In this paper, we verified the reliability through local examination by introducing a wired network that is operated at the local waterworks to wireless LAN based Wi-Fi network. The adopted wireless network compared to the existing wired network through saving cost and reducing breakdown points have been proven to be effective qualitatively and quantitatively. This study proved that wireless networks could be introduced for the advancement of operations management of existing metropolitan water supply and the local waterworks that are operating currently.

It has able to express digital video/audio data from analog and to broadcast it via improvement of video/audio compression technology and publishing standard of MPEG-2 System. Nowaday many System Operators are provide regular digital broadcasting program to customer with their own access program. To provide access program, two process needs that are creating broadcasting information and remultiplexing it with video/audio data, and this solution is providing with high-cost system only. For this reason, digital access program bas week point to product. In this paper, we designed and implemented Generating PSIP Information System to product digital access program which generate PSIP information via receiving broadcasting information from user, and map PSIP information directly to video/audio data.

현재의 멀티미디어 서비스는 기존의 텍스트 위주의 사용자 환경에서 벗어나 오디오, 비디오뿐만 아닌 이미지, 그래픽, 텍스트 및 미디어 관련 정보 등의 다양한 데이터를 포함하는 멀티미디어 서비스 환경으로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 멀티미디어 서비스는 과거 TV와 컴퓨터 등 한정된 기기에서만 제공되었지만, 최근 휴대폰, MP3 플레이어, PMP 등 미디어 기기의 발전에 따라, 다양한 단말을 대상으로 서비스를 확장하고 있다. 이러한 멀티미디어 서비스를 다양한 단말을 대상으로 제공하기 위하여, 기존의 기술에서는 동일한 콘텐츠를 각각의 단말의 환경에 따라 서로 다른 서비스를 통해 제공하였다. 그러나 IPTV와 홈 네트워크 시스템 등 방송과 통신이 융합되고, 유선과 무선 간에 자유롭게 데이터를 주고받는 환경에서 단말 마다 서로 다른 서비스를 제공하는 것은 서비스 시나리오의 복잡도를 높이고, 다양한 단말을 사용하는 사용자에게 통합되지 않은 서비스를 제공 받게 되는 결과를 가져오게 된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 콘텐츠의 메타데이터를 활용하여 동일한 멀티미디어 서비스를 단말기의 다양한 환경에 따라 맞춤형 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 방법인 적응적 장면 기술을 제시하고, 그 효율성에 관하여 검증한다.

인터넷의 급속한 발전과 보급에 힘입어 정보(컴퓨터), 통신(네트워크), 방송 기술분야의 경계가 점차 모호하게 도리 정도로 통합 및 융합되면서, 통신과 방송, 고정과 이동, 유선과 무선의 구분이 무의미하게 되고 있다. 또한 정보통신 인프라스트럭쳐도 디지털화, 고동화, 다양화로 발전하여 브로드밴드 인프라 인프라스트럭쳐로 이행하고 있다. 이러한 정보통신 및 방송기술을 궁극적인 인간 삶의 질을 향상시키면서 국가 경쟁력 향상을 도모하는데 이용하려는 세계 각국의 차세대 초고속 네트워크에 대한 연구개발이 1990년대 중반부터 시작되어 현재 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 세계 각국에서 구축되고 있는 대표적인 차세대 초고속 네트워크의연구개발동향과 특히 아시아직역의 선두적인 위치에 있는 일본의 차세대 초고속 네트워크인 JGN의 연구개발형향을 소개한다. 또한 세계 각국의 차세대 초고속 네트워크들이 지향하는 목표와 방향 및 앞으로 극복하여야할 과제들에 대하여 기술한다.

