는 하천시설의 생애주기 관리를 위한 기초자료로 활용 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

Development of A Model for Diagnosing Management Capabilities of Public Facility (공공시설물관리 역량 진단 모델 개발)

  • Recently, the aging of public facilities in Korea have accelerated, and the existing framework for facility management is shifting toward to facility asset management in terms of performance-based proactive control. Therefore, the operation of public facility involves both safety assurance from the deteriorated facilities and management capabilities for sustainable maintenance in the required valuation and level of service, such as valuation of facility assets, life-cycle management plans, financing, and so on. In this study, the Facility Asset Management Indicator(FAMI) has been developed for public facility asset management, and it provides the quantitative management grade, based on international standards, such as ISO 55000 series and International Infrastructure Management Manual(IIMM). The FMMI includes 10 key areas to apply a diagnosis model into management capabilities, 113 detailed elements, and 5 maturity grades. As the importance of public facility asset management is increasing constantly, this is expected to identify previously the strengths and weaknesses of public facility operating institutions. Eventually, they can obtain the effective ways to improve their own capabilities, minimize the public funds, establish the strategies for innovating the current management structures, and operate stably the facilities in the required performance.

  • As the aging of large domestic SOC facilities accelerates, facility maintenance is also changing from safety evaluation based on the current condition to performance-oriented preventive and preemptive maintenance based on the prediction of the level of future obsolescence. In particular, in the case of bridges, class 1 and 2 bridges are systematically managed along with many studies, but for small and medium-sized class 3 bridges there is no collection and utilization of historical data presenting performance degradation during their service life. Therefore, in this study, 3D model-based demonstration DB system was designed and developed to intuitively check the damage change rate at the damage location by registering the maintenance history by life cycle for each member's exterior damage in the 3D bridge object and to enable API-based comprehensive performance evaluation.

  • Given the trend of increased apartment buildings and high-rise buildings, the maintenance of apartment buildings has been set a higher value. For this reason, a total performance evaluation model of the existing buildings has recently been developed. But, it has a lack of the management work analysis. The purpose of this study, therefore, is the management work analysis for items selection of maintenance performance evaluation of apartment buildings. Candidate items of Maintenance performance evaluation was made with the existing literature and business system analysis. Easy, systemicity of performance evaluation supplemented doing question to academic experts and housing managers. Finally decided maintenance performance evaluation items are to classify 14 administrative and 15 technical items.

  • 광 인터넷의 서비스는 단일서비스 모델과 도메인 서비스 모델로 구분된다. IETF는 단일서비스 모델의 제어 평면을 위하여 GMPLS를 정의하고 있으며, OIF 및 ODSI는 도메인 서비스 모델 기반의 O-UNI 규격을 정의하고 있다. 광 인터넷을 위한 망 관리 기능은 제어 기능에 비하여 표준화가 활발히 진행되고 있지 않으며, OIF 및 ODSI에서 O-UNI의 구성 및 연결 관리를 위한 MIB를 정의하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 광 네트워크의 제어평면 및 관리평면과 전달평면사이의 개방형 인터페이스 모델을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 모델은 네트워크 장비들에게 시스템 관리 기능을 최소화 시키므로 새로운 서비스의 창출 및 소프트웨어의 유지보수를 용이하게 한다.

  • Domestic maintenance strategies are shifting from safety assessment to performance assessment, and related systems and laws are being restructured to meet those criteria. In order to introduce asset management based on performance evaluation, related evaluation methods such as performance measures and level of service should be made to evaluate performance according to the characteristics of the structure, but these are not well-prepared in Korea. In this study, we present a computerized model and system for implementing asset management that introduces techniques such as performance evaluation, life cycle cost analysis, performance measures, and level of service in conjunction with existing maintenance and safety diagnosis procedures. The features of this system consist of three modules to enable separate operations of existing maintenance, safety management and asset management. The system is designed to be used as a reference for public institutions to introduce asset management in the future.
