피폭선량저감 섬유의 개발과 CT 검사시 산란선 차폐 효과 (Development and Radiation Shield effects of Dose Reduction Fiber for Scatter ray in CT Exams)

  • 본 연구에서는 평균 입자의 크기가 $1{\sim}500{\mu}m$인 산화비스무스($Bi_2O_3$)와 평균 입자의 크기가 5 ~ 50 nm인 나노 황산바륨($BaSO_4$)을 사용하여 선량저감섬유(DRF; dose reduction fiber, (주)버팔로)를 개발하였다. 개발된 섬유를 시트 형태로 제작한 후 CT 검사시 발생한 산란선에 대한 차폐 특성을 조사하였다. 특성평가는 전리조와 인체 펜텀을 이용한 팬텀실험과 유리선량계를 이용한 임상실험을 병행하여 진행하였다. 임상실험에서는 3개 종합병원 60명의 환자에 대한 흉부 및 두부 CT 검사시 선량저감섬유를 사용하였을 때와 사용하지 않았을 때 안구, 흉부, 복부 및 생식선의 피부 및 심부 선량을 비교하여 차폐효과를 평가하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 개발된 선량저감섬유는 산란선에 의한 두부 및 흉부에 불필요한 피폭선량을 20~50% 정도 저감할 수 있는 것으로 확인되었으며, CT 검사시 본 섬유를 활용한다면 환자 피폭선량을 포함한 국민 총피폭선량 경감에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The flexural behavior of a strengthened beam, that is a reinforced. concrete beam with externally bonded fiber sheets, was theoretically and experimentally investigated. The effects of the amount of glass fiber sheets varying from 1 to 4 plies on the flexural capacity of the strengthened beam are also examined. The flexural rigidity of the strengthened beam was enhanced compared with RC beam. In addition, the failure mode and load-deflection relationship for the strengthened beam and the comparison of analysis with experiment are extensive investigated. Finally, the determination of the nominal moment capacity $M_n$ of the strengthened beam will be discussed

  • To investigate the flexural behavior of real size RC beams strengthened with glass fiber sheets, 9 strengthened beams of real size are experimented and the results are compared with those of existing experimental studies. Experiments are considered glass fiber sheets, the number of fiber sheets, and the existence of U-wrap. By the results of experiments, the failure behavior and crack types of real size RC beams are almost equal to those of the small size RC beams, and the debonding and not the concrete cover delamination are occurred. It can be found from the load-deflection curves that as the number of fiber sheets is increased, the ductility of real size RC beam is more decreased than that of the small size RC beam. For the strengthening method with glass fiber sheets of the real size RC beams, it can be confirmed that the finding a solution to the bonding problem is required

구조적 손상을 입은 철근콘크리트 보의 전단보강 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Shear Strengthening Effect of Reinforced Concrete Beams with Structural Damage)

  • This study examines shear capacity performance and structural characteristics of reinforced concrete beam using carbon fiber sheet(CFS), g)ass fiber sheet(GFS), glass fiber steel plate(GSP) and carbon fiber bar CB) which are reinforcing materials for reinforced concrete beam in order to produce similar condition to repair and reinforce actual structure and aims to provide data available In designing and constructing reinforced concrete structures under the structural damage. This study obtains the following conclusions. After considering the shear experiment results. it was indicated that the CB reinforced test object was the best in the shear capacity improvement and ductility capacity as it was contained in the concrete and was all operated, Also, GFS reinforced test object indicated the reduced flexural capacity but good shear capacity. GSP reinforced test object had bigger reinforcing strength than other reinforcing test objects. On the other hand, it showed the lowest reinforcement effect as compared section thickness of reinforced material because it showed the bigger relativity a section thickness of reinforced material. If the adherence to the concrete is improved, it will seem to show bigger reinforcement effect.

