We the maintenance phase of the education facilities understand, problem point and obstacle VIP analysis it leads it presents it does analyze. The improvement process model which leads a hereafter function for obstacle VIP extraction and information model construction must be accomplished.

  • 기존에 운영되고 있는 공공시설관리 시스템들을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 유지관리 모형이 표준화되어 범정부EA 지원시스템에 목표아키텍처로 등록되고 더 나아가서는 범정부 표준시스템으로 만들어 필요한 기관에 보급할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 도로, 터널, 철도 등 인프라 시설관리 정보시스템을 구축하는데 필수적인 성과참조모델을 범정부EA 관점에서 제시하였다. 제시한 참조모델을 기준으로한 자산관리모형 아키텍처 모습이 GEAP에 등록 관리 된다면 이것을 바탕으로 타 기관에서 향후 정보시스템을 구축할 때 사전에 파악하고 활용하도록 제안 할 수 있을 것이다.

  • Performance Profiles are essential to predict the performance variation over time for the bridge management system (BMS) based on risk management. In general, condition profiles based on experts opinion and/or visual inspection records have been used widely because obtaining profiles based on real performance is not easy. However, those condition profiles usually don't give a good consistency to the safety of bridges, causing practical problems for the effective bridge management. The accuracy of performance evaluation is directly related to the accuracy of BMS. The reliability of the evaluation is important to produce the optimal solution for distributing maintenance budget reasonably. However, conventional methods of bridge assessment are not suitable for a more sophisticated decision making procedure. In this study, a method to compute quantitative performance profiles has been proposed to overcome the limitations of those conventional models. In Bridge Management Systems, the main role of performance profiles is to compute and predict the performance of bridges subject to lifetime activities with uncertainty. Therefore, the computation time for obtaining an optimal maintenance scenario is closely related to the efficiency of the performance profile. In this study, the Response Surface Method (RSM) based on independent and important design variables is developed for the rapid computation. Steel box bridges have been investigated because the number of independent design variables can be reduced significantly due to the high dependency between design variables.

Condition Estimation of Facility Elements Using XGBoost (XGBoost를 활용한 시설물의 부재 상태 예측)

  • To reduce facility management costs and safety concerns due to aging of facilities, it is important to estimate the future facilities' condition based on facility management data and utilize predictive information for management decision making. To this end, this study proposed a methodology to estimate facility elements' condition using XGBoost. To validate the proposed methodology, this study constructed sample data for road bridges and developed a model to estimate condition grades of major elements expected in the next inspection. As a result, the developed model showed satisfactory performance in estimating the condition grades of deck, girder, and abutment/pier (average F1 score 0.869). In addition, a testbed was established that provides data management function and element condition estimation function to demonstrate the practical applicability of the proposed methodology. It was confirmed that the facility management data and predictive information in this study could help managers in making facility management decisions.

Bridge Life Cycle Cost Analysis of Preventive Maintenance (예방적 유지관리를 통한 교량의 생애주기비용 절감 효과 분석)

  • The paper aims at evaluating effects of preventive maintenance on life cycle cost(LCC) reduction of bridges. The preventive maintenance activities capable to delay bridge deteriorations can reduce overall maintenance costs and extend service life of a bridge by regularly providing maintenance activities and avoiding larger maintenance(repairs or rehabilitations) costs. Couple of prediction models were proposed in order to calculate LCC of a typical bridge: a health score model and repair rehabilitation cost model. In addition, the maintenance activities such as wash and painting were also suggested in order to consider effects of preventive maintenance in the analysis based on literature reviews. According to analysis results, new maintenance strategy(reactive maintenance + preventive maintenance) can save \0.5 billion per bridge for future life-cycle costs over 100 year analysis or \184 billion for entire HBMS(Highway Bridge Management System) inventory over 20 years. Small investments for preventive maintenance in improved bridge management can have a very significant return when considering the large bridge inventory.

  • 원격모니터링 통합모델은 고속도로나 유료도로의 영업소 요금수납 체계의 하부시스템 (요금수납시스템, ETCS시스템, 위반차량촬영시스템, 축중시스템)의 구성 및 장애 현황을 감시하고, 장애 발생에 대한 장애처리 체계를 수행하는 모델이다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 장애감시, 효율적 WorkFlow 구성 및 차별화된 정보를 제공하기 위해서 감시 S/W 엔진과 DBMS(Database Managemnet System) 기반의 C/S (Client /Server)시스템을 구성하고 WEB기반의 환경을 설계한다. 본 통합모델을 구현함으로써 체계적인 구성관리/장애관리를 통한 효율적인 유지관리 업무가 가능하며, 현장 장비의 상태 파악이 조기에 용이하여 장애 시간을 최소화 할 수 있다. 또한 Data의 지식 DB화를 통하여 유사 장애에 대한 조치가 용이하다.

  • Git의 커밋 메시지는 프로젝트가 진행되면서 발생하는 각종 이슈 및 코드의 변경이력을 저장하고 관리하고 있기 때문에 소프트웨어 유지관리와 프로젝트의 생명주기와 밀접한 연관성을 갖고 있다. 이러한 Git의 커밋 메시지에 대한 정확한 분석 결과는 소프트웨어 개발 및 유지관리 활동 시, 시간과 비용의 효율적인 관리에 많은 영향을 끼치고 있다. 이에 대한 기존 연구로 Git에서 발생하는 커밋 메시지를 소프트웨어 유지관리의 세 가지 형태로 분류하고 매핑하여 정확한 분석을 시도하려는 연구가 진행되었으나, 최대 87%의 정확도를 제시한 연구 결과가 있었다. 이러한 연구들은 정확도가 낮아 실제 프로젝트의 개발 및 유지관리에 적용하기에는 위험성과 어려움이 있는 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 커밋 메시지 분류에 대한 선행 연구 조사를 통해 각 연구들의 프로세스와 특징을 추출하였고, 이를 이용한 분류 정확도를 높일 수 있는 커밋 복합 분류 모델에 대해 제안한다.

  • This study aims to investigate basic requirements for adopting the Building Information Modeling(BIM) technology to management of civil infrastructures. The state of the art on BIM guidelines developed major countries was investigated, and a common framework of the guideline contents was built in order to categorize the requirements. In addition, it was investigated that the point of view on the facility management in the BIM guidelines showed different from the traditional civil infrastructure domain. On the basis of the investigation results, this paper proposed the core requirements categorized into three respects: development of application models, standardization, modification of regulations.

Application of Blockchain Technology to Verify Reliability of Life Cycle BIM Model for Civil Engineering Project (블록체인기술을 활용한 토목공사 생애주기 BIM 모델의 신뢰성 확보 방안)

  • As the utilization of the BIM model increases in the design and construction stages of a construction project, the utilization of BIM in the maintenance stage can also increase. In the maintenance stage, BIM objects created in the design and construction stages that have already been completed are used. Therefore, it is necessary to verify the reliability of whether the used BIM object is a certified model created in the design stage. In particular, the reliability of the BIM model becomes more important in a project such as railway facilities composed of various construction activities with civil engineering, architecture, electricity, signal, and track work. This study proposes a methodology of using blockchain technology as a way to secure the reliability of the BIM model used in the maintenance phase, and constructs the block structure and detailed process for applying the blockchain technology to BIM. In addition, by applying this process to the BIM model of an actual facility to generate a block, it was confirmed that the blockchain technology can be used as a tool to secure the reliability of the BIM model.
