  • 본 논문에서는 유원시설 내의 유기기구에 대하여 운전실태를 분석하여 유기기구의 수용률을 산정하는 방식을 제시하였다. 유기기구별로 기계적구동방식과 전기구동방식으로 나누어 설비용량에 대한 실제 부하특성을 측정하였으며 그 결과를 토대로 유원시설에서 유기기구에 대한 전원변압기의 용량을 산정하는데 필요한 유기기구의 구동방식별 수용률의 참고치를 제시하였다. 본 논문의 산정방식을 참고할 경우 유원시설에서 좀더 효율적이고 경제적인 전원설비 운용에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

  • Amusement electric train which is a kind of fun rides in amusement parks is prescribed by the provision of article 252 of the technical standards of the MOCIE(Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy) notification. The technical standards which is prescribed on the basis of Japanese technical standards is minimum compulsory standards in Korea. But these early standards can not be correctly applied for current condition of well-developed technical environment In order to improve the early standards, this paper will suggest a reform plan of the current technical standards by means of analyzing actual applied conditions and examining 28 amusement electric trains in Korea

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the problems of the VR simulator industry represented by the 4th industrial revolution and to examine measures for industrial promotion. For this purpose, we consider the VR simulator regulation and examine the problems. Since the VR simulator has the features of existing arcade games and amusement facilities, it should be classified as game or inspected with amusement facilities depending on the viewpoint. This can be a dual regulation, and before the VR simulator industry starts, there is a risk that the industry itself can be damaged by existing legal limitations. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide a unique legal system for VR simulator and it is necessary to examine the contents to be included in such laws and systems. It is expected that the legal system of VR simulator will lead to promotion of new industry.

VR Theme Park Regulatory Improvement Plan (VR 테마파크 규제개선방안)

  • This study aims to analyze the cases of VR space to improve the regulations. The space is divided according to the multi-use business act when the VR simulator and the VR game are simultaneously installed in a single space. It is necessary to amend the rules of the Tourism Promotion Act so that it can operate at a certain area of the youth game room subject to the Game Industry Law. Amendments that do not compartmentalize a space partition in the Multi-use Business Act should be carried out simultaneously. This is safer alternative by collective management rather than by the safety applied within a limited space by eliminating the compartment by industry. This is a legal amendment that allows VR simulator and VR game to be operated in the same space even in small sized amusement facilities such as other amusement facilities. This regulatory improvement plan is expected to help the activation of small sized VR theme parks.

  • Amusement park's indispensable facilities are dependent on electrical energy. So it is very important to ensure electrical power against fire, power failure, disaster and accident. To find out present problems, investigation was carried out for emergency and standby power systems at amusement park all over the country. We research the related regulations for Electrical facilities of internal standards and NEC. As a result, we could know that there is discrepancy between the electrical regulation and the actual condition.

  • This paper gives information which is applied to install the electrical equipment of amusement park and ride. For analyzing the standard of electrical equipment installation, we research the related regulation of National Electrical Code(2002), IEC 60364-series and Technical standards for Electrical facilities of internal standard. Among electrical equipments of amusement park and ride, especially we study the transformer vaults, overcurrent protection and ground protection of electrical equipment. So we the furnished the installation information of transformer vaults, overcurrent and ground protection at amusement park and ride.

  • 본 논문은 지역 발전소의 통신실에 설치된 시스템 장비와 부대 시설을 원격으로 관리할 수 있는 통합 솔루션의 구축 방법을 제시한다. 최근에 각종 건물과 시설의 통신 시스템 장비들을 하나로 묶는 통합 관리 시스템은 원활한 유지 보수와 안정적인 운용을 위해서 필수적이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서 제시한 시스템은 지역 발전소의 통신실에 구축되어 있는 유닉스 서버, 라우터, 스위칭 허브 등의 장비를 원격 감시하여 필요한 정보를 추출하고 이를 본사 통신실의 네트워크 관리 시스템으로 자동 전송한다. 본사 통신실의 네트워크 관리 시스템은 이러한 정보를 실시간으로 수집하여 데이터베이스 서버에 기록하고 기록된 정보를 각종 형태로 가공하여 관리자에게 제공한다. 본 논문은 또한 이러한 통합 관리 시스템의 실제 적용 사례를 보여준다.

  • 멀티미디어 기술의 발달과 기반 통신 시설의 발달에 따라 네트워크를 통한 디지털 데이터의 유통이 빈번해졌다. 하지만 이러한 네트워크를 기반으로 한 콘텐츠 시장이 활성화되기 이전에 콘텐츠가 의도된 목적과 콘텐츠에 대한 합법적이고 정당한 권리를 산 사용자에 의해서만 유통되어야 하는 메커니즘이 먼저 확고하게 놓여야 한다. 그러한 메커니즘을 위해서 최근 들어 DRM이나 디지털 워터마킹 같은 기술들이 많이 연구되고 있다. 디지털 핑거프린팅은 디지털 워터마킹 기술을 기반으로 한 새로운 형태의 멀티미디어 저작권 보호의 한 방법이다. 본 고에서는 계산량과 안전성을 개선하기 위해 연구되어 온 디지털 핑거프린팅과 판매자/구매자 워터마킹 기술에 대한 주요 연구들을 살펴본다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the problem of installing VR theme park in Korea and to find a solution for it. VR is expected to play a leading role in the fourth industrial revolution as a new industry, but it is a reality that it is hard to feel its value in actual field. This is a reality that can not move one step further because it is trapped in the existing legal network rather than the essence of VR because it sees VR from the existing law frame. Because VR is regarded as an amusement device in the amusement facility and is regarded as a game, the former is applied to the Tourism Promotion Law and the latter is applied to the game industry law. When one content and hardware are applied to both laws at the same time and other regulations are applied to it, it is practically impossible to operate VR properly. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to revise each law little by little in each law and amend the law that can apply VR itself. This study is expected to contribute to the revitalization of VR industry by presenting the ultimate problems and solutions in creating VR theme parks in Korea.