  • 본 연구의 주 목적은 유리 및 탄소단섬유 (chopped fiber)와 에폭시 및 비닐에스터수지 (resin)를 외기에서 혼합하여 요철이 많은 콘크리트 표면에 고속의 압찰 공기로 랜덤하게 분사하여 기존 콘크리트 구조물을 보강하는 새로운 공법, 즉 sprayed FRP 보수보강 공법을 개발하는 것으로서, 본 연구에서는 sprayed FRP 보강을 위한 치적의 재료 물성치를 제시하고자 유리 및 탄소단섬유의 길이, 단섬유와 에폭시 및 비닐에스터수지의 배합 비율 등을 주요변수로 설정하여 재료 인장시험을 실시하였다. 또한 상기 재료 시험 결과를 바탕으로 sprayed FRP 공법을 이용하여 보강된 철근콘크리트 휨 보, 전단 보 및 손상 보의 보강 성능을 실험적 연구를 토대로 평가하였다. 그 결과, 유리 및 탄소단섬유의 길이 38 mm, 섬유와 수지의 배합 비율 1 : 2가 최적 물성치로 제안되었으며, sprayed FRP의 휨 및 전단 보의 보강 효과는 기존 FRP sheet와 유사한 보강 효과를 나타냈으며, 손상 보의 경우 최대 강도의 결과를 비교해보면 보강 보와 동등한 보강 효과가 나타났다. 기존 FRP 설계식의 적용 가능성을 분석해본 결과, sprayed FRP 휨실험체의 경우 기존설계식의 적용이 가능한 것으로 드러났으며, 전단실험체의 경우는 전단강도 저감계수 ${\alpha}=0.18$이 실험값과 근접한 범위 내에서 안전 측으로 설계가 되는 것으로 사료된다.

  • The application as the parts of an automobile, using the property of GMT-Sheet, is increasing. In order to exchange the parts of an automobile for GMT-Sheet, at first, the establishment and joining problem of exact joining strength must be determined. We have studied it using composites which is not same each other fiber oriented condition so as to determine joining strength and joining condition of GMT-Sheet. h this study, the result of experiment of forming condition concerned joining problem of GMT-Sheet is this ; joining efficiency of of GMT-Sheet, increases as lap joint length L increases. Increase of compression ratio causes decrease of joining efficiency after of GMT-Sheet joining. In the viewpoint of recycling, randomly oriented composite of GMT-Sheet is desirable more than unidirectional oriented composite. We has better design the structure so as not to occur to stress centralizatien on the joining part.

Sprayed FRP로 보강된 철근 콘크리트 전단기둥의 보강성능 평가 (Structural Performance of Reinforced Concrete Shear Columns Strengthened with Sprayed Fiber Reinforced Polymers)

  • 본 연구에서는 Sprayed FRP 공법을 이용하여 보강된 철근 콘크리트 전단 파괴형 기둥의 구조성능을 평가하기 위하여 2/3 크기로 축소된 총 6개의 기둥 실험체를 제작하여, 일정한 축하중 (0.1Agfc')하에서 반복 횡하중을 가력한 구조 실험을 수행하였다. 4개의 실험체는 유리 및 탄소 단섬유와 에폭시 및 비닐에스테르 수지를 조합하여 Sprayed FRP로 보강하였으며, 또한 비교 목적을 위하여 고강도 탄소섬유시트(CFS)로 보강된 실험체 1개와 무 보강 실험체 1개를 포함하였다. 실험결과, Sprayed FRP로 보강된 실험체의 최대내력은 무 보강 실험체 대비 10~30%가 증가 하였을 뿐만 아니라, 연성은 약 1.15배 향상되어, 본 연구에서 제안한 Sprayed FRP 공법은 충분한 보강효과가 기대되는 신기술 이라고 판단된다.

유리섬유 코팅사와 탄소섬유를 이용한 일방향 탄소섬유시트 제조공정이 콘크리트 보강에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Unidirectional Carbon Fiber Sheet Manufacturing Process Using Coated Glass Fiber and Carbon Fiber on Concrete Reinforcement)

  • In this study, carbon fiber and coated glass fiber are applied to warp and weft fiber in order to reduce the amount of carbon fiber used in carbon fiber fabrics, which are often used for reinforcement of building structures. A low-cost thermoplastic resin was coated on glass fibers to prepare a shape-stabilizing glass fiber. A unidirectional carbon fiber sheet was manufactured using the prepared coated glass fiber and carbon fiber. In order to identify whether it can be used for reinforcing architectural and civil structures, it was attached to a concrete specimen and its mechanical properties were analyzed. The optimum manufacturing conditions for the coated glass fiber were 0.3 mm in diameter of the coating nozzle, the coating temperature was 190 ℃, and the coating speed was 0.3 m/s. 14 mm was optimal for the weft spacing of the coated glass fiber. The flexural strength of the concrete reinforced with the manufactured unidirectional carbon fiber sheet was slightly lower than that of the concrete reinforced with carbon fiber fabric, but it was confirmed that the reinforcement effect was better when the amount of carbon fiber was considered.
