This study examined the mediating effects of self-esteem on the mothers' parenting behavior, emotional expression and the creative personality of the children. A survey was conducted in Kwang ju and Chonnam of 259 mothers with children from 3-5 years old. Based on the data, Pearson's correlations between variables were analyzed, and hierarchical regression analyses were conducted to identify the direct and indirect effects of the mothers' parenting behavior, emotional expression and self-esteem on the creative personality of the children. The study found significant correlations among all four variables studied. In particular, self-esteem acted as a partial mediator in the relationship between the mothers' parenting behavior, emotional expression and creative personality of the children. The results suggest that increasing self-esteem in mothers may edify the creative personality in their children.

본 연구는 지속적인 창의 인성교육을 위한 수업설계모형을 구안하기 위하여 NFTM-TRIZ를 활용하는데 그 목적을 두었다. NFTM-TRIZ는 TRIZ에 기반하여 유아에서 성인에 이르기까지 '지속적인 창의성 교육'을 할 수 있도록 개발된 교육프로그램이다. TRIZ는 주어진 문제의 모순을 찾아내고 이를 극복함으로써 혁신적인 해결안을 얻도록 하는 창의적 문제해결방법론으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구의 과정은 G 대학교의 교직과목으로 개설된 "교육과정 및 교육평가"를 수강한 3, 4학년 남, 여 학생들을 대상으로 매주 10분씩 창의성 수업을 하고 이에 대한 산출물로 창의적 수업안을 만들고 창의성 수업에 대한 후기를 작성토록 하여 연구결과를 모색했다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception and needs on development of lecture to promote creative personality of pre-service teachers. The subjects were 161 students in 4th grade in early childhood education department. The questionnaire was composed of 3 items of 'recognition of creativity personality lecture' and 7 items of 'demand of development for creativity personality lecture'. The data was analyzed frequency and percentage by descriptive statistics. In the results, first, most of pre-service teachers recognized the importance on development of creativity personality lecture, and support of 'development and application of creativity personality lecture'. They recognized that creativity personality lecture was effective. Second, more than half of them responded that they would take creativity personality lecture, and this lecture was most appropriate 2 courses and 3 hours 10 weeks per semester. They demanded a lot of propensity element among creativity education elements, convergence classes in various fields, teaching medium for 'movie and music', and 'portfolio evaluation'.

The purpose of this study is that pre-service teacher are able to design creative instruction based on NFTM-TRIZ for building up their continuous creative thinking and promoting their creative instruction activities. NFTM-TRIZ is a educational technology system to form and develop creative thinking from child to adult continuously based on TRIZ theory. TRIZ is the thinking technique of creative problem solving that can be the tool of inventory solutions by finding and get over the key of contradiction that is necessary to obtain ideal final results of suggested problems. The subjects for this study were 90 pre-service teachers who are attending third and fourth graders of Teachers' College in G university and are taking 'Curriculum and Educational Evaluation'. The creativity program for this study was carried out for ten minutes at the end of lectures. The verification for this study results were performed two faces. First, pre-service teachers presented teaching and learning plan for one time used 8 Steps' Teaching and Learning Model based on NFTM-TRIZ. Second, researcher got feedback from them about this creative program.

Nowadays, the trend of early childhood education has focused on finding educational activities to enhance quality of learning with integrative, learner-centered experience by combining each subject and domain. Pre-service early childhood teacher's music drama activity is a sort of integrated education including literature, instrumental music, play, art and movement that are included in the culture and art for preschoolers to help them understand role and value of the art and directly influence personality and creativity and motive to arouse interest in various learning directly. It's expected to see that development of creative teaching plan for the music drama using piano ensemble could support basic research in integrated educational activity in the teacher training course and also, activate the music drama activity. Research findings and suggestion are as follows. First, the music drama activities are systematically and step-by-step implemented according to the audience according to the cooperative learning and creative plans of pre-service early childhood teachers. Second, if understanding characteristics of casts in the music drama and assigning their roles efficiently, it enhances approach of pre-service early childhood teacher music drama activity and activate it. Third, making music in music drama activities can be composed and arranged to suit the musical literacy and level of pre-service early childhood teacher. Fourth, pre-service early childhood teachers could have integrated experience and evaluation efficiently in the short term to use as reference for the teaching plan and data for the music drama.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of pre-service early childhood teachers' self-expression and stress coping style on their human nature. More specifically, this study attempted to investigate how teachers' human nature, self-expression and stress coping style are correlated with another and determine how much human nature is influenced by the other variables, ultimately providing basic information necessary for improving the humanity of pre-service preschool teachers. Findings of the study can be summarized as follows. First, correlations among pre-service early childhood teachers' self-expression, stress coping style and human nature were investigated to find that those teachers' human nature and self-expression have close relationships with each other and that the two variables are significantly related with their stress coping style. Second, the influences of pre-service preschool teachers' self-expression and stress coping style on their human nature were analyzed to find that the human nature of those teachers as a whole and some sub-areas of the variables like positive self-concept and human creativity have significant relationships with their self-expression and stress coping style. Finally, based on these findings, this study discussed how to establish and manage a curriculum that helps to improve the human nature of pre-service early childhood teachers of junior colleges. It also hopes to find effective ways to manage the department of education.