본 논문에서는 다중 반송파, 특히 OFDM 시스템의 PAPR 을 감소시킬 수 있는 CFR 알고리즘을 다룬다. 기존의 피크 윈도윙 기법이 윈도우 길이 내에 피크들이 여러 개 있을 경우, 과도 clipping 으로 인하여 성능이 열화되는 현상을 개선하기 위하여 포락선 기반 피크 윈도윙 기법을 적용한다. 뿐만 아니라, 피크 윈도윙이 가지고 있는 EVM 열화를 완화하기 위하여 기존의 단순 clipping 기법과 혼합하여 시스템에서 요구하는 EVM 성능뿐 아니라 ACLR 성능까지도 만족하도록 한다. MATLAB 을 이용하여 알고리즘을 검증하고, 하드웨어 구현을 위하여 Xilinx Virtex5 를 이용하여 검증하여 제안하는 기법의 복잡도는 높지만 EVM 과 ACLR 성능이 우수함을 알 수 있다. 효율적인 주파수 이용과 수신 성능 측면에서 우수한 성능을 보인다. 따라서 DVB-T 나 LTE, IEEE 802.16m 등의 차세대 방송 및 통신의 전송에 이용되는 OFDM 신호의 PAPR 을 효과적으로 줄일 수 있는 기법으로 적용될 수 있다.

최근에 Internet, PC 통신 등 유선망을 통한 정보서비스가 급증하고, 이동 중 정보 수신에 대한 사용자의 요구가 증대되면서 이동전화, 무선호출, 무선 데이터 서비스 등의 무선망을 통해 정보서비스를 제공받고자 하는 수요자가 증가하고 있다. 무선 정보서비스는 제공 형태에 따라 모든 가입자에게 공통으로 전송되는 방송형 정보서비스와 개별 가입자의 요구에 따라 전송되는 개인형 정보서비스로 나눌 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선 패킷 망에서 상대적으로 단점으로 지적되는 방송형 정보서비스를 효과적으로 제공하기 위한 방안에 대해 고찰해 보고자 한다.

It has able to be possible that expression and store visual image from analog to digital without picture quality damaged via improvement of video compression technology. And also, It is possible to broadcasting digital image via transmission of digital image on MPEG-2 standardization. for this reason, the broadcasting business owners have converted broadcasting service from analog to digital. But, local SO(System Operator) has a difficult point which secure HD(High Definition) broadcasting program. In this paper, we designed and implemented Scheduling System for MPEG-2 Digital broadcasting which gather HD broadcasting program from major broadcasting business owners(as like MBC, KBS, SBS, etc) and broadcast them.

기존 중계시스템은 모든 신호들이 유선으로 연결되어 있어 중계차가 접근 할 수 없는 지역에서는 운용의 어려움 등 이동과 거리에 제약이 있다. 또한 수많은 케이블이 필요하기 때문에 결선작업이 복잡하고 작업시간이 오래 걸리는 단점을 가지고 있어 무선 중계 시스템을 이용하여 프로그램을 제작하면 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있다.. 이에 본 논문에서는 RF무선영상송수신기와 백팩 LTE등 무선중계시스템의 장단점을 비교분석하였고 이에 통해 효율적인 무선중계시스템을 설계하였다. 또한, 제안된 시스템을 이용하여 방송중계업무의 편리성이 극대화하고 새로운 형태의 방송 포맷을 개발할 수 있도록 하였다.

National Radio Research Agency(RRA) has legislated technical regulations of telecommunication equipments. These technical regulations are related to safety of operators and users, service quality, accessibility for the disabled, interoperability and network connection of terminal equipment. Also, RRA drives the establishment or amendment of technical regulations for terminal equipment considering the evolution of ICT technicology and diversification of services. In 2013, RRA researched the amendment of technical regulations in relation to terminal equipment, which are related to the measurement frequency for signal band power, unwanted signal power, pulse shape.

As cable TV networks have a media feature that is a broadband wire network, they can provide not only TV broadcasting services but also communication services. Accordingly, the cable TV network is mentioned as the optimal network for convergence of broadcasting and communication services. Recently, Available frequencies of the cable TV network have become insufficient as enhancement of video quality, increment of VoD service, and growth of high-speed internet service. This paper presents a new implementation method of switched digital video (SDV) technology that is introduced for obtaining additional frequency band. In the SDV system, only TV channels requested from viewer are sent and non-requested channels are dropped. The presented SDV uses a sharing method of TV broadcasting and communication service in a same frequency band. This method shows increase of spectrum efficient from switching of TV service channels without building a complex system.
