과거에는 주로 기술적 발전에 의해 기술이 개발되면서 기술 개발의 상업성과 경제성에 많은 의문이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 최근에는 시장과 수요를 강조하여야 한다는 요구가 각 분야에서 도출되고 있다. 즉 기술 자체의 발전에 의해서 기술이 개발되어온 측면이 많아 기술 개발의 결과가 연구실에서 사장되거나 고객에게 다가가지 못하고 개발을 위한 개발에 그치는 경우가 빈번해지면서 기술이나 이를 활용한 아이템 개발시 고객의 소리를 청취하고 이를 적극 반영하여야 한다는 것이 일반화되고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 시장 고객 중심으로의 접근 체계 및 프로세스, 방법을 마련하고 이를 통해 시도된 미래 유망 IT 융합기술 발굴 시뮬레이션 결과를 중심으로 서술코자 한다.

최근 가장 유망한 산업 분야를 꼽으라면 단연 환경산업이라고 할 수 있을 것이다. 과거의 경우, 환경산업은 환경오염 유발물질을 처리하기 위한 '사후처리산업'으로 인식되었고, 환경정책은 기업 활동을 규제하는 정책으로 '경제성장과 상충되는 개념'으로 인식되었던 것이 사실이다. 하지만 최근 들어 '삶의 질'에 대한 관심이 커지고, 기후 변화 대응 및 수자원관리의 중요성이 커짐에 따라 환경산업은 친환경 제품생산, 신 재생에너지 개발, IT/BT 등 첨단기술과의 융합사업 등 그 분야를 점차 확대해 가고 있는 추세이다. 환경부도 환경산업을 정책적으로 육성하기 위하여 환경과 경제의 상생을 목표로 하여, 유망 환경기술에 대한 R&D 투자 확대, 환경전문인력 양성 프로그램 운영, 환경산업 비즈니스 상담회 개최, 수출지원 상담센터 운영 등 다양한 지원프로그램을 마련하고 있다.

최근 격변하고 있는 국제해운동정을 볼 때 정치적 측면에서 흔히 남북문제로 일컬어지고 있는 선후진국간을 치열한 경쟁문제, 공산국상선대의 활발한 진출, 각국의 자국선 보호주의의 강화문 제등이 산적해 있으며 선대절약형 경제성있는 선박으로 전환되고 있으며 대체에너지 개발에 따른 LNG, LPG,석탄전용선이 유망분야로 지목되어 선진해운국들은 서서히 이 분야로 선대편성을 시도하고 있는 점등, 국제해운환경은 복잡다난한 양상을 띄고 있는 것이다. 이러한 추세하에 1979년 제 2차 석유파동이후 격심한 불황속에 있는 해운계의 실정으로 미루어 이에 대처하기란 용이한 과제가 아닌 것이다. 여기에 정부와 업계가 혼연일체가 되어 국제경쟁력제고를 위한 제 발전전략이 적극 검토 추진되어야 함은 물론이고 우리의 목표가 기필코 달성되어 민족의 번영과 복지국가건립의 소망이 성취되기를 회원 여러분과 함께 기대하는 바이다.

This study aims at providing a methodology for retaining international technology competitiveness, marketable industry, and sustainable promising technology in a field of new growth engine industry such as national unmanned aerial vehicle industry. We draw a result by analysing with tools such as KrKwic, Excel, NetMiner, presenting methods of a Social Network Analysis, sub-group analysis, and cognitive map analysis based on patent data in a field of unmanned aerial vehicle industry. As a result, some future promising technologies are prospected as what worths concentrated investment, such as 'pilot control tech', 'identification of friend or foe tech'.

In this study, major research trends at home and abroad were compared and analyzed in order to derive key research fields in the financial security field and to suggest directions. To this end, 689 domestic and 20,736 foreign data were collected from domestic and international academic journal DB, and major research fields related to financial security were extracted through LDA analysis. After that, hot & cold topics were derived through time series linear regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, studies related to government policy issues, personal information, and accredited certification were derived as promising research fields in Korea. In the case of foreign countries, related studies were drawn to develop advanced security systems such as cryptographic protocols and quantum security. Recently, it has become possible to apply various security technologies in Korea through the abolition of public certification. Accordingly, as changes in promising research fields are expected, the results of this study are expected to contribute to the establishment and development of a successful roadmap for domestic financial security.

최근 몇 년간 정보통신 분야는 괄목할만한 속도로 성장 발전하고 있으며, 이는 선진 각국들이 21세기를 대비하여 개발비 중 80% 이상을 정보통신 분야에 투자하고 있어 2000년대의 주력산업이 정보통신 분야임이 입증되고 있다. 또한 국내 통신산업이 커지면서 새롭게 부상하는 부품산업의 하나가 이동통신부품이다. KMW는 국내 통신 부품산업을 선도해온 리딩 컴퍼니이며, 알아주는 유망중소기업으로 이동통신 시스템발전에 크게 일조하고 있는 회사이다. KMW가 추진하고 있는 주요 산업과 그 동안의 업적들에 대하여 살펴보았다.

In this paper, we implemented technology assessment on the public R'||'&'||'amp;D activities in If field in order to select the promising technologies, so called 'star technology,' making for national industry development. Technology assessment frame in this study included qualitative factors. If technologies are classified five sector - network, wireless/broadcasting, SW/application, computer/terminal equipment,somiconductorjcomponent. Expert opinion interviews on each field are carried out. Assessment factors consist of technology usefulness and technology competitiveness. In the final analysis, 23 technology items selected as a promising technologies and the results can be used public R'||'&'||'amp;D planning and IT industry policy

After introducing the industry 4.0 policy, Korean government announced 'Digital New Deal' and 'Green New Deal' as 'Korean New Deal' in 2020. We analyzed Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources (KIGAM)'s research projects related to that policy and conducted markets analysis focused on Digital Twin and environmental monitoring technologies. Regarding 'Data Dam' policy, we suggested the digital geo-contents with Augmented Reality (AR) & Virtual Reality (VR) and the public geo-data collection & sharing system. It is necessary to expand and support the smart mining and digital oil fields research for '5th generation mobile communication (5G) and artificial intelligence (AI) convergence into all industries' policy. Korean government is suggesting downtown 3D maps for 'Digital Twin' policy. KIGAM can provide 3D geological maps and Internet of Things (IoT) systems for social overhead capital (SOC) management. 'Green New Deal' proposed developing technologies for green industries including resource circulation, Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage (CCUS), and electric & hydrogen vehicles. KIGAM has carried out related research projects and currently conducts research on domestic energy storage minerals. Oil and gas industries are presented as representative applications of digital twin. Many progress is made in mining automation and digital mapping and Digital Twin Earth (DTE) is a emerging research subject. The emerging research subjects are deeply related to data analysis, simulation, AI, and the IoT, therefore KIGAM should collaborate with sensors and computing software & system companies.

Purpose: In this paper, we propose a direction of future research and development to be carried out in the passive tracking field by deriving a white space with enhanced search formula of patent analysis. Method: In this paper, we derive a white space by identifying the direction and the flow of technology change and by matrixing the object and solution through extensive patent search with enhanced search formula and analysis in the field of passive tracking technology. Result: By the proposed scheme, 'multi-target positioning and tracking' and '3D positioning technology' using artificial intelligence, adaptive/hybrid positioning technology, and radar/antenna were derived as white space technologies and confirmed with absence of any services or products. Conclusion: The derived white space technologies from this paper are the areas where patent applications are not active and there are not many prior patents, thus it is necessary to secure the rights through more active R&D and patent application activities.
