  • With advanced technologies of information and communication technologies, ubiquitous computing becomes popular. U-learning(Ubiquitous Learning) is a new paradigm that was started with ubiquitous computing environment. U-learning has characteristics such as anytime, anywhere, any network and any device, The U-learning support system(ULSS) is the system for supporting the u-Learning. Also, with recent fashion of smart phones, their use in education becomes interested. In this paper, The ULSS is defined in smart phone environments.

  • SBS에서는 다년간 지속적으로 핫클립 생성 딥러닝 기술을 방송 시스템에 적용하여 업무 효율을 높이려는 시도를 하였다. 본 기고문에서는 그동안 누적된 SBS의 핫클립 생성 딥러닝 기반 방송 시스템의 기획, 개발, 적용 및 운영 사례에 대한 전반적인 내용을 다루려 한다. 또한 구축 과정에서 발생하는 어려움과 그에 대한 해결책도 공유하려 하였다. 본 기고문에서 소개할 딥러닝 기반 방송 시스템은 하이라이트 구간 예측, UHD 방송 A-ESG 서비스 운영 시스템, 유튜브 채널 운영 시스템, 매쉬업 콘텐츠 제작 지원 시스템 등이다.

  • In this paper, we present the results of educational innovation case study using U-Learning Box and Ubiquitous-based Test(UBT) system for 6 sample primary schools in Nepal. As Nepal is considered to be a developing country with electricity problem to the school, the U-Learning Box, consisting of a small and easy-to-use tablet PC for teacher and a small smart beam with its own battery was evaluated as the optimum solution to support continuous basic English and hygiene education for these schools. And UBT technology using tablet PC was used to evaluate and analyze basic English learning ability of the students, which helped us realized that it is necessary to improve the educational environment and develop suitable educational contents. We hope that the global educational innovation using U-Learning Box and UBT technology will become a successful model for global equality of educational opportunity project for developing countries including Nepal.

  • In this paper, we propose u-learning hub site systems which are designed and implemented based on learning activities oriented components. The proposed systems are composed of component which can process the functionalities for coming into action of learning activities through various devices. Specially, each component is broken into class units by which learning activities of users can be performed on various devices. When users try to connect u-learning system in hub site, the system explores devices of users and connection program and then selects components that are fit to the activities and combines them in realtime. Through the methodology of u-learning hub site, the system proposed in this paper provides u-learning environment so that users can use the learning activity services taking no influence on time, place, devices and programs under the consistent system. That is different to traditional e-learning system which cannot support various devices of users directly.

  • With the development of information communication and network technologies, ubiquitous era that supports various services regardless of places and time has been advancing. The development of such technologies have a great influence on educational environments. As a result, e-learning concepts that learners use learning contents in anywhere and anytime have been proposed. The various learning contents authoring systems that consider the e-learning environments have also been developed. However, since most of the existing authoring systems support only PC environments, they is not suitable for various ubiquitous mobile devices. In this paper, we design and implement a contents authoring system based on learning activities for u-learning environments. Our authoring system significantly improves the efficiency for authoring contents and supports various ubiquitous devices as well as PCs.

  • In ubiquitous environment, the analysis for student's learning behaviour is essential to provide students with personalized education. SCORM(Sharable Contents Object Reference Model), IMS LD (Instructional Management System Learning Design) standards provide the support function of learning design such as checking the progress. However, in case of applying these standards contain many problem to add or modify the contents. In this paper, We implement the system that manages the learner behaviour by hooking the event of web browser. Through all of this, HTML-based content can be recycled without any additional works and the problems by applying the standard can be improved because the store and analysis of the learning result is possible. It also supports the ubiquitous learning environment because of keeping track of the learning result in case of network disconnected.

  • Rapid advancement information and communication technologies has introduced various dimension of e-Learning environment such as u-learning(ubiquitous learning), m-learning(mobile learning) and t-learning(television learning). These technologies enabled learners to access learning contents through variety of devices with more flexibility and consistency. In order to implement learning through these multiple environments, basically it is necessary to acquire and process the platform information that contains properties and status of the web-accessing devices. In this study, we introduce the design and implementation of a Platform Analyzer Model which is essential for learning systems that support multi-platform environment. We also present a Interactive DTV-Centered multi-platform learning environment framework using PC, PDA or Mobile phone. Finally, we will discuss the possibility of the multi-platform learning environment with sample scenario and contents.

  • 에너지바우처 사업은 해마다 지원 예산의 규모를 증액하고 대상 가구원 특성 기준을 추가하는 등 지속적인 노력에도 불구하고 현재 에너지바우처 사용률은 전국 평균 약 81.8%로 여전히 목표치에는 못 미치는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 2015년 최초 시행 이후부터 누적된 에너지바우처의 데이터와 에너지연료비(유가 정보, 지역 난방비 등), 기상청의 개방된 기상자료(기상특보, 예보), 한전의 실시간 전력 소비데이터 등 타 정보를 결합하여 인공지능 기반 데이터 분석으로 에너지바우처 사용률을 높여 사용률 저조 원인을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 위험 가구에 대한 사전 탐지와 관리를 위한 시스템을 제안한다. 향후, 제안 시스템의 현실적인 운영을 위해서는 사용률과 연관된 다양한 변수에 대한 분석과 시스템 성능평가가 필요하다.

  • The K-POP market has become influential not only in culture but also in society as a whole, including diplomacy and environmental movements. As a result, various papers have been conducted based on machine learning to identify the success factors of idols by utilizing traditional data such as music and recordings. However, there is a limitation that previous studies have not reflected the influence of new media platforms such as Instagram releases, YouTube shorts, TikTok, Twitter, etc. on the popularity of idols. Therefore, it is difficult to clarify the causal relationship of recent idol success factors because the existing studies do not consider the daily changing media trends. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a data collection system and analysis methodology for idol-related data. By developing a container-based real-time data collection automation system that reflects the specificity of idol data, we secure the stability and scalability of idol data collection and compare and analyze the clusters of successful idols through a K-Means clustering-based outlier detection model. As a result, we were able to identify commonalities among successful idols such as gender, time of success after album release, and association with new media. Through this, it is expected that we can finally plan optimal comeback promotions for each idol, album type, and comeback period to improve the chances of idol success.