The upcoming century is a knowledge based society which did not exist before which requires creative ability to solve problems. Therefore, it is necessary to Provide a creative program of problem solution in order to match this global trend The creativity of problem solution means the ability to solve a problem using previous ideas in an advanced way or develop new ideas. Creative education is especially important for infants. Because the young mind is where fresh ideas preside and can frame-work the early stage of life like a blank sheet of paper. The Infant-Early Child Creative Development Institute. as an adhesive institute at Yeungjin College, develops various programs that integrate methods which match current trend in this era and also start the Creative Promotion Test with 2,000 Families for the expansion of creative education from the baseline as an alternative method. The infants tested in the creative test will find ways of problem solution through animation beam projects for their given situation and also discuss the problems with their family members. Through these processes the infant and family members will complete the creative structures to solve the problems using limited materials given by the institute, and the final product will be evaluated as objective results. The final evaluation of the test will also be considered the teamwork of family cooperation and the attitudes of participants as well as the product of problem solution. The criterion of the evaluation is to be considered both a creative way of thinking and creative attitudes. Because the score counts were conducted manually it delayed the selection of awarded students who took the test. Also, we found that some parents have difficulty in accessing information to find the score through homepage from the computer. this Problem might be corrected in the future plan. Like Freud's saying, if human character and exploring attitudes during the early stage of a child, a person's creativity is composed their infant period as their basic foundation. Therefore, the family wh first environment the infant encounters will be treated as a prima when making basic structure. From this viewpoint, this creative test work as a festival of creativity fare with 2,000 families.

This study examined the mediating effects of emotional intelligence on the relationship between mothers' attachments to young children and the creative personality of the children. Pearson's correlations between variables were analyzed, and hierarchical regression analyses were conducted to identify the direct and indirect effects of a mothers' attachments to young children and the emotional intelligence and creative personality of the children. The sample included a total of 228 children aged 4-5 who were attending nursery in Gwangju, Korea. Significant differences were observed by gender and age, but no significant differences were found to be associated with the mother's attachment to the child by age. However, emotional intelligence partially mediated the relationships between the mother's attachment to the child and the child's creative personality. The results suggest that emotional intelligence may edify the creative personality of young child as a mediating response to the mother's attachment.

Objective: This study was conducted to examine the mediating effects of play teaching efficacy in the relationship between the organizational health of teacher workplaces and the creative personality of the teachers. Methods: The Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and one-way ANOVA were conducted for data analysis using SPSS 25.0. For mediating analysis, Baron & Kenny's (1986) multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.0 and the Sobel test were also implemented. Results: There were significant differences in the organizational health of the workplaces according to age, years of working experience, type of workplace, and daily working hours. For play teaching efficacy, there were significant differences according to age, education level, years of working experience, type of workplace, and daily working hours of the teacher. On the other hand, significant differences were found in terms of age and education level in relation to the teacher having a creative personality. Play teaching efficacy was found to have a full mediation effect on the relationship between the organizational health of the workplace and the creative personality of the teacher. Conclusion/Implications: The organizational health of the workplace and play teaching efficacy should be improved in order to enhance the creative personality of teachers in early childhood education.

Objective: This study aims to examine the impact of young children's playfulness and self-esteem on their creative personality. Methods: The sample consisted of 332 four- and five-year-old children enrolled in kindergartens and daycare centers in Incheon. Teacher-report measures of playfulness, self-esteem, and creative personality scales were used for data collection instruments. The collected data were analyzed using t-test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results: Firstly, significant differences were found in all variables based on children's gender, while age and birth order did not show statistically significant differences. Secondly, young children's playfulness and self-esteem were found to have a positive impact on their creative personality. Specifically, among the sub-variables, cognitive spontaneity and humor in playfulness, along with competency in self-esteem, showed relatively higher levels of impact on young children's creative personality. Conclusion/Implications: The study findings emphasize the necessity of comprehensive support systems that foster playfulness and self-esteem to enhance young children's creative personality. This includes providing proper teacher training and a range of instructional materials, along with parental education.
